4. 高渗葡萄糖增殖疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果和 安全性.

- Abstract
To investigate the efficacy and safety of hypertonic dextrose prolotherapy (DPT) in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods-Seventy-eight patients with postherpetic neuralgia who visited the Department of Pain of The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from June 2019 to December 2022 were selected. The patients were randomly assigned to a control group and a research group in a 1: 1 ratio, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional analgesic solution, while the research group was treated with traditional analgesic solution combined with DPT. Visual analog scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the patients' pain level before and after treatment, flow cytometry was used to measure the patients T-cell subsets, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and IL-11) cytokines. The VAS scores were compared between the two groups of patients before and at 1. 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment. CD4+/CD8+, CRP, IL-6, IL-10 levels, and the incidence of adverse reactions before and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in sex ratio, age, and disease duration between the twe groups of patients. The VAS scores of the two groups of patienis at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (all Pc 0.05). The VAS scores of the research group at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in basal CD4+/CD8+, CRP, IL-6 and IL-10 levels between the two groups of patients. IL-6 and CRP levels in the research group were significantly lower after treatment than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P=0.000). CD4+/CD8+ and IL-10 levels were significantly higher in the research group than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (all P=0.000). No adverse reactions such as local nerve damage, epidural hematoma, infection, pneumothorax or allergy occurred in both groups of patients during the treatment. Conclusion DPT can significantly reduce the pain of PHN patients, improve patients' T lymphocyte subpopulations and cytokine expression, and can be safely applied to the clinic. The Yellow River basin of Shandong province is the area close to the sea,where is one of the most serious soil erosion areas within the basin.It is very important to optimize the distribution of forest resource for water and soil conservation on the regional scale based on remote sensing images and mathematical methods.In this study,two periods(2000 and 2006) of TM remote sensing images with similar temporal phase were selected as the basic data sources.The supervised classification,expert classification and GPS,GIS techniques were used for classification,statistics,verification and analysis of the forest resources.The results indicated that the forest resources spatial distribution was extremely uneven,with main concentration in the south-central mountainous and hilly area.The growth of the forest resources was relatively slow over the 6 years.The area of the barren hills and lands suitable for afforestation was increased by 8.2% during the period from 2000 to 2006,which amounted to 238955.7 hm2.The barren hills and lands suitable for afforestation were optimized using the linear programming method.On the regional scale,the forest types and structure were significantly improved,and land use structural information entropy was reduced by 8.4% after the optimization.The spatial structure order degree of the forest resources and land use were improved.Finally,the corresponding forest management measures for the different site conditions were given.

- Abstract
Flat fan nozzles and air induction nozzles are often used in ground spraying. Although the atomization characteristics of these 2 kinds of nozzles in low speed flow were studied sufficiently, their high speed atomization characteristics were still not very clear. The objectives of this research were to assess the atomization characteristics of the LU-120-03 normal flat fan nozzle and the IDK-120-03 air induction nozzle, and their suitability in agricultural aerial spray application. The experiment was conducted in the IEA-I high speed wind tunnel at National Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Equipment for Agriculture (NERCIEA) with Marvern Spraytec laser diffraction system. The measurement point was set at 0.15, 0.25 and 0.35 m away from the orifice of the nozzle which was 0.1 m outside the exit of the tunnel. The wind speed range was from 121.7 to 305.5 km/h, and the tube pressure was set to be 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 MPa. The nozzle was installed on an electric lifting platform which could be traversed vertically so that the entire spray plume could be sampled by the laser diffraction system. Three replications for each nozzle/pressure tested were taken, and the standard deviation of volume middle diameter of droplets was required to be less than or equal to 5% of the mean. The results of the experiment to the LU-120-03 nozzle showed that when the wind speed increased from 150 to 305 km/h, the volume middle diameter of the droplets decreased from 210 to 130 μm. The relative span of the droplets was found to slightly increase from 1.3 to 1.5 with the increase of the wind speed when the tube pressure exceeded 0.4 MPa. The volume middle diameter of the droplets was also found to be related to the tube pressure. When the wind speed was less than 250 km/h, the increase of the tube pressure could decrease the volume middle diameter of the droplets. However, it would increase the volume middle diameter slightly when the wind speed exceeded 280 km/h. The main reasons of the droplet atomization were also discussed, and the aerodynamic shear stress was believed to be one of the most important reasons. Droplets generated by the IDK-120-03 nozzle had a different behavior. The volume middle diameter of the droplets decreased rapidly (by about 70%) when the wind speed increased from 120 to 305 km/h. Meanwhile, it was not affected by the tube pressure. The relative span of the droplets was mainly affected by the wind speed. When the wind speed was less than 220 km/h, the relative span of the droplets was in proportion to the wind speed. When the wind speed exceeded 220 km/h, the relative span of the droplets decreased slightly with the increase of the wind speed. The increase of the tube pressure could also increase the relative span of the droplets slightly. The measuring distance from the orifice of the nozzle was also found to be important to the diameter and relative span of the droplets. Agricultural aerial spray is one of the most efficient methods for large area plant protection. However, it suffers from the great loss of pesticide droplets, which is caused by the drift. Besides the impact of external environment (windspeed, flight altitude, relative humidity, and so on), the droplet distribution scope generated by the aerial spray nozzle dominates its drift potential. The high speed wind tunnel becomes one of the most important tools for quantitatively evaluating the aerial spray nozzles, because of its repeatability and stability in providing different test conditions. The IEA-I high speed wind tunnel was designed by the authors to estimate the performance of the aerial spray nozzles mounted on the fixed wing agricultural aircraft. In order to obtain a good flow quality, a low turbulence wind tunnel design principle was used to design this wind tunnel. The IEA-I high speed wind tunnel was built up at the National Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Equipment for Agriculture in Beijing in April 2015. It was an open circuit blowing type, and composed of power section, flexible section, diffusion section, settling chamber, contraction section and test section. The total length of the wind tunnel was about 7.8 m, the height was about 2 m, and the roughness of the internal faces of the wind tunnel was less than 5 μm. A 75 kW centrifugal blower was used in the power section, which could provide a volume flow rate of 25 161 m3/h at the rated fan speed of 3 000 RPM. A flexible section was used to insulate the wind tunnel body from the vibration of the power section. The diffusion section had a 5° diffusion angle to avoid flow separation. A specially designed hexagon honeycomb of stainless steel and 9 stainless steel screens with carefully selected mesh size were embedded inside the settling chamber. These kinds of structures could reconcile the flow and reduce the flow disturbances in the settling chamber. The contraction section was designed with a 5th power wall surface shape curve, a contraction ratio of 10.24, and an exit diameter of 300 mm. In July 2015, the flow quality of the wind tunnel was tested carefully with hot film, pitot tube and high speed PIV (particle image velocimetry), which strictly followed the flow field specification on high speed and low speed wind tunnel (GJB1179-1991).The objective of the test was to determine if the wind tunnel could reach its standard of design on speed range, turbulence intensity, flow field uniformity, and so on. The hot film was used to measure the wind speed and the turbulence intensity of the wind tunnel. It was found that the wind speed of the tunnel varied from 7.6 to 98 m/s and the turbulence intensity of the flow was less than 1.0%.There were linear relations between the wind speed of the tunnel and the frequency of the centrifugal blower, and the determination coefficient(R2) was 0.967 8. The high speed PIV system was used to measure the instantaneous flow field in the test section of the tunnel. The flow field uniformity (coefficient of wind speed variation) under different wind speeds was found to be less than 0.4% and the averaged flow inclination angle was no more than 0.2° .The pitot tube was used to measure the static and dynamic pressures of the flow in the test section. The stability coefficient of dynamic pressure was less than 2.0%.The axial length of the test section was determined to 460 mm and the normalized axial static pressure gradient was no more than 0.02 in this range. After being tested comprehensively, the IEA-I high speed wind tunnel has achieved the design specification, and it can be a suitable test platform for aerial spray nozzles by providing real flight flow field of the fixed wing agricultural aircraft. - Abstract
The governing equations of components for cabin atmospheric environmental control system in manned spacecraft were built. The general method of establishing model library using multi-domain unified modeling method based on Modélica was presented. A powerful library with high reusability, extensibility and feasibility was built for the environmental control system. A kind of environmental control system including an atmosphere control and supply subsystem (ACSS), atmosphere revitalization subsystem (ARS) and a temperature and humidity control subsystem (THCS) was modeled to carry out the performance analysis and the control strategy study. The investigation shows that three subsystems are coupled deeply and have influence on each other. The active temperature control method is appropriate for THCS. And a better control strategy of active temperature and humidity control was put forward to achieve more effective control capability. The crew activity level should be considered as a variation, which has heavy effects on other subsystems. The established model library and analysis results provide an efficient way to improve the design and running management of the cabin environmental control system in the manned spacecraft.
