航空宇宙技術研究所 7-9 Jun. 1995 東京 日本, National Aerospace Laboratory 7-9 Jun. 1995 Tokyo Japan, ヘリコプタロータの高速衝撃騒音への翼端平面、翼形、2面および単面の影響を調べた。拡張Kirchhoff方程式組込みCFD手法を用いてロータの騒音圧を推定した。本手法ではEuler方程式を解いてロータ翼周りの流れ場を求める。移動面への適用拡張Kirchhoff方程式を用いて、全音源を包含するKirchhoff表面上でEuler方程式を解くことにより、1観測点での騒音圧を推定する。第1段階での計算は定高度ホバリングの飛行条件で実行した。計算の結果、翼端平面の修正はロータ騒音のピーク音圧レベルを顕著に引き下げること、それは40度の後退角、ロータ半径90%でのテーパ比が0.333のロータ翼でピーク値の70%カットを示した。また、翼端厚みの修正もピーク音圧レベルを引き下げること、それはロータ外径10%での厚みを12%から6%へ直線方向に変えることで、45%のピーク値カットを示した。結論として、ロータ翼端の平面形状と厚みの最適な組合せは低騒音ロータの設計を可能にすることを示唆した。, The effect of blade tip platform, airfoil, dihedral and anhedral on High-Speed Impulsive (HSI) noise of a helicopter rotor are investigated. A combined method of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) with an extended Kirchhoff's equation is used to estimate the acoustic pressure of the rotor noise. The method solves Euler equations to obtain the flow field around a rotor blade. The Kirchhoff's equation extended to a moving surface is then used to estimate the acoustic pressure at an observer position by using the Euler solutions on the Kirchhoff surface in which all the acoustic sources are enclosed. Calculations are performed under the condition of non-lifting hover as the first stage of the study. The calculated results show that the modification of blade tip platform remarkably reduces the absolute value of the negative peak pressure of the rotor noise. It is indicated that the blade with the sweepback angle of 40 degree and the taper ratio of 0.333 from 90 percent rotor radius leads to the reduction of the peak pressure by about 70 percent. The calculated results also show that the modification of blade tip thickness reduces the absolute value of the negative peak pressure of the rotor noise. It is indicated that the blade with the thickness varying linearly from 12 percent to 6 percent in the outer 10 percent radial region leads to the reduction of the peak pressure by about 45 percent. For instance, the mixing between the exhaust jet and the entrained flow in the mixer-ejector nozzle to reduce the noise level at the take off and the mixing between the ram air and the turbo air in the front mixing component operating for the dual mode of the the hypersupersonic transport propulsion system. In the research and the development of this system it is very useful for predicting the mixing characteristics to design components and improve the performance of this system. 低騒音STOL実験機「飛鳥」の開発と飛行試験を中心課題とするSTOLプロジェクトは、1970年代から1980年代後半にかけてSTOL技術の確立を目的とし、国内の関係機関、メーカの協力のもとで、約350億円かけて実施された大型の研究開発プロジェクトである。航空宇宙技術研究所は研究者の約1/3からなる実施組織を作りプロジェクトを推進したが、従来の研究活動の枠を越えた多大な技術管理業務を必要とした。本報告はこのプロジェクト研究で「何がどのように達成されたか」、「どのように推進されたか」に答えるために、プロジェクトの全体像、推進体制、技術管理体制等に焦点をあててまとめたものである。, A large scale technological R&D project of the fanjet STOL aircraft has been promoted by the National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) of the Science and Technology Agency (STA) with support and cooperation from related organizations, from the middle of the 1970s to the end of the 1980s with a budgetary expense of about 350 billion yen. This report was prepared based on the above mentioned consideration and describes 'what was realized in this project' and 'how individual work and tasks were carried out'. At about the same time of publication of this project summary, three more detailed summary reports, namely summaries of the development of STOL research aircraft, of the engine development and of the flight test are being published. The ASKA made its first flight on October 28, 1985. Descriptions of the development over the 8 years from 1977 to 1985 are included along with descriptions of the aircraft and its systems, and various development tests. The ASKA is a modified C-1 medium-sized troop and freight transport, manufactured by Kawasaki Heavy Industries for the Air Self-Defence Force. 本稿は、ファンジェットSTOL(短距離離着陸)実験機(飛鳥)用に開発されたHUD(ヘッドアップディスプレイ)およびIRU(慣性基準装置)を航空宇宙技術研究所(NAL)所有のビーチクラフト65型クインエア実験用航空機に搭載して、HUDの有効性、ならびにIRUを飛行制御、計測のセンサとして用いるための精度、特性を評価するために行った飛行評価試験についてまとめたものである。この評価試験を通じて確認されたことは以下の通りである。(1)HUDが着陸時の飛行援助装置として有効である。(2)HUDが飛行試験の遂行においても有効である。(3)IRUは実環境下において認定基準を満足する性能を有する。また、今後の新しい航空機へのHUD、IRUの適用面においては、以下の点で有用なデータを提供した。(4)HUDを搭載する航空機のための基本的な飛行試験技術を確立した。(5)IRUの実機搭載による性能評価法を確立した。(6)レーダガイダンスなどと組み合わせたHUDによる新しい計器着陸技術の可能性を明らかにした。, A Head-Up Display (HUD) and an Inertial Reference Unit (IRU) were developed by the National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) for the NAL QSTOL (Quiet Short Take Off and Landing) experimental aircraft (Aska). Flight tests were conducted in the B-65 Queen Air, and the performance of the HUD which provides the pilot with landing aid information, and the accuracy and characteristics of the IRU to be used for flight control and measurements were evaluated. The results indicated that the HUD accuracy and characteristics of the HUD as an approach and landing aid system were good, and also that the IRU was useful as a sensor for flight control and measurements. 航空宇宙技術研究所 10-12 Jun. 1992 東京 日本, National Aerospace Laboratory 10-12 Jun. 1992 Tokyo Japan, 本論文では境界要素法を用いた音響場特性予測のための数値解析法の開発を取り扱う。調和振動の場合の内部および外部音響場問題はヘルムホルツの方程式に支配され、与えられた境界条件と初期条件の下で解くことができる。未知である境界上の音圧は境界要素法を用いて境界条件から定められ、その後にこの境界値を用いて内点での音圧が求められる。この方法によると記憶容量を格段に節減でき、パソコンでも解析可能となる。これらの結果から、計算は、記憶容量が少ないながら小型のコンピュータで十分に行い得ることが示された。小型コンピュータは十分に普及しているので、境界要素法を用いた数値シミュレーションの有効なツールとなるであろう。, This paper is concerned with the development of a numerical method for the prediction of the characteristics of a sound field using boundary element analysis. An acoustics field in inner or exterior problems of harmonic vibration is governed by the Helmholtz equation. It can be solved by a boundary condition and an initial condition being given. Unknown values of acoustic pressure on the boundary are analyzed by the boundary element method using boundary conditions. After this procedure, the values of acoustic pressure at the inside point can be calculated from those of the boundary. This procedure allowed substantial saving of memory. Analysis with a personal computer became possible. According to these results, it was shown that the calculations can be carried out sufficiently with a small computer in spite of the small memory capacity.
