In this study, the second-generation Eucalyptus urophylla/Dalbergia odorifera mixed forest (MP) was used as the research object, and the second-generation Eucalyptus urophylla pure forest (PP) was used as a control (CK), and phospholipid fatty acids (PLFA) and The soil enzyme activity characterizes the soil microbial community structure and function, and focuses on the influence of the introduction of Dalbergia odorifera mixed planting in southern subtropical PP on the soil microbial community structure and function. The results showed that: (1) Compared with PP, the soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), state-of-state nitrogen (NH-N), 05 nitrogen (NO-N) and pH value of MP increased significantly and increased significantly compared with PP. 61.92% (P<0.05) 60.12% (P<0.05), 72.87% (P<0.01), 488.49% (P<0.01) 15.97% (P<0.05); (2) MP fungim bacteria (F /B) Significantly reduced, but the total microbial biomass, Gram-negative bacteria/positive bacteria (C/C) did not change significantly; (3) The composition of the soil microbial community of MP changed subsequently, and the pH value, NH- N and the mass of two falling matter (CN) are the most significant factors that drive the variation of the composition of the microbial community; (4) MP's B-glucosidase (BG) and N-acetate-glucosidase (NAG) activities Significantly increased, while peroxidase (PER) activity was significantly reduced, and acid oxidase (PO) and acid phosphate (ACP) activities did not change significantly. 9. 桉树人工林更新方式对林下植物功能群的影响.

- Abstract
We evaluated the relationships between composition, distribution and regeneration modes of understory plant functional groups and environmental factors, through the combination methods of field investigation and analyzed experimental to elucidate the changing rules of understory plant functional group in two different regenerated Eucalyptus plantations and the related influencing factors. Our results indicated that the species richness of understory plant functional groups in forest generated after five years increased but not significantly (P>0.05) compared to control plots (cut-over land) except for forbs. The 5-year forest regeneration caused increasing of relative abundance of vines and ferns, but that of grass was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The relative coverage had a great resemblance to relative abundance, which exhibited increasing in woody plants, vines and ferns in 5-year regeneration forest, but decreasing in grass (P< 0.05). Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the composition and distribution of understory plant functional groups significantly changed in sprouting regeneration forest and planting regeneration forest compared to control plots. Redundancy analysis (RDA) revealed that canopy light transmittance, slope aspect, soil porosity and N/P ratios were key factors in regulating plant functional groups in Eucalyptus plantations, and the accumulative effects explained more than 75.0% of total variations in understory plant functional groups. The sequencing mode analysis suggested that canopy light transmittance was the most significant factor in affecting understory plant functional groups in Eucalyptus plantations. We found in short-term studies that sprouting and planting regeneration had limited effects on the understory plant functional groups in Eucalyptus plantations, and which may he caused by similar canopy structure and soil physico-chemical properties. 11. 巨噬细胞在结肠炎相关结肠癌发生过程中的变化.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of quantity and phenotype of macrophages during the progress of colitis-associated carcinogenesis, and to identify the chemokines mediating macrophage recruitment. Methods Colitis-associated cancer was induced by azoxymethane (AOM) combined with dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) in C57BL/6 mice. The three sequential developmental stages of colitis associated cancer in the mice were named AD1, AD2 and AD3, respectively. Colon tissues were collected and digested into single-cell suspension. The percentage and phenotype of macrophages in the colon tissues were determined by fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS). Protein array and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were used to predict potential chemotatic factors of macrophages. Results Colitis-associated cancer was effectively induced in C57BL/6 mice using AOM combined with DSS. The percentage of macrophages was gradually elevated in the AD1, AD2 and AD3 groups [(9.93±1.28)%, (15.42±1.15)%, (21.25±0.62)%], respectively, significantly higher than that of the control group [(2.39±0.54)%,P<0.01]. The macrophages infiltrating the colonic mucosa exhibited mainly a pro-inflammatory phenotype as CD206-CD86+ MHCII-. The positive rates of CD206 in the AD1, AD2 and AD3 groups were (15.03±1.54)%, (8.11±3.70)%, and (9.06±1.16)%, respectively, significantly lower than that of the control group [(19.43±7.31)%,P<0.01]. The positive rates of CD86 in the AD2 and AD3 groups were (46.73±6.58)% and (76.90±14.32)%, respectively, significantly higher than that of the control group [(19.37±9.69)%, P<0.01)]. The positive rates of MHCⅡ in the AD1, AD2 and AD3 groups were (31.10±2.69)%, (33.93±14.08)%, and (29.93±1.41)%, respectively, significantly lower than that of the control group [(50.30±6.58)%, P<0.01]. Protein array analysis and real-time PCR data revealed that G-CSF was the potential chemokine to recruit macrophages in the AOM-DSS mouse model. Conclusion Macrophages infiltrate increasingly during the carcinogenesis and development of colitis-associated cancer, which mostly express CD206-CD86+ MHCII- and might be potentially recruited by G-CSF.
