Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing interventions for elderly patients undergoing interventional therapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities. Methods Totally 100 elderly patients undergoing interventional therapy for arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions. The effect of intervention on symptoms and vascular function improvement were measured. The patient satisfaction was evaluated by a self-made questionnaire. Results The Symptom Integral Score in both groups decreased after intervention, and Symptom Integral Score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). T Ankle-brachial Index and artery blood flow velocity were observed. Improvement in both Ankle-brachial Index and artery blood flow velocity were observed in both groups compared to baseline, and better outcomes were observed in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The patient satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Implementation of TCM nursing interventions could effectively relieve the symptoms of numbness and pain, and improve the recovery of vascular function. It is worth promoting in clinical practice. (目的 探讨中医特色护理在老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法 100例行介入治疗的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为对照组与观察组, 各50例。对照组采用常规护理, 观察组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理干预。观察两组干预前前后症状和血管功能改善情况, 比较两组护理满意度。结果 干预后, 两组症状积分总分较干预前均下降, 且观察组症状积分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。干预后, 2组踝肱指数、动脉血流速度均有提高, 且观察组优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组护理满意度总分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中医特色护理干预应用于老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗中, 能够有效减轻患者麻木、疼痛等症状, 帮助患者改善血管功能, 值得在临床推广。)

Objective This study aims to investigate the effect of resveratrol on neuronal damage in rats with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) by regulating the high-mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) /Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) / nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway. Methods Rats were randomly separated into blank group, infarction group, resveratrol group, HMGB1 activator (recombinant rat HMGB1 protein, rRHMGB1) group, and resveratrol+ rRHMGB1 group, with 18 rats in each group. Except for the blank group, rats in all other groups were used to construct ACI models using the method of middle cerebral artery occlusion. Drug treatment began at 1 hour after successful modeling, once a day, for 7 days. Changes in neurological impairment score and cerebral infarction volume coefficient were detected. ELISA was applied to detect levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and IL-6 in infarction region of brain tissue. Nissl staining was applied to detect the number of surviving neurons in infarction region of brain tissues. TUNEL staining was applied to detect neuronal apoptosis in infarction region of brain tissue. Western Blot was applied to detect Bcl2 associated X protein (Bax), TLR4, Cleaved Caspase-3, HMGB1, and p-NF-κB p65 protein in brain tissue. Results Compared with the blank group, the neurological damage score, cerebral infarction volume coefficient, levels of TNF- α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the infarction region of brain tissue, neuronal apoptosis rate, Bax, TLR4, Cleaved Caspase-3, HMGB1, p-NF- κB p65 protein increased in the infarction group, while the number of surviving neurons in the infarction region of brain tissue decreased (P＜0.05). Compared with the infarction group, the neurological damage score, cerebral infarction volume coefficient, levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the infarction region of brain tissue, neuronal apoptosis rate, and protein expression of Bax, TLR4, Cleaved Caspase-3, HMGB1, p-NF- κB p65 decreased in resveratrol group and resveratrol+rRHMGB1 group, the number of surviving neurons in the infarction region of brain tissue increased (P＜0.05). Change of the corresponding indicators in the rRHMGB1 group was opposite to that in the resveratrol group (P＜0.05). Compared with the resveratrol group, the neurological damage score, cerebral infarction volume coefficient, levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the infarction region of brain tissue, neuronal apoptosis rate, the protein expression of Bax, TLR4, Cleaved Caspase-3, HMGB1, p-NF-κB p65 increased in the resveratrol+rRHMGB1 group, the number of surviving neurons in the infarction region of brain tissue decreased (P＜0.05). Conclusion The mechanism by which resveratrol improves neuronal damage in ACI rats may be related to the inhibition of the HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of albumins(ALB), age, chlorine(Cl) and creatinine( Cr)in the diagnosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN). Methods Biochemical indexes of 42 patients with IMN and 93 patients with other nephropathy were measured, clinical information was collected, parameters with statistical differences were screened out by AUC, diagnostic model was established by binary logistic regression, and diagnostic value was evaluated by ROC curve. Results There were 10 parameters with statistical difference(P <0.01)in AUC. Through collinearity analysis, after eliminating redundant information parameters, ALB, age, Cl and Cr were retained, and then logistic regression model was constructed. ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of the model was 0.879, Youden index J at the best cutoff point was 0.591 4, sensitivity was 66.67%, specificity was 92.47%, and the standard of auxiliary diagnosis model (PRE) was 0.544 3, meaning if PRE>0.544 3, then it was determined as IMN patients, otherwise it was other kidney disease patients. Conclusion The combination of ALB, age, Cl and Cr has certain reference value for the auxiliary diagnosis of IMN. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
