12. ceRNAs 在软骨损伤中作用机制的研究进展.

- Abstract
Normal articular cartilage plays an important role in limb movement. Joint trauma, biomechanical changes, age, and other risk factors lead to articular cartilage injury. Although previous studies have reported the causes of articular cartilage injury at the molecular level, the inter-molecular regulatory mechanisms of the occurrence and prognosis of cartilage injury are not fully understood. Competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) are a huge inter-molecular regulatory network of RNAs, including non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) and other molecules. As an emerging regulatory mechanism, ceRNAs participate in the injury and repair of articular cartilage. Studies have found that ceRNAs regulate the proliferation and apoptosis of articular chondrocytes and the degradation of cartilage extracellular matrix through competitive binding of microRNA (miRNA), thus affecting the health of articular cartilage. The authors refer to?the related?literature?and materials?in recent years to review the mechanism of action and potential application of ceRNA network in articular cartilage injury, in order to provide a new thought and direction for the prevention and treatment of articular cartilage injury. In a spark ignition engine, the setting of ignition timing is an important factor for thermal efficiency and engine power.In this study, a prediction model for the knock limit ignition timing was developed by combining the 0-dimensional calculation inside the engine cylinder and the statistical model.It was confirmed that the model showed good agreement when the in-cylinder state related to combustion was changed such as intake air amount, intake valve timing or external EGR rate with wide range. (E)-1-ethyl-6-hydroxy-4-methyl-5-((4-nitrophenyl)diazenyl)-2-oxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile and (E)-5-((2, 4-dinitrophenyl)diazenyl)-1-ethyl-6-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-oxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile, namely D1 and D2 were synthesized, color performance in solvents, DMF and CH2Cl2, as well as polyester and polyaimde fabrics are studied to investigate azo-hydrazone tautomerism behaviors of disperse dyes containing pyridone group. The visible absorption spectrophotometry behaviors in solvents are studied, and the heterochromic dyeing performance on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyamide (PA) fabrics is also compared. To reveal azo-hydrazone tautomerism of pyridone disperse dyes induced by circumstances, Gaussian simulation is applied to give optimized geometries, as well as absorption spectrum in solvent and non-solvent environment. Nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H NMR) spectrum shows that the disperse dyes with pyridinone structure exist as azo form in polar solvents and hydrazone tautomer in non-polar solvents. The dyeing performance and quantum calculation show that the dyes exist in hydrazone form on PET fabric and azo structure in PA fabric. Pyridone disperse dyes show excellent light fastness on PET fabrics, but poor light fastness on PA fabrics, which is attributed to azo-hydrazone tautomerism of the dyes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For a missile ground test stand that requires a lot of core installation, such as the inner and outer labyrinth centering installation, there are complex installation process, difficult adjustment, long installation time, positioning accuracy is poor and so on. The concentric installation of the inner and outer mazes was used as an example, through non-standard structure selection and processing, a set of centering adjustment mechanism was designed. Through the field installation comparison, it is concluded that the new centering adjustment mechanism has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, simple operation, greatly saving working time, quick and simple adjustment, etc. The new centripetal adjustment mechanism is also simple, efficient and cost saving for other tasks. The study was to optimize the extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Peristrophe japonica by response surface methodology.The experiment used Peristrophe japonica as raw material, ethanol as solvent, and extraction rate of chlorogenic acid in Peristrophe japonica as an evaluation index, based on single factor test, using response surface methodology to optimize optimal process for extraction rate of chlorogenic acid in Peristrophe japonica. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were determined as ethanol volume fraction 40%, liquid tosolid ratio 25 mL/g, ultrasonic time 80 min, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, and the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid was 1.82%. The study indicates that the extraction process is simple and effective, which can provide a reference for the further purification and extraction of chlorogenic acid in Peristrophe japonica. Underwater images have been highly required in many application scenarios, such as marine resources exploration, reservoir safety evaluation, and underwater aquaculture monitoring. But the captured images under water are usually degraded, due to the refraction, absorption, and scattering of light by the suspended particles in water. Some limitations of images can be low contrast, blurred details, and color distortion. Therefore, it is urgent for underwater image restoration. Much effort has been made on a variety of underwater image restoration using processing technology so far. However, land image restoration cannot be simply transformed the underwater images using background light estimation. The best restoration cannot be achieved in the current case, such as unnatural restoration, uneven brightness, and reddening color tone of the main body. In this study, an underwater image restoration was proposed using the adaptive fusion of double background lights and accurate estimation of the transmission map. First, two kinds of background lights of the underwater images were obtained using the maximum intensity prior background light estimation method based on underwater light attenuation and Quadtree background light estimation method based on background light flatness. Then, an adaptive fusion algorithm of double background lights was created to realize the accurate estimation of background lights in different scenes. Second, an accurate estimation of the transmission map was established to combine the new underwater dark channel prior, Reversed Saturation Map, and three-channel spectral attenuation coefficient. Furthermore, the restored underwater image was constructed using the obtained fused background light and accurate transmission map. The brightness of the image was adjusted to obtain the final underwater restored image. Finally, the experiment was carried out to verify the model using the aquaculture dataset of Guangdong Tilapia Breeding Farm and Underwater Image Enhancement Benchmark Dataset. The result showed that the improved estimation was better adapted to different underwater environments, thereby improving the contrast and color of the restored underwater image. A better restoration was achieved than the rest, such as dark channel prior, the maximum intensity prior, restoration using blur and light absorption, restoration using blue-green channel defogging, restoration using background light statistics model, and optimization of transmission map. Furthermore, the restoration was evaluated to deal with the current underwater image distortion, dim brightness, and reddish tone. The best value was also achieved among the seven objective evaluation indexes. The Peak Signal to Noise Ratio, Structural Similarity, Mean-Square Error, and Visual Information Fidelity increased by 0.52%, 2.1%, 3.4%, and 0.86%, respectively, in the evaluation indexes of reference image quality using the best underwater image restoration, compared with the second best. Correspondingly, the Natural Image Quality Evaluator, and Natural Image Quality Measure index were improved by 2.4% and 7.4%, respectively, in the evaluation index without reference image quality. Two datasets demonstrate that the proposed restoration can be expected to treat the unnatural restoration, uneven brightness, and reddish color in the traditional underwater image restoration. - Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between the resilience and social support in parents who have lost their only child (PLOCs). Methods: By using the convenient sampling method, 422 PLOCs in 6 districts of Beijing were selected. The basic information questionnaire was used to collect the general demographic information and the information related to the loss of their only child. The Resilient Trait Scale for Chinese Adults (RTSCA), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used to measure resilience, subjective social support and objective social support, respectively. Results: The RTSCA total scores were positively correlated with education, average income per month and the years since the death of their child (r = 0. 12, 0. 13, 0. 15; Ps < 0. 05). The RTSCA total scores were positively correlated with the scores of subjective support from families, friends and significant others, and objective emotional support (r = 0. 32, 0. 30, 0. 23, 0. 14; Ps < 0. 01). After controlling for variables related to the loss of child and demographic variables, the score of subjective support from families positively predicted the RTSCA total score, together with the scores of internal control, coping ability, optimism and acceptance dimensions (β = 0. 20, 0. 14, 0. 17, 0. 15, 0. 22) . The score of subjective support from friends positively predicted the RTSCA total score, together with the scores of internal control, optimism and support utilization ability dimensions (β = 0. 14, 0. 14, 0. 16, 0. 19) . Conclusion: It suggests that resilience of PLOCs may be closely related to their own demographic characteristics and social support status. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
