[Objective] The aims of this study are to compare and analyze the applicability of modified Gash model and neural network model in simulating and predicting canopy interception of artificial forest to reveal the canopy interception and its response process of Robinia pseudoacacia in arid area, and to provide scientific basis for further understanding of forest eco-hydrological process and its regulation mechanism. [Method] Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in the east of the Yellow River of Ningxia was taken as the research object, the stemflow and throughfall were observed and the canopy interception was calculated. The modified Gash model and neural network model were used to simulate the canopy interception of Robinia pseudoacacia forest. [Result] (1) The throughfall, stemflow and canopy interception of Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in the study area were 154.19 mm, 5.61 mm and 16.5 mm, respectively, and the thresholds for throughfall and stemflow were 1.37 mm and 2.17 mm, respectively. (2) Both the Gash modified model and the optimized neural network model could better simulate the canopy interception of Robinia pseudoacacia. The absolute error, mean square error, root mean square error and mean absolute percentage error of the Gash modified model were 0.20%, 0.06%, 0.24% and 52.43%, respectively. The fitting accuracy of the simulation results reached 83%. Compared with the Gash modified model, the mean square error of the BP neural network algorithm model (SSA-BP) optimized by the sparrow search algorithm was reduced by 61.48%, the mean absolute error was reduced by 40.39%, the root mean square error was reduced by 37.93%, the mean absolute percentage error was reduced by 50.52%, and the coefficient of determination was increased by 1.2%. [Conclusion] In the simulation study of canopy interception, the BP neural network model with sparrow search algorithm has a good reliability, which can effectively reduce the simulation error and improve the prediction accuracy of the model. In this paper, based on Hill kinetics and Michaelis-Menten equation, we built a theoretical model to study the physical mechanism of insulin regulating hepatic gluconeogenesis through cAMP-response element binding protein(CREB). The theoretical model considers that insulin regulates Peroxisome Proliferator-activated Receptor γ Coactivator(PGC) cascade signaling through CREB, thereby regulating hepatic gluconeogenesis and affecting the characteristics of glucose metabolism signaling pathway. We found that under the action of abnormal insulin(Ginsulin), the expression of CREB is increased, which further stimulates the expression of Pck1. By the regulation of Recombinant Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 1(Pck1), citrate, α-keto glutarate, Malate, and Oxaloacetate show different metabolic levels. The highly expressed CREB upregulates the expression level of Pck1, and regulates the conversion of phosphoenolpyruvate to Pyruvate through regulatory factors such as CREB and Pck1. It in turn results in a significant increase in citrate, α-keto glutarate, Malate, and Oxaloacetate. The cellular glucose metabolism can be ultimately affected. Under the regulation of gluconeogenesis genes, higher Glocose concentration leads to the promotion of phosphoenolpyruvate. Under the regulation of Pck1, the conversion of phosphoenolpyruvate to Pyruvate increases, which will also greatly increase concentrations of citrate, α-keto glutarate, Malate, and Oxaloacetate. The theoretical results further reveal the new regulatory mechanism of insulin, CREB protein, and gluconeogenesis genes on cellular glucose metabolism. Objective To evaluate predictive factors affecting the short-term efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to construct a prediction model. Methods From October 2019 to November 2021, 221 patients with advanced NSCLC who met the inclusion criteria and were treated with PD-1 inhibitors were prospectively enrolled. Patients who were enrolled before May 1st, 2021 were included inthe modeling group (n=149), whereas those who enrolled thereafter were included in the validation group (n=72). The general clinical data of patients, information of the four TCM diagnoses were collected, and TCM syndrome elements were identified. R software version 4.0.4 was used in constructing a nomogram clinical prediction model of objective response rate. The predictive ability and discrimination of the model were evaluated and externally validated by using a validation group. Results After two to four cycles of PD-1 inhibitor therapy in 221 patients, the overall objective response rate was 44.80%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis of the modeling group showed that the TPS score (OR=0.261, P=0.001), number of treatment lines (OR=3.749, P=0.002), treatment mode (OR=2.796, P=0.019), qi deficiency disease syndrome elements (OR=2.296, P=0.043), and syndrome elements of yin deficiency disease (OR=3.228, P=0.005) were the independent predictors of the short-term efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors. Based on the above five independent predictors, a nomogram prediction model for the short-term efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors was constructed. The AUC values of the modeling and validation groups were 0.8317 and 0.7535, respectively. The calibration curves of the two groups showed good agreement between the predicted and true values. The mean absolute errors were 0.053 and 0.039, indicating that the model has good predictive performance. Conclusion The nomogram model constructed on the basis of the syndrome elements of Qi-deficiency disease and Yin-deficiency syndrome of TCM, as well as TPS score, number of treatment lines and treatment mode, is a stable and effective tool for predicting the short-term efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Five cities in Ningxia Province are chose as research area, this paper analyzes the variations in yields of three main crops, calculates the carbon footprint of three crop production from 2008 to 2020, and compares the variation characteristic and regional differences of carbon footprint. The results show that from 2008 to 2020, the carbon footprint of three crop production in Ningxia increased by 3.81%, and the total cumulative carbon footprint reached 2 536.49×10 t CO, equivalents (CO,-eq), of which the cumulative carbon footprint of maize production accounted for more than 50%; the carbon footprint of three crop production in Yinchuan and Wuzhong cities were higher than that in other three cities, and there was a trend of decrease in regional differences of carbon footprint. In order to reduce the carbon footprint and environ- mental impact of crop production in Ningxia, chemical fertilizers should be used rationally, the behavior of burning crop straw should be prohibited and straw returning should be encouraged and advocated, and farmland should be well managed and protected. Most rotating machinery and equipment are continuously running under complex and changeable operating conditions in actual industrial production. The running speed can be constantly changing to switch the working mode with the excessive background noise. Among them, three-phase induction motor bearings tend to suffer multiple concurrent failures and strong interference of background noise in the signal. The sparse decomposition of composite fault signals can also be doped by various fault types. The sparse characteristics of the signals cannot be fully reflected, due to the large atomic complexity and the low sparse performance. It is a high demand for the accurate diagnosis of the weak composite fault of bearings. In this study, a hybrid fault diagnosis was proposed using the non-convex fused lasso model (NCFLM). The sparse performance of non-convex total variation denoising (NCTVD) was improved to accurately identify the faults when extracting the weak compound faults of three-phase induction motor bearings. Among them, the absolute value function of the coefficient difference was used as the punishment to compress the model coefficient. The regression coefficient was then compressed toward the origin. The coefficient with the redundancy characteristics was weakened to smooth and segment the coefficient with similar characteristics. The number of atoms was reduced with less information and the complexity of the signal, in order to meet the requirements of the ideal recognition of compound faults. Firstly, the Generalized minimax concave (GMC) was introduced into the NCTVD model (arctan-NCTVD) using the arctan-NCTVD penalty factor. The GMC penalty function was derived from the generalization of the Huber function. The form of the GMC penalty function was derived by the variable scaling, whereas, the compression scaling variables were added to the unary Huber. The GMC penalty function term was added to the arctan-NCTVD model, and then expanded into the form of a fusion lasso model, in order to obtain the NCFLM. The penalty control was simultaneously carried out on the signal data atoms themselves. The sum of the absolute values was set as the differences between NCFLM and conventional non-convex penalty model. There was a decrease in the difference between adjacent atoms with the same characteristics. The sequential association of all atoms was also considered to distinguish different feature components. As such, the processed data by the fusion lasso model was sparse for the atoms and continuity differences between them. Therefore, sparse solutions were generated between atoms and continuity differences. The sparsity of the sparse coefficient and the difference was enhanced to make the model more sensitive to the complex impact components in the signal. Secondly, the model was solved using the Forward-Backward Algorithm (FBA). The ergodic method was introduced to find the optimal value of the regularization parameters λ1 and λ2, when the maximum correlation kurtosis was obtained. The ergodic method was used to screen the optimal regularization parameter combination with the strong convexity of the model. The improved non-convex penalty model was achieved in better sparse performance and approximation to the ideal L0 norm. Finally, the NCFLM processing was carried out using the collected composite fault signals of motor bearings to extract the composite fault characteristics. The measured data was obtained in the variable frequency and speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motor bearings. The experimental results show that the sparse performance of NCFLM was 9.2%, 6.6%, 10%, 46.2%, and 15% higher than that of the original arctan-NCTVD model, in terms of the atomic distribution, convergence performance, reconstruction error, sparsity and degree of approximation to L0 norm. It can also accurately diagnose the compound fault of motor bearings that is caused by the local damage of outer and inner rings, indicating the feasibility and engineering practicability of the improved model. Objective To construct a nomogram prediction model for the treatment effect of anlotinib with the participation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements on the patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) who previously received multiple lines of chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 127 patients with ES-SCLC who received at least two cycles of anlotinib treatment were retrospectively studied. Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between each factor and the overall survival time. Cox regression analysis was applied to screen the independent influencing factors of the prognosis of patients with ES-SCLC. R language was employed to build a nomogram prediction model, C-index was used to evaluate the model, and calibration curve was adopted to verify the accuracy of the model. Results Age, PS score, brain metastases, qi deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome were related risk factors for ES-SCLC treated with anlotinib. PS score, brain metastasis, and blood stasis syndrome were independent prognostic factors. On the basis of these three independent influencing factors, a nomogram model was established to predict the prognosis of patients with ES-SCLC treated with anlotinib. The predicted risk was close to the actual risk, showing a high degree of coincidence. Conclusion The nomogram model established with PS score, blood stasis syndrome elements, and brain metastasis as independent factors can predict the prognosis of patients with ES-SCLC receiving second- and third-line treatment of anlotinib. In this paper, based on Hill dynamics and Michaelis-Menten equation, we built a theoretical model to study the mechanism of Hepatitis B virus (HBx) promoting the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) through interaction with CREB (cAMP-response element binding protein).The theoretical model takes the HBx-CPAP (centrosome P4.1 associated protein)-AKT (protein kinase B)-GSK3 (Glycogen Synthase Kinase3)-P53 pathway into consideration. We found that with the increase of CREB concentration (CREB concentration=0.01-0.05), HBx has amplification effect, which leads to the significant decrease of tumor suppressor function of P53. The overexpression of inflammatory factor (NF-κB) creates an inflammatory microenvironment. CREB also regulates the secondary growth of AKT and affects cell glycogen metabolism. These factors contribute to the occurrence and development of HCC. Our theoretical results are consistent with the experimental observations, and provide a fundamental understanding of the HBx promoting the development of HCC through interaction with CREB.
