【目的】 分析Expressmarker22（EX22）系统检测广东汉族人群中的梯度标准物范围之外（OL）等位基 因频率及序列组成，完善频率数据库。【方法】应用EX22系统对3495例广东汉族无关个体进行STR分型，统计等 位基因分型OL的等位基因频率并筛选稀有等位基因。通过比对STRBase数据库和相关文献，对暂未报道的OL 样本进行单基因座扩增及克隆测序。【结果】共发现分布于10个基因座中的33种OL等位基因，频率为0.3‰~ 4.6‰，其中稀有等位基因25种，11个未见报道。测序结果显示以核心序列的不完整重复多见。【结论】OL等位 基因数据有助于提高个体识别率和非父排除率，有效补充法医DNA多态性数据，完善数据库建设。

Objective: To study the value of the cervical length (CL) and uterocervical angles (involving anterior uterocervical angles and posterior uterocervical angles) in predicting preterm labor to find new predicting markers via transvaginal ultrasound (TVU) and provide new predicting thoughts. Methods　A total of 252 pregnant women selected from 24 to 27+6 weeks of gestation underwent TVU to measure their CL, aUCA and pUCA, and finally were divided into the normal group and the premature group according their delivery time. The difference and value of above markers between the two groups were compared in predicting preterm. Results: Among them, 236 gave birth at term, and 16 went into labor prematurely. There was a statistically significant difference in aUCA and pUCA between the two groups (P < 0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in CL (P > 0.05). By calculating the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of three cervical ultrasound indicators, only the AUC of aUCA was significantly greater than 0.5, with a threshold of 102.22°; The area under the ROC curve for predicting preterm birth using aUCA combined with CL was 0.715, and the threshold for the combined factor was -2.385. Conclusion: The predictive value of premature delivery for CL in single live pregnant women aged 24-27+6 weeks is not good. Compared with CL, the measurement of aUCA through TVU is more effective in predicting preterm birth and when measuring aUCA ≥102.22°, the occurrence of premature birth should be highly vigilant. In mammalian reproduction, granulosa cell proliferation and apoptosis are critical in oogenesis, folliculogenesis, and follicular atresia. Regulating various physiological activities of cells at the post-transcriptional level，microRNA(miRNA) is an endogenous non-coding small RNA. Due to the extensiveness and diversity of miRNAs as well as the conservation and homology of some miRNA sequences, it is suggested that miRNAs may undertake many important biological functions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bta-miR-1343-3p on the function of bovine granulosa cells and its action mechanisms, bovine follicular granulosa cells(GCs) were used, and the binding site of the target gene, bta-miR-1343-3p, was predicted by using bioinformatics software miRnada and miRDB, the dual fluorescent reporter assay was used to verify the target relationship between bta-miR-1343-3p and NEDD8. The bta-miR-1343-3p mimics and inhibitors were used to construct GCs overexpression and inhibition models. MTT assay was used to detect the effect of transfected miR-1343-3p mimics and inhibitors on the proliferation of GCs, and detect the changes in the expression of related genes. The results showed that overexpression of bta-miR-1343-3p in bovine GCs inhibited the expression of NEDD8 gene. Cell proliferation rate analysis showed that overexpression of bta-miR-1343-3p inhibited cell proliferation, but at the same time promoted the apoptosis of GCs. The expression levels of cell cycle related genes CDK1 and CDK4 were significantly decreased after overexpression of btamiR-1343-3p, while the expression of Bax and Fas genes were significantly increased, indicating that bta-miR-1343-3p affected the proliferation and apoptosis of bovine follicular GCs by target regulating NEDD8 gene. Objective To explore the demand for "internet+elderly care services" of the quasi elderly and its influencing factors. Methods The convenient sampling method was used to survey 203 quasi elderly people. The demand scores of "internet+elderly care services" of the quasi elderly people with different characteristics were compared, and the influencing factors of their demand for "internet+elderly care services" were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the demand scores of "internet+elderly care services" among the quasi elderly people of different age, different types of registered residence, different per capita monthly income of families, whether their parents were alive, whether they were engaged in manual labor, whether they had higher education, and whether they had supplementary medical insurance(P <0.001). E-health literacy level, whether parents were alive, whether they had supplementary medical insurance, whether they had received higher education, and whether they had used the "internet+e-health" service were the influencing factors of the demand for "internet+elderly care services" for the quasi elderly(P <0.05). Only 8.37% of the quasi elderly was unwilling to pay any fees. Conclusion At present, the demand awareness of "internet+elderly care service" of the quasi elderly is relatively lacking, and needs to be improved through various ways such as good platform and system support, so as to promote healthy aging. BACKGROUND: Previous studies in animals have explored the pathway of apoptosis in the endoplasmic reticulum after treatment with Shenshuai Yin for chronic renal failure. However, the mechanism of cell apoptosis through other pathways remains to be studied. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory mechanism of renal cell apoptosis of chronic renal failure rats through Fas/FasL pathway. METHODS: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group, a Niaoduqing group and a Shenshuai Yin group. A rat model of chronic renal failure was established by intragastric administration of adenine suspension 200 mg/kg per day. Rats in the Shenshuai Yin group were given Shenshuai Yin 33.3 g/kg per day by gavage. Rats in the Niaoduqing group were given Niaoduqing granule 2.25 g/kg per day by gavage. Rats in the blank group and model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride injection 8 mL/kg by gavage. Treatments in each group were conducted once a day for 4 consecutive weeks. After treatment, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were detected. Renal histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Apoptosis in renal tissues was evaluated by TUNEL staining. The protein levels of Fas, FasL, Caspase8 and Caspase3 were detected by western blot. An approval by the Animal Ethics Committee of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was given with an approval No. 21000092017044. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared to the blank group, the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were significantly increased in the model, Niaoduqing and Shenshuai Yin groups (P < 0.01), the apoptotic index of renal cells was significantly increased (P < 0.01), and the protein levels of Fas, FasL, Caspase3 and Caspase8 were significantly increased (P < 0.01). The above indexes of Niaoduqing group and Shenshuai Yin group were all significantly improved as compared to the model group (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the Niaoduqing group and Shenshuai Yin group (P > 0.05). To conclude, Shenshuai Yin can reduce renal cell apoptosis and improve renal function in chronic renal failure rats. Objective: To explore the clinical effect of low sodium hemodialysis(HD) combined with hemodiafiltration(HDF) on the blood pressure rhythm and calcium phosphorus metabolism of patients with resistant hypertension. Methods: 62 uremia patients combined with resistant hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=31) was treated with traditional HD alone for 2 h per time, 3 times per week, and combined group(n=31) was treated with low sodium HD and HDF, once per week. The effect was evaluated at 3 months after treatment, the changes of blood pressure circadian rhythm, calcium phosphate metabolism before and after treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during HD were compared between two groups. Results: The indicators of blood pressure rhythm including 24 h systolic blood pressure(24h SBP), 24 h diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP), day systolic blood pressure(dSBP), day diastolic blood pressure(dSBP), night systolic blood pressure(nSBP), night diastolic blood pressure(nSBP) of treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment and were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). All the indicators of blood pressure rhythm except n SBP in control group showed no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of blood Ca in the treatment group was obviously increased, the levels of blood P, PTH were obviously decreased compared with control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group was 16.1% and 16.1% respectively, which showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions: Low sodium HD combined with HDF can effectively remove the toxic metabolites, promote the blood pressure rhythm recovery, regulate metabolism of calcium phosphate in treating the uremia patients with resistant hypertension. Objective To investigate the depression status and influencing factors for the late pregnancy women， and provide a theoretical basis for psychological consultations and interventions. Methods A symptoms of depression self rating scale （SDS） and a questionnaire for the basic information were adopted in the cross-sectional survey for 180 late pregnancy women at 35 weeks or more in the obstetrics of the second affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University from March to May in 2015. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related risk factors of depression. Results The depression positive rate of late pregnancy women was 42.2% ， among which the depression positive rate of the Han nationality （47.45%） was obviously higher than national minority's （25.58%）, and Bachelor degree or above （52.94%） was higher than Bachelor degree and below （35.71%） . Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for depression symptoms were nationality （OR=2.92， 95% CI: 1.29-6.63），education （OR=3.29， 95%CI: 1.22-7.18），satisfaction degree of current marital status （OR=3. 53， 95% CI: 1.09-6.24）， and sleep time of every day （OR=0.37， 95% CI:0.15-0.94） . Conclusion The present mental health status of the late pregnancy women in Kunming was poor，especially the pregnant women with Bachelor degree or above and poor quality of sleep，who were prone to depression. Suburban farmland ecosystems are known to be affected by intensive land use/cover change（LUCC）during the process of urbanization in Beijing. We investigated inter-annual changes in carbon sequestration, source, footprint, and eco-efficiency from 2004 to 2012 in the agro-ecosystem of suburban Beijing. Our findings indicated that:（1）Carbon sink increased 2.8 percent annually and the average annual carbon storage amount was 1 058 200 t, with food crops constituting the highest proportion at 80.4% of carbon storage in farmland ecosystems, of which maize contributed 68.5% as the largest constituent;（2）Carbon emission in the system showed a gradually decreasing trend, with agricultural chemicals as significant contributors. The annual average carbon emission was 276 000 tons in the Beijing farmland ecosystem, and decreased approximately 1.3 percent per year. The largest amount of carbon emissions came from agricultural chemicals at 85.4%, of which nitrogen fertilizer was the biggest contributor at 83.7%;（3）The carbon footprint also showed a decreasing trend along with an ecological surplus of carbon. The average carbon footprint was 5.71 hm2 in the Beijing farmland ecosystem with decreasing rate at 5.5%annually; however, the carbon surplus showed a downward trend due to reduction in the amount of arable land;（4）Finally, the increasing carbon sink capacity led to higher carbon eco-efficiency, with an annual average of 3.854 kg C·kg-1 CE, carbon sequestration was greater than the amount of carbon released. In summary, the agro-ecosystem in suburban Beijing has sustained a relatively high carbon eco-efficiency, and agricultural production continues to have high sustainability potential.
