肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种常见的功能性胃肠道疾病，无器质性病变，其病理生理机制至今仍未完全清 楚。脑肠互动是中枢神经系统与胃肠道之间的双向调节机制，而脑肠互动异常可导致胃肠道感觉,运动和分泌失 常，从而引起IBS发病。脑肠互动与神经-内分泌网络密切相关。神经营养因子（NTFs）是一类由神经所支配组织和 神经胶质细胞分泌的蛋白质分子，是神经-内分泌网络中的重要组成，主要包括神经生长因子（NGF）,脑源性神经营 养因子（BDNF）,神经营养因子 3（NT-3）和神经营养因子 4（NT-4）。其中，NGF,BDNF 与 IBS的发生关系密切，二者 均可通过与相应的特异性受体结合介导脑肠互动异常，从外周介导内脏超敏,参与中枢神经对疼痛增敏以及对精神 心理调节等方面参与 IBS的病理生理过程，两者作用机制有相似之处，但其介导途径又有所不同；而 NT-3,NT-4与 IBS的关系目前研究较少，二者作为有可能参与 IBS发病的 NTFs，其作用途径,作用靶点及作用机制有待于进一步 深入研究。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Dried corn was crushed to prepare samples, and the method of QuEChERS for extracting organophosphorus pesticides from corn was optimized, the economic and rapid extraction of organophosphorus pesticide residues in corn was realized, and gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was established to qualitatively and quantitatively detect organophosphorus pesticides in samples. The results showed that the limit of detection(LOD) of seven organophosphorus pesticides was 0. 03-0. 49 μg / kg, limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0. 08-1. 62 μg / kg; the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 2%-16. 7%, and the recovery rate was 63. 8%-122. 3%. This method had the characteristics of simplicity, fast response, high recovery rate, high sensitivity and strong resistance to matrix interference, and its suitable for the analysis and detection of organic phosphorus pesticides in corn crops. Four kinds of mulching film biodegradable film S1 which is made of starch and polycaprolactone, S2 which is made of polylactic acid and poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate), S3 which is made of poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) and common mulching film P which is made of polyethylene) and 4 nitrogen application levels (0, 120, 240 and 360kg · ha−1) were set. Under the condition of drip irrigation water and fertilizer integration, maize field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different types of film mulching combined with nitrogen fertilizer application on maize yield, soil moisture, temperature, nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and economic benefits, so as to screen out the degradable film mulching and the suitable combined application amount of nitrogen fertilizer for maize planting in Ningxia irrigation area. The results showed that under different film mulching, the soil water content, yield, nitrogen use efficiency, nitrogen partial productivity and economic benefit under biodegradable film mulching S2 treatment increased by 1.15%, 13.15%, 2.38%, 11.69% and 19.03% respectively compared with S1 treatment, and there was no significant difference between biodegradable film mulching S2 treatment and common mulching film P treatment; there was no significant difference in 5−25cm soil average temperature between S2 and S1 treatments; the soil water content, nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity of 0−100cm layer under N2 treatment decreased by 2.31%, 4.59% and 38.15% respectively, while the maize yield and economic benefit increased by 62.22% and 108.69% respectively compared with N0 treatment; nitrogen fertilizer application had no significant effect on soil temperature in 0−25cm. The results showed that degradable film mulching S2 and nitrogen fertilizer application with 240kg · ha−1 could effectively improve soil moisture and temperature, increase maize yield and nitrogen use efficiency, and increase net income in arid agricultural areas of Ningxia [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper established finite element models of cantilever reinforced concrete(RC)columns wrapped with carbon fiber reinforced composites(CFRP)under lateral impact loading by using a LS-DYNA software. Numerical results were compared with experimental results obtained from the literature to validate the rationality of the modeling method. A series of parametric analysis were conducted to study the effects of column axial compression ratio, the number of CFRP wraps, impact velocity and impact mass on dynamic responses of strengthened RC columns. The results show that:(1)The column axial compression ratio from 0 to 0.2 has little effect on damage pattern, the first peak of impact force and lateral displacement of CFRP-wrapped RC columns.(2)The number of CFRP wraps can effectively control the shear damage and reduce the lateral displacement.(3)The impact velocity has a greater influence on the first peak of impact force and lateral displacement of strengthened columns than impact mass.(4)Under the same impact energy, increasing impact mass will increase the lateral displacement but reduce the first peak of impact force. The study of the formation and migration of different water bodies is helpful to the rational development and utilization of water resources, and of great significance to the coordinated prevention and control of surface water and groundwater pollution and ecological environment protection. Taking the Jiaozhou Bay north shore shallow groundwater, river water and sea water as the research object, through the acquisition of water chemistry and hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope samples test and analysis, the statistics and Piper diagram were integrated used, different water bodies of water chemical characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed, and in combination with characteristics of hydrogen and the relationship between supply source and transformation was studied by oxygen stable isotopic. The results show that the fissure water of bedrock in the study area is mainly fresh water, and some points are affected by seawater intrusion, showing brackish water characteristics. Quaternary pore water is salt water and its chemical composition is stable. The chemical composition of the river water varies greatly, showing the characteristics of brackish water and salt water. There is a mutual transformation relationship between surface water bodies in the study area. The main source of water in Xiangmao River is atmospheric precipitation. Hongjiang River and Moshui River are mixed water of atmospheric precipitation and sea water, and Moshui River is more affected by sea water mixing than Hongjiang River. The seawater in Jiaozhou Bay is a mixture of river water and standard seawater. There is mutual transformation between groundwater and surface water in the study area. Besides atmospheric precipitation, there is a close hydraulic connection between bedrock fissure water and quaternary pore water, which is affected by seawater intrusion. Quaternary pore water is derived from the mixture of atmospheric precipitation and sea water, which is supplied by surface water or fissure water in bedrock during runoff and experiences evaporation in different degrees.
