目的比较交锁髓内钉与经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析 2011 年1 月至2015 年1 月因胫骨远端关节外骨折接受内固定手术治疗的90 例患者的临床疗效，根据内固定方式将90 例患者分为微创经皮锁定钢板固定组（钢板组）和交锁髓内钉固定组（髓内钉组），每组45 例。术后比较两组患者的平均手 术时间、平均骨折愈合时间、临床疗效及并发症发生情况，采用Johner⁃Wruhs 胫骨干骨折疗效标准评价临床疗效。结果 所有患者均获随访，髓内钉组手术时间（64.0±10.1）min，骨折愈合时间（29.5±7.6）周；钢板组手术时间（68.0±12.1）min，骨折 愈合时间（31.6±10.3）周，两组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。钢板组优良率[95.6%（43/45）]及并发症发生率[13.3% （6/45）]与髓内钉组[分别为93.3%（42/45）、6.7%（3/45）]比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论采用交锁髓内钉及经皮 锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折，均能达到良好治疗效果，在骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率方面，两组无明显差异。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
