To make governance measure scientific,governance progress intelligent,and governance result refined,sharing,integration,and fusion of government-governance big data cannot be limited to data accessing interface,but novel techniques to resolve entities according to the semantics,find out the relationship among entities,and track entities’ evolution process.However,this task is challenging due to some characteristics of the government-governance big data,such as multi-source,heterogeneous,dynamic,massive and isolate.The basic theories and methods for large-scale distributed heterogeneous data sharing,integration and fusion were studied,and several important topics to construct high-trustworthy data sharing,high-precise data integration,highefficient data fusion for government-governance big data in future were pointed out.

为了满足传输容量日益增长的需求和降低通信系统的成本,介绍了一种用于城域网的40Gbit/s CFP（百吉比特可热插拔）光模块,该模块采用波分复用技术来实现4路不同波长的10Gbit/s载波信号在一根光纤中传输。它主要由发射单元、接收单元和控制单元3大部分组成。重点介绍了各个部分的工作原理及具体设计方案,按照IEEE 802.3.ba标准对样机进行了测试,结果表明该模块满足40Gbit/s以太网的应用要求。

随着网络流量的持续增长,100 Gbit/s以太网已开始商用,100 Gbit/s以太网的客户侧光模块为100 Gbit/s CFP（小型可插拔式）光收发模块。文章介绍了100 Gbit/s CFP光收发模块的相关标准,并给出了一种模块的设计方案。该模块由速率转换单元、发射单元、接收单元及控制单元组成。依照IEEE 802.3ba标准对模块进行了测试,结果显示该模块单通道发射平均光功率达到了1.47dBm,接收灵敏度达到了-9.5dBm,各项性能完全符合相关标准,能够应用于100 Gbit/s以太网中。

Visual detection technology is that generates optical signals in the visible region through the specific interaction between the targets and micro-nanoparticles or other materials, and then realizes the quantification of targets with the assistance of the naked eye or image processing technology. The application of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis can effectively reduce the detection cost, improve the low efficiency of biological detection, simplify the complicated operation steps, and solve the problems such as the need to use professional instruments. This work introduces the latest research progress of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis in recent 15 years. According to the detection principle, it can be classified into particle counting method, colorimetry method, liquid crystal sensing method, range signal method, and lateral flow test strip method. Finally, the advantages and challenges of visual detection technology are analyzed, and the future application prospects of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis are prospected. Probiotic fermented fruit juice could improve intestinal health with better sensory attributes. The effects of fermentation conditions on flavor quality of fermented bayberry juice were compared through microbial viability and sensory evaluation. Fermentation by combined Streptococcus thermophilus (ST) and Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA) resulted in higher microbial viability and sensory evaluation scores. The fermentation conditions were optimized by orthogonal experimental design and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution analysis (ST and LA in a mass ratio of 3:1; 0.6% (mass concentration) inoculation; fermentation time, 48 h, at 37 °C; 10% (mass concentration) added sucrose). Fermentation under these conditions decreased the anthocyanin content of the juice, maintained the total phenolic content, and slightly decreased the antioxidant capacity. Fermentation reduced aroma volatiles from 42 in fresh juice to 33, as determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-olfactometry (GC-MS-O), the aldehyde content decreased and the alcohol content increased. Lactic acid fermented bayberry juice by ST and LA produced a beverage with desirable consumer attributes, combining the health benefits of fresh juice and probiotics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
