【Objective】The effects of combined application rates of organic and inorganic on metabolic functional diversity of rhizosphere soil microbial community of flue-cured tobacco under same N condition were explored through a plot experiment. 【Method】There were five treatments, CK, chemical fertilizer; T1, cake fertilizers and chemical fertilizers; T2, rice straw returning to field; T3, rape straw returning; T4, plant ash. 【Result】The results showed that the AWCD values of the soil microbial communities followed the order: T3 > T2 > T4 > T1 > CK;The activities of Mc Intosh index was increased most significantly, the enzyme activities were increased by 85 % to 310 % than that of the CK, respectively. The result of principal component analysis showed that the carbon utilization ability of soil microbial community had a lot of discrepancies using organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, plant ash and rapeseed straw incorporation not only improved the soil microbial carbon source utilization ability, and significantly improved functional diversity. 【Conclusion】Organic-Inorganic compound fertilizer could greatly increase the soil microbial functional diversity.
