Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Mir-155 in intestinal tissue injury caused by sepsis. Methods: (1) Clinical experiment: Sepsis patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2022 to August 2022 and healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the research objects. According to the grade of acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI), sepsis patients were divided into AGI group and non-AGI group. According to the 28-day survival, the patients were divided into survival group and death group. The changes of MiR-155 in peripheral blood of each group were prospectively observed by quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). (2) In vivo experiment: Twenty male S/D rats were randomly divided into sham group (Sham group) and cecal ligation and perforation group (CLP group). The expressions of MiR-155 and intestinal tight junction proteins (ZO-1 and claudin-1) were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. The expression levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-18 in rat intestinal tissues were determined by ELISA. (3) In vitro experiment: human colorectal adenocarcinoma cells (Caco-2) were cultured and divided into normal control group (complete culture medium for 48 h) and LPS group (complete culture medium for 24 h and then add 10 μg/mL LPS for 24 h). The expression of MiR-155 was detected by qRT-PCR. The changes of cell morphology were observed under an inverted fluorescence microscope. Cell viability was detected by CCK-8. The changes of intestinal tight junction protein (ZO-1) were observed by immunofluorescence. Transwell chamber was used for paracellular permeability test to observe the changes of paracellular permeability between the two groups. Results: (1) Compared with healthy control group, peripheral blood miR-155 in sepsis group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood of AGI group was significantly higher than that of non-AGI group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The expression of miR-155 in peripheral blood of patients with sepsis death was significantly increased (P<0.05). (2) In vivo animal experiments using the CLP model showed that the expression of miR-155 in the intestinal tissues of rats in the CLP group was significantly higher than that in the sham group. Intestinal compact junction proteins (ZO-1 and claudin-1) in CLP group were decreased compared with those in sham group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ELISA results indicated that the levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-18 in the intestinal tissue of CLP rats were significantly higher than those of the sham group (P<0.05), and the level of miR-155 in the intestinal tissue was positively correlated with IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-18(r=0.542, r=0.906, r=868). (3) Compared with the control group, the cell morphology was damaged, the tight connections between cells were damaged, the cell viability was weakened, and the paracellular permeability was increased after LPS treatment. Conclusions: The occurrence of sepsis is accompanied by intestinal barrier dysfunction. The level of miR-155 in septic intestinal barrier dysfunction is increased, and may participate in the occurrence and development of septic intestinal barrier dysfunction by promoting the release of inflammatory factors. The abnormal expression of miR-155 is of great value for the diagnosis and prognosis of early intestinal dysfunction in patients with sepsis, and can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of early intestinal damage in sepsis. Objective To rapidly explore the chemical components of Xiaotan Tongfu formula, and to provide scientific basis for the basic research and clinical treatment of the formula. Methods Analysis was performed on an Agilent 1290 ultraperformance liquid chromatography system coupled with an Agilent 6530 accurate quality Q-TOF/MS system, by using a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm), with a gradient elution applying 0.1% aqueous formic acid solution and acetonitrile as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 ml/min. The column temperature was 30°C. The injection volume was 1 μl, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Mass spectrometry (MS) data were collected in both positive and negative ESI ion modes. Components in the formula were identified by using the in-house compound database, and comparing the retention time (tR), MS1 and MS2 data with the standard compounds, and the online compound MS database. Results A total of 55 compounds were identified from Coptis coptidis, Pseudomonas solani, Rhubarb, Araceae artemisiae and Pinellia chinensis. Conclusion The established UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS method could systematically and accurately identify the chemical components from Xiaotan Tongfu formula, and provided a reference for the quality marker selection and the research on the active ingredient. Aflatoxin B1 and zearalenone are the most common and harmful mycotoxins in feed, which cause animal growth retardation, low feed efficiency, immune inhibition, acute or chronic poisoning, reproductive decline. The article reviews the effect of aflatoxin B1 and zearalenone on the body and production performance of animals and common detoxification methods, to provide reference for feed production and healthy breeding of livestock and poultry. The variational mode decomposition method is used to decompose the raw return series into sub-sequences with different investment horizons. Based on the dynamic Copula function, the conditional value at risk index ( VaR and CoVaR) are quantified to analyze the short- and long)term tail risk spillovers between oil market and stock market in the bear and bull markets. The empirical research results show that there is a two-way tail risk spillover effect between the oil market and the stock market. Firstly, in terms of the intensity of risk spillover, the tail risk spillover effect of the oil market on the stock market is significantly stronger than that of the stock market on the oil market. Secondly, in terms of the direction of risk spillover, the tail risk spillovers from the stock market to the oil market are all positive, the upside risk spillovers from the oil market to the stock markets of most countries are positive, and the downside risk spillovers from the oil market to the stock markets of all countries are positive. Finally, the long-term tail risk spillover effect between the oil market and the stock markets of most countries is stronger than the short-term tail risk spillover effect. This paper presented a time-varying network shortest path algorithm based on priority queue to solve the time-varying network shortest path problem which was difficult for traditional shortest path algorithm. The proposed algorithm could address optimal solution by using proposed time-window selection strategy which could select appropriate time window for the node to reduce the path length. Also, the algorithm used the priority queue to organize node set. which could improved the computational efficiency. Experiments on randomly generated network data and united state road data show that compared with classical algorithm, the proposed algorithm is not only able to obtain global optimal solutions, but also improve the speed of the algorithm. A dynamic volatility spillover network of financial institutions was constructed on the basis of the VAR-GARCH-BEKK model， whose associated topology indicators were analyzed， and the dynamic correlation laws of volatility spillover between financial industries were investigated. The results showed that the volatility spillover levels are more stable in the bank industry than those in other industries. During most of the periods， the banks and security companies form independent correlated communities. From the perspective of receiving volatility spillover， the security industry has the strongest average systemic correlation， and the trust industry has the strongest average inter-industry correlation. From the perspective of sending volatility spillover， the insurance industry has the strongest average inter-industry correlation， and the average systemic correlations are not significantly different among different industries. From the perspective of network embeddedness， the trust industry has the strongest average systemic correlation and inter-industry average correlation， whose embeddedness is the greatest.
