The construction technology of triaxial mixing pile can effectively consolidate the soft soil and improve thefoundation strength. Yuxin Road station of Suzhou rail transit Line 8 was taken as an example to study the selection ofconstruction equipment, construction technology and methods, so as to solve the quality control problem of triaxial mixing pilein water-rich and weak stratum and reduce the risk brought by shield construction. The particle flow discrete element softwarewas used to simulate the deformation process of the soil at shield ends, and the stress change of the soil at the entrance and thesettlement of the soil at the top of the tunnel were analyzed. The results show that with the passage of time, the soil at the endeventually forms an arc shear zone with a slip radius about 0.77 m. The soil contact stress at the mouth of shield tunneldecreases. There is an obvious settlement trough at the top of the soil, and the settlement increases nonlinearly with time, andthe final settlement reaches 25.20 mm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
