针对不同加工工艺导致圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿廓特性存在差异的问题， 分析了囡弧齿线圆柱齿轮主要加工工艺（平行连杆加工 法和旋转刀盘铣削加工法） 的特点，并基于加工成型原理，推导出了两种工艺所得齿轮的齿面和齿廓方程， 分别获得了圆弧齿线圆 柱齿轮的齿厚和齿厚偏差计算方程，进而分析了齿轮齿宽和齿线半径等设计参数对齿厚和齿厚偏差的影响。研究结果表明：采用 平行连杆加工出的齿轮各截面齿廓为渐开线；采用旋转刀盘铣削加工出的齿轮中截面为渐开线， 其他截面为双曲线；设计参数对旋 转刀盘铣削加工齿轮齿廓特性有一定影响； 该研究结果为齿轮润滑、故院诊断及齿廓修形等提供了理论基础。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
