随着商业智能系统和数据挖掘技术的发展，用户的行为数据对企业决策产生了重要的影响。网络电子商务平台可以利用这些数据分析后的结果，对特定的用户推送他们感兴趣的商品，这样能增强用户黏度，提高平台的商业价值。提出一种基于用户行为分析的个性化推荐算法，将用户的行为信息转化为用户评分矩阵，且提出一种改进的正则化非负矩阵分解算法，在原始正则化非负矩阵分解算法的基础上加入偏置信息。改进算法充分挖掘用户在网页上点击、购买、浏览、收藏等行为信息，将用户感兴趣的商品及时推送给用户。实验结果验证了本文所提出的两种算法的有效性和高效性。

Objective To observe the effects of tubeimoside combined with lamivudine on the cytotoxicity, HBsAg and HBeAg secreted by cells and HBV DNA duplication in the supernatant with human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line HepG22. 2.15 transfected with hepatitis B virus (HBV) as the model. Methods Different concentrations of tubeimoside combined with 50.0 μg/mL lamivudine were used for 2, 4,8 d. The effect of combined medication on cytotoxicity was detected by MTT colorimetry. Its effects on HBsAg and HBeAg in the supernatant were tested by ELISA after the combination medication. Finally, the fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the effect of combined medication on HBV DNA in the supernatant. Results (1) The combined medication had no obvious toxicity to the cells. ( 2) The combined medication for 2 d had a synergistic inhibition effect on HBsAg, while the combined medication for 8 d only produced the synergistic inhibition effect on HBeAg in the two concentrations groups of tubeimoside 2.0 μg/mL and 16.0 μg/mL. (3) The fluorescence quantitative PCR detection revealed that the higher the Q value, the stronger the inhibition on HBV DNA. The inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis is a classical model of malignant transformation from chronic uncontrollable inflammation cancer, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an important role in delaying, blocking and reversing the progress of this disease. From the perspective of TCM, TCM cognition on inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis, and the function, value, bottleneck problem and countermeasure of TCM in controlling thus progress are expounded. At present stage, there are relatively few TCM literatures on discussion of inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis, and no systematic research Results achieved. The TCM theory of “dynamic thinking” and “preventive treatment of disease” plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis. TCM has advantages in removing causes of disease, alleviating patients’ clinical symptoms and improving the pathological morphology of gastric mucosa. In the process of controlling inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis, TCM has the characteristics of higher safety, lower drug dependence and good compliance. It is of great significance and value to control the progress of the disease and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer. However, there are still some problems including a lack of systematic ideas of differentiation and treatment in clinical practice, unclear time for intervention of inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic gastritis, and indistinct combined effects with Western medicine at the present stage. Liquid marble was first prepared by encapsulation of water droplet using hydrophobic silicon dioxide particles as the stabilizer of liquid gas interface.Then the as-prepared liquid marble was packaged using a polymer coating by moisture curing of ethyl crcyanoacrylale on its surface.A coating of acrylaled epoxidized soybean oil was further prepared on the marble surface by photocuring method to finally form a water-bearing capsule.The double-bond conversion of the UV-cured coating was investigated by the realtime FT-IR.The basic properties such as hardness and water resistance were studied.The morphologies of the liquid marble and water-bearing capsule were characterized by digital photography, optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy.The mechanical performance and water retention capacity of the water-bearing capsule were also studied.The results showed that the surface of as-prepared water-hearing capsule was smooth and compact, compared with that of original liquid marble.The poly (ethyl crcyanoacrylale) coating and UV-cured coating of acrylated epoxidized soybean oil endowed the waterbearing capsule with both excellent water vapor barrier properly and mechanical performance, making it a great potential to be applied in cosmetics, pharmacy and cigarette. Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonographic features of papillary thyroid carcinoma and central cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 486 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), pathologically confirmed after surgery in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital. All patients were divided into central cervical lymph node metastasis group and non-metastasis group. No lateral cervical lymph node metastasis was found in preoperative ultrasonography and postoperative pathology. The characteristics of the ultrasound was observed and analyzed. Results 297 out of 486 patients with papillary thyroid carcinomahad central metastasis, and the other 189 cases did not. Take pathology results as a standard, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy rate of preoperative ultrasound diagnosis in PTC patients with central cervical lymph node metastasis were 35.3%, 88.6%, 83.2%, 47.4%, 56.6%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that multi-focus, taller-than-wide, diameter>1 cm, located in the lower pole, ill-defined margin, hypoechogenicity, micro-calcification, capsule invasion more than 1/4 perimeter of papillary thyroid carcinoma were significantly associated with central cervical lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that diameter>1 cm, micro-calcification, capsule invasion more than 1/4 perimeter of papillary thyroid carcinoma became independent risk factors of central cervical neck lymph node metastasis (all P<0.05). Conclusions Preoperative description of ultrasonographical features has important value to assess central cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma. More information could be provided for clinical treatment. When the papillary thyroid carcinoma presented as diameter>1 cm, micro-calcification, and capsule invasion more than 1/4 perimeter of, there will be a greater risk of central cervical lymph node metastasis, and we shall suggest prophylactic central lymph cervical node dissection. Superpixels algorithms have been applied to various fields of computer vision in recent years. Superpixels can capture the redundant information of the image and reduce the complexity of post-processing. As the preprocessing o£ images，superpixels segmentation needs to meet the demands of real-time properties and accuracy o£ image processing. We propose an improved fast SLIC segmentation algorithm in the framework of the SLIC algorithm to improve the efficiency of superpixels segmentation. We extract a small number of pixels o£ the original image to generate a small scale image by reducing the scale of the original image，and employ the SLIC algorithm to do superpixels segmentation of the downscaled image. After the primary superpixel segmentation，we perform K nearest neighbor classification on the pixels of the original image according to the segmentation results of the downscaled image and realize final superpixels segmentation.
