天津理工大学体育馆屋盖结构平面投影为椭圆形,长轴为102m、短轴为82m,周圈为短轴高、长轴低的马鞍形双曲线。屋盖结构采用外圈Levy式、内圈Geiger式的新型复合式索穹顶结构。采用力密度法确定了拉索的初始预应力模态,并根据结构的荷载和受力情况确定了最终预应力取值。分析了支座刚度以及屋面支承系统对结构静力性能的影响,最终确定采用边界为三向铰接并考虑屋面支承系统作用的模型作为计算模型。采用时程分析法计算了索穹顶结构在地震作用下的反应,结果表明地震参与组合对索穹顶结构的计算不起控制作用。

卒中后失眠是在卒中后首次出现并达到失眠诊断标准的一组临床综合征，与临床常见失眠相类似，主要表现为睡眠深度异常和平均每晚睡眠时间少于6 h。meta分析显示，卒中急性期、亚急性期及恢复期患者符合失眠障碍诊断标准的比例分别为32.5%、34.8%和37.1%。卒中后失眠不仅增加了卒中死亡及复发风险，而且对卒中康复与预后造成不利影响。本文对卒中后失眠的发病情况、发病机制及治疗等进行综述，以便为临床实践提供信息，并为卒中后失眠提供针对性干预治疗措施。 Abstract: Post stroke insomnia (PSI) is a group of clinical syndromes that first appear after a stroke and meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia. Similar to common clinical insomnia, the main manifestations are abnormal sleep depth and average sleep time less than 6 hours per night. Meta-analysis showed that 32.5%, 34.8% and 37.1% of patients in acute, subacute and convalescent stages of stroke met the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorders, respectively. PSI not only increases the risk of stroke death and recurrence, but also has adverse effects on stroke rehabilitation and prognosis. This paper reviews the incidence, pathogenesis, and treatment of insomnia after stroke, in order to provide information for clinical practice and provide targeted intervention and treatment measures for insomnia after stroke.

To explore the influencing factors of farmers' low-carbon production behavior, in this study, based on field investigation and empirical analysis, took Santai County in Sichuan Province as the research sample, this study introduced the incentive and constraint policies of the "dual carbon" goal on the basis of the theory of planned behavior, constructs the structural equation model of farmers' low-carbon production behavior, and empirically analyzes the research hypotheses proposed based on the structural equation model. It is confirmed that the subjective paradigm, perceptual behavior control, behavioral attitude, behavior willingness and "dual carbon" policy have a positive impact on farmers low-carbon production behavior, but the incentive and constraint of the "dual carbon" policy are the most important factors, followed by farmers' willingness to act, according to which the development path of establishing and improving incentive mechanism, improving supervision and punishment mechanism and increasing publicity and guidance is proposed, provide scientific basis and reasonable countermeasures for the better development of low-carbon agriculture in Sichuan Province. Abiotic stresses such as cold, drought and high salinity seriously affect the global plant growth and productivity. Dehydration Responsive Element-Binding（DREB）is one of the important transcription factors in plants, and its family members all contain a conservative AP2 domain with 57-70 amino acid residues. DREBs regulate the expressions of various stress genes downstream and endows plants with stress tolerance by binding to dehydration responsive element/C-repeat（DRE/CRT）cis-acting elements in the promoter region of stress-induced genes. This article summarizes the current progresses on the structural characteristics, classification of DREB family, mainly focusing on their functions and molecular mechanisms in response to abiotic stress, aiming to have a deeper understanding of the molecular regulatory network of DREB transcription factors in the stress response process, and to provide a reference for improving plant stress tolerance through genetic engineering in the future. Objective To build a 3D printing model based on the DICOM data of patient's head, face and costal cartilage scanned by CT, and to make a costal cartilage carving ear framework by preoperative 3D digital simulation, so as to realize the individualized autologous costal cartilage reconstruction of the auricle. Methods The therapeutic process of 8 patients with auricle avulsion injury from October 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital was reviewed. The CT scanning of head, face and costal cartilage was performed at first. The DICOM data of bilateral auricles were collected and copied. The data were imported into the medical three-dimensional modeling software Mimics 19.0 to construct bilateral auricles model and themirror healthy side auricle. The efficacy of surgery was simulated by the software of Geomagic Design X and Meshmixer, and the measurement and Boolean calculation were carried out. The 3D model data required in the repair of the residual ears during the operation was calculated. The graft model was printed by a 3D printer. The costal cartilage framework of auricle was shaped during the operation, thus completing there construction of auricle. The placement of retroauricular expander was performed in the first stage. After 3 to 6 months of expansion, the auricle reconstruction was performed in the second stage. The data of the affected ears were measured within 6 months after the operation. The paired t-test was used to compare the measurement data of postoperative efficacy and preoperative simulation efficacy. Results The measurement data of reconstructed ear at 6 months after operation and the simulated ear before the operation in 8 patients were as follows: the length was (6.40±0.13) cm and (6.45±0.12) cm, the width was (3.75±0.09) cm and (3.80±0.07) cm and the cranioauricular angle was (46.8±1.97) and (44.5±2.03). The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The postoperative efficacy was satisfactory and the difference between the healthy and the affected ears was not significant. The postoperative efficacy was basically consistent with the preoperative simulation. Conclusion The 3D printing model can be used to guide the reconstruction of auricle. This method can make the reconstructed ear comparable to the healthy ear. It should be considerable to popularization and application in clinic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the related factors of depressive symptoms in Chinese college students and provide reference for the education of college students'mental health. Methods: Meta-analysis was carried out with Stata15 software. Relevant data were retrieved from cross-sectional studies on depressive symptoms of Chinese college students within the following databases: PubMed Database, Embase, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, and Weipu Database. Results: Twenty-one validated studies were eventually included with a total sample of 33 565 participants. Among which 8294 college students with depressive symptoms were detected, with a detection rate of 24. 71 % . Meta analysis showed that senior year of college, family poverty, professional dissatisfaction, poor employment prospects, and single parent family were the risk factors for depression symptoms among college students (OR = 1. 23, 1. 58, 2. 09, 2. 04, 1. 21). The Han ethnicity, physical exercise and ideal academic performance were the protective factors for depression symptoms among college students (OR = 0. 61, 0. 66, 0. 41 ) . Conclusion: The detection rate of depression symptoms of college students is high. College students with graduation grade, family poverty, dissatisfaction with their major, poor employment prospects and single parent families may be more prone to depression symptoms. Objective To investigate the association between transversal psoas thickness index(TPTI) and nutritional risk in patients with liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC who were admitted to Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and underwent abdominal CT examination were enrolled,and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the patients were screened and divided into liver cirrhosis group and HCC group.The patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC were divided into nutritional risk group and non-nutritional risk group according to the results of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002.Related clinical data,including body height,body weight,liver function,and TPTI were collected.The t-test or the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups,and the chi-square test and the trend chi-square test were used for comparison of categorical data between two groups.A logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors for nutritional risk in patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC.Results A total of 151 patients were enrolled in this study,with 95 patients in the liver cirrhosis group and 56 patients in the HCC group.The incidence rates of nutritional risk in patients with Child-Pugh class A/B/C liver cirrhosis were 61.2%,80.6%,and 86.7%,respectively,and those in patients with Child-Pugh A/B/C HCC were 44.4%,84.6%,and 85.7%,respectively.The trend chi-square test and the Spearman correlation analysis showed that the incidence rate of nutritional risk tended to increase with the reduction in liver function reserve in patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC(χ2=5.051,P=0.025;r=0.388,P=0.003).For the patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC,the nutritional risk group had a significantly lower TPTI than the non-nutritional risk group(both P<0.05).For the patients in the liver cirrhosis group,after adjustment for albumin level in the logistic regression model,the higher the TPTI value,the lower the possibility of nutritional risk in patients(odds ratio=0.766,95% confidence interval:0.642-0.915).Conclusion The incidence rate of nutritional risk in patients with liver cirrhosis or HCC tends to increase with the reduction in liver function reserve.For patients with liver cirrhosis,the higher the TPTI value,the lower the possibility of nutritional risk;for patients with HCC,those with nutritional risk have a lower TPTI value. [Objectives] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of sweet potato dietary fiber (SPDF) on gelling properties and water holding capacity of the composite gel system. [Methods] Different concentrations(0,10,20, 30 g·L-1)of SPDF were added to the pork myofibrillar proteins, and the water holding capacity, gel strength, water distribution of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(l.F-NMK) t dynamic rheological measurements, texture and micros true ture of the blended gel systems were investigated.[ Results] It found that gel strengths and water holding capacity were significantly improved with the increase of SPDF' contents(P<0.05). From the microscopic perspective, the results of LF-NMH showed that tin B addition of SPDF significantly promoted the conversion from free water to immobilized water; rheological tests suggested that the elastic and viscous properties of composite gels, the storage modulus (G') and the loss modulus(G") significantly increased with the increase of SPDF, and reached the maximum at 30 g·L-1 SPDF. Moreover, the hardness of composite gel added with SPDF was also improved, and the gel with 30 g·L-1 SPDF was 1.9 times that of the control . The results of scanning electron microscopy ( SKM) show eel that the gel with SPDF' could form a more compact and homogeneous three-dimensional network. As the disease progresses, there is a significant change in the body composition of patients with liver cirrhosis, and sarcopenia is one of the common complications in liver cirrhosis, especially in decompensated cirrhosis. About 30% —70% of patients with liver cirrhosis have sarcopenia, which greatly affects patients’ survival and is closely associated with the development of hepatic encephalopathy. Sarcopenia may also increase the risk of infection. Sarcopenia and muscle fatty degeneration can be used as poor prognostic indicators of hepatocellular carcinoma and may increase the risk of recurrence of liver cancer. This article reviews the research advances in the definition of sarcopenia, the association of sarcopenia with liver cirrhosis, arid assessment and clinical management of sarcopenia.
