The experiment was to study the effect of glucose oxidase（GOD） and lactic acid bacteria on intestinal morphology and microbial flora of broilers. 1 200 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ was control group drinking normal water. Group Ⅱ was GOD group, adding 0.1% GOD to drinking water.Group Ⅲ was lactic acid bacteria preparation group, adding 1.5×105 CFU/（g·d） lactic acid bacteria preparation to drinking water of each chicken. Group Ⅳ was combined application group of GOD and lactic acid bacteria preparation,and the added dose was the same as that of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. The test period was 42 d. The results showed that on the 21 st day of the test, compared with control group, the height of duodenal villi of broilers in each test group was significantly increased（P<0.05）, and V/C was significantly increased（P<0.05）. The height of jejunum villi of broilers in each experimental group was significantly increased（P<0.05）. The V/C of jejunum of broilers in the experimental group Ⅳwas significantly higher than that of control group（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in crypt depth between each group（P>0.05）. On the 42 nd day of the test, compared with the control group, the height of the duodenal villi of the group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly increased（P<0.05）, and the V/C of the test group Ⅳ was significantly increased（P<0.05）. Compared with control group, the Shannon index of each experimental group was higher than that of control group（P>0.05）, and the Simpson index was lower than that of control group（P>0.05）. Compared with control group, the content of Bacteroidetes in group Ⅱ was extremely increased（P<0.01）, and the content of Bacteroidetes in group Ⅳ was significantly increased（P<0.05）, and the content of Bacteroidetes was significantly decreased（P<0.05）. The ratio of Parabacteroides and Faecalibacterium in the group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the other three groups（P<0.05）. The experiment was to study the effect of the combination of glucose oxidase (GOD) and Lactobacillus on growth performance and immune function of broilers. A total of 1200 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups: group Ⅰ (control group), group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ. The control group was free to drink water, group Ⅱ was added 0.1% GOD in the drinking water of each chicken daily, and group Ⅲ was added 1.5×105 CFU/g Lactobacillus preparation in the drinking water of each chicken daily. In test group Ⅳ, 0.1% GOD and 1.5×105 CFU/g Lactobacillus were added to each chicken's drinking water daily. The test period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with group Ⅰ, the average daily feed intake (ADFI) of broilers in group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ had no significant difference ( P >0.05), the average daily gain (ADG) of group Ⅳ within 21 d was significantly increased ( P <0.05), the feed to gain ratio (F/G) was significantly reduced ( P <0.05). The thymus index, bursa index and spleen index of broilers in group Ⅳ increased significantly on 21 d ( P <0.05). On 42 d, the bursa index increased significantly ( P <0.05). Compared with group Ⅰ, the titers of Newcastle disease antibody in broilers of group Ⅳ were significantly increased on the 21 d and 28 d ( P <0.05), the titer of avian influenza H9 antibody on 21, 28, 35 and 42 d was significantly increased ( P <0.05), 21 d and 42 d serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) and 21 d immunoglobulin A (IgA) levels significantly increased ( P <0.05). The experiment indicates that the combined application of GOD and Lactobacillus can improve the growth performance and immune function of broilers, and the effect is significantly better than that of single application. 【Objective】The proportion of 1 to 2 microorganisms was screened to slow down the barrier of continuous cropping.【Method】Taking the greenhouse of pepper continuous cropping for 8 years as the object, through the application of different proportions of microbial agents, the influence characteristics of pepper soil on the dosage of different microbial agents were studied, and the quantity of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, soil enzyme activity and soil ion changes in pepper continuous cropping soil were measured.【Result】The number of bacteria in the soil was 8.1×106, and the number of fungi was 1.2×106, which could significantly increase the number of bacteria in the soil, reduce the number of harmful fungi and actinomycetes in the soil, and prevent the soil from changing from bacterial type to fungal type.The highest activities of sucrase and urease were 777.07 mg/g and 201.53 mg/g·24 h, respectively.【Conclusion】Bacillus mucilaginosus∶bacillus macrospore∶bacillus subtilis =2∶1∶2 treatment can improve the soil enzyme activity, reduce the accumulation of ions in the soil and effectively slow down the barrier of continuous cropping in the soil of pepper. 探讨不同烟熏暴露强度对大鼠外周骨骼肌线粒体功能的影响。方法：将SD 大鼠随机分成4 个组，分别接受正常空气 或3 个周期烟熏暴露(分别是4 周、8 周、12 周)。采用western blot 检测大鼠外周骨骼肌与线粒体生成有关的过氧化物酶体增殖物 激活受体酌共激活因子1(PGC-1琢)以及涉及氧化磷酸化的细胞色素c 氧化酶(COX)4 的蛋白表达，RT-PCR 检测与线粒体氧化代 谢有关的Sdhb、线粒体转录因子A(TFAM)的基因表达以及比色法检测琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性，电镜检测线粒体形态结构的改 变。结果：香烟烟雾暴露能够下调大鼠伸趾长肌(EDL)PGC-1琢和COX4 的蛋白表达，PGC-1琢的表达下调呈明显的暴露强度依赖性。 香烟烟雾暴露能够诱发大鼠比目鱼肌Sdhb、TFAM 基因水平的下调，降低大鼠比目鱼肌SDH 活性并呈明显的暴露强度依赖性。 电镜显示香烟烟雾暴露诱发伸趾长肌线粒体发生空泡样变性。结论：香烟烟雾暴露诱发大鼠骨骼肌线粒体功能障碍，但该作用与 骨骼肌的纤维类型组成无明显相关性. To investigate the effects of cigarette smoke exposure of various intensity ranks on mitochondrial function during skeletal muscles in rats. Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and received normal air or one of three durations of cigarette smoke exposure (4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks). Western blot was adopted to detect the protein expression of peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor-酌coactivator-1 (PGC-1琢) and cytochrome c oxidase (COX) 4 related to mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative phosphorylation respectively in peripheral skeletal muscle of rats. And the gene expressions of Sdhb and transcription factor A of mitochondria (TFAM) associated with mitochondrial oxidative metabolism were assayed by RT-PCR. Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity was assessed colorimetrically. Besides, electron microscopy can be uesd for morphological and ultrastructural observation for mitochodria. Cigarette smoke exposure can downregulate the protein expressions of PGC-1琢and COX4 during extensor digitorum longus (EDL) of rats in a significant intensity-dependent manner. Cigarette smoke exposure induced the downregulation of the gene expression of Sdhb and TFAM and reduced the SDH activity during soleus muscle of rats in a significant intensity- dependent manner. Electron microscopy presents cigarette smoke exposure induced vacuolar degeneration during EDL. Cigarette smoke exposure can induce the mitochondrial dysfunction in the skeletal muscles of rats, which is independent of the fiber type compositon of skeletal muscles. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the rapid development of cloud computing, processing of massive data cannot depend on any single specific application program. The microservice software architecture model brings new design paradigms for the application development due to its modular, scalable, and highly available application advantages. Containers are an emerging lightweight virtualization technology, which are based on the shared Linux kernel and application-oriented. Container technologies (Docker, a typical representative) provide an ideal carrier for microservices. At the same time, container orchestration tools (Kuber- netes，a typical representative) greatly simplify the entire process of creating, integrating, deploying， and maintaining containerized microservices. In the transition from development and maintenance to "container-oriented"，there will be large and complex combinations of services. Thus the creation and deployment of these microservices become even more important. Considering the usability, we present a visualization method for container orchestration. Experiments demonstrate that the microservice deployment using the proposed method not only provides a friendly service creation interface for developers， but also facilitates the service creation process and improves development efficiency.
