Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of internal fixation for sacroiliac joint complex injuries. Methods A total of 42 patients with sacroiliac joint complex injuries who were admitted from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected. All patients were treated with percutaneous hollow nail internal fixation, and the treatment effects obtained after the treatment were analyzed. Results All patients underwent X-ray scans and CT scans after surgical treatment. The position of the hollow nails for internal fixation was accurate, and there was no position deviation or damage to the sacral nerve. After 42 patients undergoing surgical treatment, 40 patients had excellent pelvic recovery, with an excellent rate of 95.23%, 39 patients had excellent functional recovery, with an excellent rate of 92.86%, and patients could get out of bed and walk about 1 to 4 months after surgery, Perform physical recovery activities, and follow up the patients for a period of 6 to 12 months. The patients did not have complications such as unequal length of the lower limbs and pelvic deformities, and the patients recovered well. The quality of life of 42 patients was significantly improved after surgical treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of internal fixation for the treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injuries has achieved a good therapeutic effect. The quality of life of the patients has been significantly improved, and the operation is relatively simple, safe and effective [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
