The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding corn flour, fiber complex enzyme on fermentation characteristic of Caragana korshinskii silage. Caragana korshinskii at full flowering stage was used as silage material, and four groups were designed according to single factor experiment design, which were no addition as control group (CK group), added 10% corn flour group (C group), added 0.05% fiber complex enzyme group (F group) and added 10% corn flour + 0.05% fiber complex enzyme group (CF group), respectively. Each group had six replicates. After 60 d of fermentation, the nutrient composition and fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii silage were determined. The results showed that compared with CK group, the content of crude protein and soluble carbohydrate in silage of C group were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the neutral detergent fiber content of silage in C group and F group was significantly lower than that in CK group (P<0.05). The content of acid detergent fiber in C group, F group and CF group were significantly lower than those in CK group (P<0.05), and the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in C group were the lowest, which were 52.64% and 37.64%, respectively. The relative feeding value of silage in C group, F group and CF group was significantly higher than that in CK group (P<0.05), and the total digestible nutrient of silage in C group and CF group was significantly higher than that in CK group (P<0.05). Compared with CK group, the pH value of silage in F group and CF group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), the lactic acid content of silage in F group and CF group was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the content of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and propionic acid in C group, F group and CF group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The content of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and propionic acid in group C were the lowest, which were 1.38% and 0.66%, respectively. The number of Lactobacillus in silage in C group, F group and CF group was significantly higher than that in group CK (P<0.05), and the number of yeast was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05), no mold was detected in all groups. The V-Score evaluation grade of silage in all groups was good, and the scoring order of each group was C group> F group > CF group> CK group. The experiment indicates that the addition of corn flour and fiber complex enzyme can improve the nutrient content and fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii silage, and the effect of adding 10% corn flour alone on the silage quality of Caragana korshinskii is better.
