CFD was used for the numerical simulation of the temperature field of the radiator for transformer. Under the principle of single variable, the number of radiator plates, channel oil distribution, shoulder angle and other structures were changed. Through the simulation of temperature field, the simulation results of different structures are compared with those of the original structure. It is shown that the total heat loss of the radiator increases with the increase of the number of plates, but the increase gradually weakens. Second, change the channel of oil distribution to a certain extent, the total heat release are increasing, but the middle on both sides of the narrow structure has better heat dissipation capacity, and the shoulder angle can increase the total heat dissipation in the range of 0 ° ～10 °. Objective： To explore the effect of metformin combined with radiation exposure on the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells CNE-1. Methods： CNE-1 cell was treated with metformin （5 mM）, 2Gy radiation exposure, metformin （5 mM） combined with 2Gy radiation exposure, respectively. MTT and clone formation assays were used to detect the cell proliferation inhibition rate and clone formation inhibition rate. Results： MTT assay showed that compared with metformin or 2Gy radiation exposure, the cell proliferation inhibition rate of metformin combined with radiation exposure was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. The clone formation assay showed that compared with metformin or 2Gy radiation exposure, the cell clone formation inhibition rate of metformin combined with radiation exposure was significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Objective: To delect Ihe expression and distribution of NDRG2(N-myc downstream regulated gene 2) and GFAP(gllal fibrillary acidic protein) In astrocytes of different brain regions. Methods: immunofluorescence staining and western blot were used to detect the expression and distribution of NDRG2 and GFAP In astrocytes of different brain regions, such as cortex, hippocampus, striatum and so on. Remits: Double Immunofluorescent staining results show mat NDRG2 positive cells are widely and evenly distributed In different brain regions, and NDRG2 displays a strong colocallzatlon with GFAP. The morphology of astrocytes labeled by NDRG2 and GFAP are not completely the same. Western Blot results show mat me expression of NDRG2 protein In me cortex Is higher than mat In the hippocampus and striatum, while me expression of GFAP protein In hippocampus is the highest. Objective: To investigate the effects of long-term low-dose sevoflurane inhalation on reproductive function of male mice. Methods: Twenty male C57 mice were randomly divided into two groups (n=10): control group and Sevo group. The mice in Sevo group exposed to 0.2%sevoflurane for 45 d, 4 h/day. Thirty five days later, each male mouse mated with 4 female mice. Ten days later, these male mice were weighed and testis index was calculated. The morphological changes of the testes, the sperm motility and serum hormone levels were detected. The number of offspring mice and sex ratio were calculated. Results: After Long-term low-dose sevoflurane inhalation, the weight increasement of male mice and spermmotility significantly decreased, and the serum levels of FSH, LH, LEP significantly increased, whereas the serumlevels of Teststerone did not change compared with mice in Con group. And there were no significant difference in pregnancy rate, offspring number and sex ratio between Con group and Sevo group. Conclusion: Long-term low-dose sevoflurane exposure affected serumhormone level and significantly decreased sperm motility of the male mice, but had no influence on pregnancy rate and the number and sex ratio of offsprings. Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of 14-3-3 θ protein in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Expression status of 14-3-30 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 72 cases of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma and normal nasopharyngeal tissues. Expressions and correlations of 14-3-3 θ were analyzed. Results: In 72 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and normal nasopharyngeal tissues, the positive expressions of 14-3-3 θ were 69.4 % and 15.2 %. The chi square test suggested that 14-3-3 θ expression was correlated with clinical stages (P=0.045). lymph node metastasis (P<0.001). recurrences (P=0.041). while it was not correlated with age (P=0.444). sex (P=0.795). histologic subtype (P=0.468). Correlation analysis suggested that 14-3-3θ expressions were positively correlated with clinical stages (r= -0.256. P=0.030). lymph node metastasis (r=0.506, P<0.001). recurrences (r=0.106. P=0.033). while it was negatively correlated with age. sex, and histologic subtype (P>0.05). Conclusion: In human nasopharyngeal carcinoma, expressions of 14-3-3θ were increased and correlated with clinical stages and metastasis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
