目的 探讨支持性教育改善冠状动脉搭桥术 (CABG) 前患者睡眠障碍及焦虑情绪的效果。方 法 采用便利抽样法,选取 2018 年 1 月至 2019 年12 月该院收治的行 CABG 患者 160 例作为研究对象,采用 抽签的方式随机分为观察组和对照组,每组 80 例。对照组采用常规护理及术前宣教, 观察组在常规护理及术 前宣教基础上实施至少连续2d的支持性教育干预, 每天实施 1~2h。入院当天及术前一晚采用状态焦虑量表 (S-AI)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI) 量表评估 2 组患者睡眠质量及焦虑状况。结果 干预后, 观察组患者 S-AI 评分为 (47.28±3.05) 分, PSQI 量表评分为 (7.37±1.42) 分, 均明显低于对照组[分别为 (51.82±3.71)、 (9.75±1.71) 分], 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 支持性教育相比常规术前宣教能更有效地改善 CABG 患者因疾病原因引起的睡眠障碍, 缓解其焦虑症状, 可为临床改善 CABG 患者的术前焦虑、睡眠障碍提 供参考。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Chinese medicine master Shen Baofan for more than thirty years in the treatment of fatty liver and liver function in hyperlipidemia rats with the effect of Huatan Mai Tong tablet on the function of fatty liver and liver in hyperlipidemia rats, and to understand the effect of improving the liver function and treating the effect of fatty liver. Methods:75 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, fluvastatin group, middle dose group and high dose group of huatatsu Mai Tong, 15 rats in each group. The changes of blood lipid level and liver function after treatment were observed and compared, and the effect of fatty liver in each group was compared by pathological section. Results: The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in high dose group of normal group, fluvastatin group, middle dose and high dose group of Huatan Maitong were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),but the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05); the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the normal group and the high dose group were lower than those in the middle dose group and the fluvastatin group(P<0.05), but the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the middle dose group and the fluvastatin group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the middle dose group and the fluvastatin group(P>0.05); TC, TG, LDL-C C[(1.28±0.38) mmol/L,(0.40±0.16) mmol/L,(0.39±0.07) mmol/L] in the normal group were significantly lower than those in the Huatan Maitong high dose group [(5.18±1.42) mmol/L,(0.51±0.24) mmol/L,(2.07±0.46) mmol/L](P<0.05), while HDL-C[(3.78±0.34) mmol/L] was significantly higher than that in the Huatan Maitong high dose group [(2.89±0.78) mmol/L](P<0.05). The level of AST and ALT in normal group, fluvastatin group, middle dose and high dose group of Huatan Mai Tong were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05); The AST and ALT of normal group [(10.38+1.46) mmol/L,(10.85+1.24) mmol/L], Huatan Maitong middle-dose group [(15.97+3.64) mmol/L,(16.52+1.18) mmol/L], and Huatan Maitong high-dose group [(10.54+1.01) mmol/L,(10.62+1.67) mmol/L] were significantly lower than those of fluvastatin group [(25.47+2.38)mmol/L,(21.34+2.39] respectively. Mmol/L](P<0.05). and the level of AST and ALT between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).In contrast with liver pathology, the degree of fatty liver decreased with increasing dose of Huatan Mai Tong tablet. Conclusions: Huatan Mai Tong tablet has good effect on lipid lowering and is related to the dose. It has good protective effect on liver function and has good therapeutic effect on fatty liver. In thevertical operation areas of Leap Motion hardware, we use different heights of hands to manipulate the multi-layer discrete target selection task mappedon the screen to get the number of layers suitable for user operation, and then analyze the corresponding human factors and make a discus¬sion. Method： First of all, we can get user?s commonly used vertical operation scope through exper-- ments，perform layered experiments on the basis of the common areas, and carry out linear analysis ac¬cording to the time cost and index of difficulty (ID) in task, to prove its suitability of the Fitts' law mod-el. Result： Through experiments we find that the linear fitting degrees(R2) of ID to task time under full visual feedback and partial visual feedback are 0. 766 and 0. 771, respectively, so the Fitts' law model is not suitable for multi-layered discrete target selection tasks under layered interface. We also find that the maximum number of layers that can be operated by users under full visual feedback and partial visual feedback is 20 and 18 respectively through analysi on time and error rate. Some macrofungi have the ability to accumulate heavy metals, which is comparable to hyper-accumulator plants. Cordyceps militaris can accumulate Zn up to 20 000 mg·kg-1. Therefore, macrofungi have the potential to be used as an important bioremediation tool for heavy metals. In this review, we summarized the heavy metal resistant capacity of typical macrofungi and known relevant mechanisms. Generally, straw-decay fungi presented better capability for Cu, Ag and Cd enrichment than wood-decay fungi, while wood-decay fungi could accumulate Cr, Mg, Se and Pb. Different macrofungi species, different growth periods(mycelium and fruiting body) and different parts of fruiting body showed different capability for heavy metals accumulation. General mechanisms for heavy metals accumulation in macrofungi included extracellular precipitation in the forms of polymeric substances, cell wall adsorption and intracellular absorption. Macrofungi could also detoxify by chelating metal ions by metallothionein(MT), secreting antioxidant enzymes(SOD, CAT, POD) and degradating the misfolded proteins by ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS). We also explored the potential of macrofungi in heavy metal remediation and pollution diagnostics as a biological indicator. Some macrofungi had been applied in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soils and water. Objective To investigate the prevalence rate，surgical coverage rate and effect of surgery of cataract in Luxi county of Yunnan province，so as to evaluate the cataract status and the result of the blindness prevention and treatment program in the recent 10 years. Methods Cluster random sampling was used in selecting individuals aged over 50 from November 2011 to April 2012 in Luxi county. A total of 5151 individuals received eye examination，and their cataract operation status was evaluated. Results The prevalence rate of cataract was 22.40% among 5151 individuals，and the burden of cataract surgery was 9.3%. Cataract surgical coverage rate was 5.25%， and the cataract blindness burden was 9.24%. Among the 217 persons with cataract surgery，77.42% had the surgery in only the right eye. After surgery，the uncorrected visual acuity and the corrected visual acuity of 0.5 or better was accounted for 39.9% and 51.1%，respectively. Conclusion Vision impairment related to cataract is a serious problem in this population-based sample of Luxi county. Among the population， cataract surgical coverage rate is low， and the social burden rate is very high. The efficacy of cataract surgery is obvious but far from the desired effect of patients.
