为从机理上探讨增加光照对绿尾虹雉繁殖性能的影响,在繁殖期对笼养条件下的绿尾虹雉进行了人工补充光照试验。选择体重大小相近的绿尾虹雉成龄个体8只(4♂、4♀),随机分成1个对照组和1个试验组,每组4只(2♂、2♀),每组2个重复,每重复2只(1♂、1♀)。对照组为自然光照; 试验组为自然光照结合人工补充光照达到每天16 h(16L:8D)的光照时间。结果表明:试验组血液生理指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05); 试验组血液生化指标的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、钙、无机磷、胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量高于对照组(P>0.05),尿酸含量低于对照组(P>0.05); 试验组繁殖期的日平均采食量高于对照组(P>0.05)。本实验的结论是:在繁殖期利用自然光照结合人工补充光照(16L:8D)可增加绿尾虹雉日平均采食量,但对血液生化指标水平有一定影响,对绿尾虹雉血液生理指标影响不明显。

禽痘病在禽类中比较常见,常在禽类无毛或少毛的皮肤上发生,一年四季均可发生。在四川宝兴蜂桶寨国家级自然保护区大水沟笼养绿尾虹雉饲养场,2016年8月20日、8月25日、9月5日相继发现3只绿尾虹雉出现类似禽痘症状:眼部、头部周围出现灰白色粒状小结节,个体精神萎靡,拉稀。经一系列治疗措施,分别在25 d、7 d、15 d全部治愈。目前对于绿尾虹雉痘病的预防和治疗报道较少,本文旨在为包括绿尾虹雉在内的野生雉类痘病的预防和治疗提供一些参考。

在推进智慧城市一体化的背景下，智慧化工园区的建设步伐正在逐步加快。近些年，我国化工行业事故频发，给公共安全造成了巨大的破坏与损失。因此，如何提升化工园区安全管理和应急响应能力是目前亟待解决的问题。针对该类安全问题，提出面向化工园区有害气体泄漏的博弈巡逻策略。首先，利用对流扩散模型对有害气体泄漏的过程进行描述。其次，引入博弈论对巡逻问题中攻防双方的对抗过程进行建模，将防守者对安全事故的响应时间与其收益关联。然后，提出基于多线性规划的GGC算法，对该博弈模型进行求解。最后，在3种不同规模的真实化工园区案例场景下，将该博弈模型与其他两种基础方法进行收益对比。结果表明，该模型能够有效提升防守者收益，降低攻击者收益。

An accurate phase field method for 2-phase flow with soluble surfactants was developed based on the phase field theory. The key point of this method was the utilization of consistent and conservative mass flux to ensure the conservation of momentum transport across the interface. The finite-volume method was used to discretize the governing equations in their conservative form. The 5th-order WENO scheme was chosen to effectively handle the convective terms, aimed to enhance accuracy and robustness in addressing steep variations in the interfacial region. Furthermore, various 2D difference templates were designed to optimize gradient discretization in the surface tension term. Particularly, with the template corresponding to the lattice Boltzmann D2Q9 model, a notable reduction of the spurious velocity and a significant improvement of the accuracy of surfactant concentration prediction were achieved. Various examples such as static droplets, fusion of 2 droplets, bubble rise with a large density ratio, deformation and breakage of individual droplets in shear flow demonstrate the accuracy, conservative properties, and robustness of the proposed method. 对广西玉林市居民通过小作坊花生油摄入黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)进行膳食暴露及风险评估，并提出要求。按不同区域，不同性别，城市、农村，年龄/城乡/性别进行分组，结合广西居民膳食B模式数据，采用点评估模型计算暴露量，采用BMDL10为400 ng/(kg·d)计算暴露限值（MOE）。结果发现，广西玉林市小作坊花生油AFB1检出率为59%，超标率为18.6%，含量范围为0.05～243.00 μg/kg，平均含量为16.91 μg/kg,极显著高于预包装花生油的平均含量（P＜0.01）。全市小作坊花生油的AFB1平均暴露量为7.76 ng/(kg·d)，MOE为52，各组平均日膳食暴露MOE均介于200～25之间。以各组MOE进行AFB1暴露风险评估，发现6个县市区域中XY（MOE 27）、BL（MOE 37）风险最高，农村（MOE 46）风险高于城市（MOE 73），女性（MOE 49）风险高于男性（MOE 55），6～11岁人群（MOE 41～25）风险＞12～14岁人群风险（MOE 70～37）＞15岁以上人群风险（MOE 85～44）。广西玉林市居民通过小作坊花生油摄入AFB1潜在健康风险较高，应该引起较高的公共卫生关注度。 The dietary exposure and risk of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in peanut oil of small workshops in Yulin City, Guangxi Province was assessed and some requirements were put forward. According to regions, genders, urban and rural and ages/urban and rural/genders were divided into groups. Combined with the B dietary pattern data of Guangxi residents, the exposure amount in the Point Estimate Model and the MOE by BMDL10 400 ng/(kg·d) were calculated. The results showed that the detection rate of AFB1 in peanut oil of small workshops in Yulin, Guangxi was 59% and the exceeding standard rate was 18.6%. The content range of AFB1 was between 0.05 μg/kg to 243.00 μg/kg. The average content was 16.91 μg/kg, which was significantly higher than that of the packaging peanut oil (P cities (MOE 73); women (MOE 49) > men (MOE 55); the residents at the age between 6 and 11 (MOE 41-25) > the residents at the age between 12 and 14 (MOE 70-37) > the residents over the age of 15 (MOE 85-44). There was potentially high health risk for the intake of AFB1 from the peanut oil of small workshops in the city. It should attract the great public health attention.

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing interventions based on fast-track surgery (FTS) for patients undergoing neuroendoscope-assisted microvascular decompression (EMVD) for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Totally 100 patients undergoing EMVD for trigeminal neuralgia were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care during the operative period, and the observation group received nursing interventions based on FTS theory. The anxiety status was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and incidence of postoperative complications such as nausea and vomiting was compared between two groups. Results The score of SAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group before and after surgery (P＜0. 05). The incidences of nausea and vomiting, urinary tract infection in the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Nursing interventions based on FTS concept can effectively relieve the anxiety status of patients undergoing EMVD for trigeminal neuralgia, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications such as nausea and vomiting. Objective To explore the correlation between adolescents' self assessment of oral health and oral examination results assessed according to WHO recommended standards and to analyze the factors influencing adolescents' self - assessment of oral health. Methods A total of 2 146 adolescents aged 12 from 11 districts and counties in Guizhou Province were selected through multi stage random sampling. Oral health examinations and a questionnaire survey were conducted according to the methods and standards of the Fourth National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey. Kendall correlation analysis was used to compare the correlation between the results of the two evaluation methods. The chi-squared (x²) test and ordered logistic regression analysis were employed to analyze the factors affecting adolescents' self assessment of oral health status. Results There was a significant correlation between self-rated oral health and oral examination results. Statistical differences were observed in adolescents' self rated oral health based on different economic regions, brushing habits, general health evaluations, experiences of dental trauma, toothache, and the number of siblings (P<0.05). Conclusion Adolescents' self assessment of oral health can reflect their actual oral health status. It is recommended to focus on the key factors affecting adolescents' oral health, promote and popularize proper brushing techniques, and improve the utilization rate of oral health services. Dramaturgical and cultural theory emphasize the normative and limiting role of social and cultural scripts on individual emotional cognition and expression. Traditional Chinese culture provides teachers with the role script of a moral personality and a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education. In daily teaching life, most teachers' body demeanor consciously abides by the requirements of cultural scripts, with their emotional expression targeted at the organizational orientation. The pleasurable emotional experience of performers can guide them to perform much deeper in accordance with the script requirements. Due to the constraints from institutional norms, cognitive biases, insufficient cooperation from fellow cast members, moving beyond the original roles, and performing mistakes, performers may experience negative emotions of sadness, worry, anger, and regret, which leads to such behaviors as giving up or self-preservation, as well as shallow and selective performances. Therefore, it is suggested to reshape the cultural script of respecting teachers, which needs to build an emotional culture with respect and trust; care about teacher's emotion and guide them in deep immersive performance; and take emotional reflection as an opportunity to improve the presentation of teacher's roles on the school stage. Objective To identify small molecule inhibitors of APC-mutant colon cancer and provide lead compounds for targeted therapy of colon cancer. Methods APC-mutant colon cancer cell lines that stably express 7*Tcf-GFP/SV40-Cherry (7TGC) dual fluorescence reporter system was constructed for small- molecule inhibitor screening. Cell viability, colony formation, EdU incorporation, and xenograft tumor assay were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of these inhibitors on APC-mutant colon cancer in vitro and in vivo. Western blot and co-immunoprecipitation assays were used to explore the molecular mechanism. Results Four small molecules that inhibited Wnt activity in APC-mutant colon cancer cells were discovered. Shikonin exhibited significant inhibition of cell viability and proliferation while inducing apoptosis of APC-mutant colon cancer cells. Xenograft tumor assay demonstrated that shikonin significantly reduced tumor growth in vivo. Furthermore, Western blot and co-immunoprecipitation assays revealed that shikonin markedly decreased ẞ-catenin levels. 考虑到电动汽车保有量和充电需求不断增长的现状，在满足用户需求的基础上，提出电动汽车充电站的动态规划方案，使得充电站容量和数量可随充电需求的改变而不断扩展，同时实现充电站建设投资成本最小化。该方法以充电站综合建设投资成本最小为目标，采用自适应粒子群优化算法求解充电站静态规划模型，再根据需求量的改变采用多种方法对充电站进行动态规划。共提出3种不同的动态规划模型，分别为动态规划模型、优化选择动态规划模型与改进优化选择动态规划模型。算例分析充分验证了充电站动态规划方案的可行性与合理性，并比较了3种动态规划模型的优缺点。

With the frequent occurrence of “network black production” incidents,attackers strategically launch target attacks with the idea of “profit-seeking”.Existing network monitoring systems lack accurate and effective monitoring strategies for “strategic attacks”.Therefore,in an adversarial environment,how to optimize the deployment of collection agents for better monitoring results becomes an extremely important issue.Based on this,a robust deployment strategy of collection agents was proposed for the above mentioned problem.Firstly,the idea of attack-defense game was introduced to measure the collection agents,threat events and their relations,then the MADG model was built.Secondly,considering that the traditional accurate solution algorithm cannot solve the problem,the robust acquisition agent deployment algorithm called RCD algorithm was designed to approximate the problem by using the sub-module and non-growths of the objective function.Finally,the RCD algorithm was verified.The experimental results show that the above model and method is feasible,effective and expandable.

Since data may be distributed on an irregular manifold, where the underlying clusters often exhibit non-convex shapes and structures, the clustering problems for such data are collectively referred to as non-convex clustering. However, existing mainstream non-convex clustering methods, including clustering based on original space and clustering based on Space Transformation, ignore the explicit description of non-convex data patterns and fail to understand and describe the underlying mechanisms that produce such structures. Therefore, a descriptive clustering model is proposed to act on non-convex clustering. Firstly, a feature-weighted kernel density model with a hybrid form is defined based on the kernel density method that does not need to assume any probability distribution model in advance and does not restrict the shape of clusters, which cannot be achieved by traditional model-based clustering methods. Secondly, the clustering objective function is derived based on the proposed model, and an optimization algorithm for solving the local density maximum of the density function is proposed based on the expectation maximization algorithm. The clusters are divided into those samples that rise to the same density maximum of the density function. Finally, a model-based non-convex clustering algorithm is defined. The algorithm does not need to manually define the number of clusters, and can assign an explicit probability density function to each cluster, which helps to characterize clusters more robustly and accurately. In addition, the algorithm not only performs adaptive bandwidth selection, but also gives the feature weight of the sample space, enabling the automatic embedded feature selection during the clustering process. Aiming at the challenge of defining the subspace dissimilarity in traditional K-means soft subspace clustering techniques, this paper proposed a novel probability distance-based subspace difference representation model as the basis for an adaptive projection clustering algorithm. Firstly, based on the subspace clustering theory, the proposed method formulated a formula to describe the dissimilarities between associated soft subspaces. Secondly, by combining this formula with soft sub-space clustering, it defined a clustering objective optimization function and provided a detailed clustering algorithm process according to a local search strategy. A series of experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that the introduction of subspace comparison can lead to learning a more optimal soft subspace for clusters. Compared to existing mainstream subspace clustering algorithms, the proposed algorithm significantly improves the clustering accuracy, making it suitable for high-dimensional data clustering analysis. 为了探究延长光纤机械寿命的关键技术,研究了光纤机械可靠性及寿命评估模型。影响光纤机械寿命的主要因素是光纤裂纹生成和光纤裂纹在应力腐蚀下不断生长。根据光纤机械强度计算公式以及光纤疲劳试验的威布尔分布特性,建立光纤筛选实验寿命评估模型。运用该寿命评估模型对OPGW（光纤复合架空地线）线路寿命进行模拟计算和评估,探究了延长OPGW线路寿命的关键技术。结果表明,提高光纤疲劳参数和降低光纤使用时的应力水平,均可显著提高光纤寿命。

BACKGROUND: Mesenchymal stem cells are an attractive source of therapies for liver failure. The differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into hepatocytes can improve the therapeutic effect of liver failure OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of placenta derived mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into mature hepatocytes in vitro for the treatment of liver failure. METHODS: Placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and cultured from human placenta tissue. The surface markers and differentiation potential of the isolated cells were identified by flow cytometry, and multidirectional induction. Placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells were induced into hepatocytes by several cytokines for 22 days. Hepatic markers of induced cells were detected by immunofluorescence staining. Glycogen staining was used to detect the glycogen synthesis ability of cells. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Under the inverted microscopy, the cultured cells were spindle or fibroblast-like cells, which proliferated rapidly. There was no obvious change in cell morphology after 10 passages. (2) Flow cytometry results revealed that the positive rate of CD73, CD90, CD105, CD44, CD166, CD29, CD54, and HLA-ABC in placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells was more than 95%, while CD34, CD45, CD117, CD14, CD19, CD133, CD31, and HLA-DR were all negatively expressed. (3) The results of oil red O, alizarin red, and alcian blue staining were positive after adipogenic, osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells. (4) After 22 days of hepatic differentiation, these cells exhibited typical morphology of hepatocytes such as round or polygonal shape with obvious cell boundary. Immunofluorescence staining showed that a large number of differentiated cells expressed albumin, CK-18, HepPar1, and CYP7A1 after induction. The positive staining of differentiated cells was observed by glycogen staining. (5) Our results demonstrated that the cells isolated from placenta were mesenchymal stem cells, and placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into mature hepatocytes in vitro, which could provide reliable sources of hepatocytes for the treatment of liver failure. Motor imagery EEG signals requires a high cost for recording, and there is a large difference for individual’s signals. Cross-subject motor imagery EEG signals recognition task belongs to a typical cross-domain learning problem with a small samples set. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a cross-domain feature learning method for motor imagery EEG signals to improve the recognition performance. The proposed method first selected the optimal measurement to align the covariance of EEG signals, and then extracted common spatial patterns（CSP） from the aligned EEG trials. Second, based on the CSP features, an optimal domain adaptation algorithm was selected to learn the optimal cross-domain features for the target domain. To validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the learned cross-domain features, a classical model was adopted to recognize the learned cross-domain features, and the comparative experiments were conducted on two public datasets. Experimental results show that the learned cross-domain features are obviously better than state-of-the-arts methods in recognition performance. Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Huayu (Fzhy) Formula drug-containing serum on the activation of activinA/smad signaling pathway in hepatic stellate cells (HSC). Methods Twenty SD rats were divided into the control group and the Fzhy-low, medium and high dose drug-containing serum group according to the random number table method, 5 rats in each group. Rats were gavaged with distilled water, 0.75, 1.5 and 3.0 g/kg Fzhy solution (drug powder of Fzhy capsule prepared with distilled water) once/d for 3 days, and blood samples were collected to prepare blank serum (the control group) and the drug-containing serum. HSC-T6 cells were cultured with 5%, 10% and 20% of the drugcontaining serum in different volume fractions, respectively. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and apoptosis rate, mitochondrial membrane potential changes and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect mRNA levels of activinA, smad3, samd7 and nuclear factor (NF)-κB in cells. Protein blotting was used to detect activin ⅡA receptor (ActRⅡA), smad3, NF-κB p65, and cysteine aspartate protease (caspase)-3 protein levels. Results The cell survival rate of each Fzhy -containing serum group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the drug-containing serum with a volume fraction of 10% was selected for subsequent experiments. There were no significant differences in cell cycle and apoptosis rates between the control group and each Fzhycontaining serum group. The proportion of intracellular ROS level and mitochondrial membrane potential level reduction increased in the control group and the Fzhy-low, medium and high dose groups successively (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, smad3 mRNA expression level was decreased, and smad7 mRNA was increased in the Fzhy-medium and high dose groups. NF-κB and activinA mRNA, smad3, NF-κB p65 and ActR Ⅱ A protein expression levels were decreased in the Fzhy-low and medium and high dose groups, and caspase-3 protein expression levels in the Fzhy-low and medium dose groups were increased (P＜0.05). Compared with the Fzhy-low dose group, smad3 mRNA expression levels were decreased in the Fzhy-medium and high dose groups, and activinA and smad7 mRNA were increased in the Fzhy-medium dose group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Fzhy containing serum can achieve antifibrotic effects by affecting the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells, participating in cellular oxidative stress, and regulating cellular activinA/smad signaling pathways. 目的：分析静配中心优化院感控制管理对输液质量的影响效果。方法：随机选取2020年5月-2021年8月 在我院静配中心进行输液治疗的患者80例, 采用随机法将其分为观察组和参照组, 每组各40例。参照组患者采用常规 输液护理和管理。观察组则在参照组的基础上实时优化院感控制干预措施。结果：比较两组患者不良输液事件的发生 率：结果显示, 观察组患者不良输液事件总发生率明显低于参照组。具体见表1。比较两组患者对输液治疗满意度： 结果显示, 观察组患者对输液治疗的满意度明显高于参照组。具体见表2。结论：院内静配中心开展相应的管理工 作, 可有效解决静配中心院内感染情况, 境地院内感染事件的发生率, 提升输液服务质量与患者的满意度, 同时也促 进了静配中心服务水平的提升。在静配中心实施系统行、规范化的院内感染管理工作, 有利于提升输液质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
