The Shenzhen -Zhongshan Link is the first large -scale use of steel shell concrete immersed tube in China, its construction technology and quality control focus are different from the traditional reinforced concrete immersed tube. Under the influence of marine environment, the anti-corrosion construction of steel shell is one of the key to ensure the durability of the main body of steel shell immersed tube. Due to the limitations of various influencing factors in the construction process on the front and rear ends of the immersed tube, the range of 4 m before and after the internal docking of the immersed tube is the vulnerable area of the anti-corrosion coating of the immersed tube. To ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the immersed tube, secondary repair and repainting should be carried out after the completion of relevant pre-processing inside the immersed tube. Compared to on-site painting, secondary painting faces high temperature, high humidity, and frequent cross construction environments. In view of the above conditions, the construction technology and the coordination of construction equipment and tools have been improved on the basis of anti-corrosion construction in the factory, and the construction quality and efficiency have achieved good results through on-site practice.
