- Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses' knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors (hereinafter referred to as knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors) about patients' early activities in the intensive care unit (ICU) and the related factors. Training needs, and analyze its influencing factors, to provide reference for nursing managers to formulate intervention measures. Methods General information questionnaire, ICU Questionnaire on knowledge, belief, behavior and training needs of nurses on patients' early activities. conduct an investigation. Results ICU nurses scored (8.25 ± 1.86) points for knowledge of patients' early activities, (31.46 ± 3.72) points for belief, and (31.46 ± 3.72) points for behavior. Bedside teaching, knowledge training courses, and the guidance of personnel in the rehabilitation department are the main training methods expected by nursing staff. polyline Sexual regression analysis showed that received training and training willingness were the influencing factors of ICU nurses' knowledge and belief in patients' early activities (P<0.01); Hospital, received training, willingness to train, norms related to early mobility, and multidisciplinary rounds are the influencing factors of ICU nurses on patients' early mobility behavior.
