Aiming at the pollution of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in solid wastes such as antibiotic residues, livestock and poultry manure, sludge, etc., this article discussed the effects of traditional aerobic composting technology and enhanced composting technology with external additives on ARGs. The influence of heavy metals and bacterial commun让ies in the oxygen composting system on the growth and decline of ARGs and the horizontal transmission of ARGs between different microorganisms by microorganisms through movable genetic elements within the molecules were analyzed・ The study found that different heavy metals have different effects on multiple ARGs at different concentrations; the positive correlation between different ARGs and the same host bacteria indicates the coexistence of different ARGs, and further concluded that the bacterial community succession may be all mixed the main driving force for the different fates of ARGs under composting conditions.
