Amidst increasingly stringent global environmental requirements and rapid advancements in new energy technologies, the construction of large-scale electricity grid interconnections has emerged as a prevailing trend. This paper focuses on fostering deeper economic and trade ties between China and ASEAN through the formation of a "Large Network Groups" electricity interconnection network. Utilizing the zero-trade gravity model and social network analysis, recommendations for the network's development based on network development theory are proposed. The findings reveal a negative correlation between the degree of regional electricity interconnection and geographical distance, while demonstrating positive correlations with trust levels and energy demand among the involved countries. Additionally, advanced new energy technologies in electricity-exporting countries are found to promote regional electricity interconnections, while importing countries exhibit contrasting effects. By assessing electricity interconnection potential across the region, this study identifies substantial potential throughout the majority of the China-ASEAN area, providing a solid foundation for constructing the "Large Network Groups" of electricity interconnection. Moreover, key centers for the northern electricity interconnection network are identified as Thailand and Laos, while Singapore and Malaysia serve as pivotal nodes controlling the eastern and southern electricity grids, respectively. As a result, China is encouraged to enhance electricity interconnection cooperation with Thailand and Laos, surpassing the existing China-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam electricity interconnection network. Simultaneously, efforts should be made to strengthen connections with Singapore and Malaysia, facilitating the realization of a comprehensive "Large Network Groups" of electricity. Objective To investigate the characteristics of Takayasu’s arteritis（TAK）patients with cardiac involvements in East China Takayasu’s arteritis（ECTA）cohort. Methods TAK patients were recruited from Zhongshan Hospital in ECTA cohort from Jan 2009 to Dec 2019.All patients met the 1990 TAK classification criteria of the American College of Rheumatology，except for viral myocarditis， rheumatic heart disease，or congenital heart disease. Patients were divided into cardiac involvement and noncardiac involvement group. Clinical characteristics were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results A total of 390 TAK patients were recruited in our study，of which 186 patients（47.7%）had cardiac involvements. There were 155 cases（39.7%） with heart valve disease，52 cases（13.3%） with coronary artery involvement，17 cases （4.4%） with hypertensive heart disease，7 cases （1.8%） with cardiomyopathy，and 51 cases（13.1%）with pulmonary hypertension. In cardiac involvement group，the male/female ratio was 1∶5.6，the median onset age was 32.6 （23.3-45.4） years，and median disease duration was 30.0 （6.4-108.5） months. More TAK patients with cardiac involvements complained of having symptoms than those without cardiac involvements，such as chest distress，tachycardia and anhelations（P<0.05），and their N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）were higher as well（P<0.001）. Type Ⅱ b TAK patients were more likely to have cardiac impairments. Conclusion Cardiac involvements were not rare in TAK patients. There were 47.7% of patients with cardiac involvement in the ECTA cohort，especially valvular disease and coronary artery involvement. Regular follow-up is recommended for early detection of cardiac involvements in TAK patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
