采用精细化有限元分析方法对T形钢管混凝土插拔连接节点的平面内受弯性能进行了研究。首先通过与试验结果进行对比,验证了精细化有限元模型的正确性和准确性。在此基础上研究了主管壁厚、支管壁厚、主管形式和混凝土强度对节点破坏模式和承载力的影响。结果表明,钢管混凝土插板连接节点的破坏模式和钢管插板连接节点不同,为主管冲剪破坏和支管屈服破坏,其受弯承载力比钢管插板连接节点要高很多,国内外设计规范中关于钢管插板连接节点的受弯承载力计算公式不适用于钢管混凝土插板连接节点。最后给出了基于力学模型的主管冲剪破坏模式下钢管混凝土插板连接节点受弯承载力计算公式,以期为此类节点的工程应用提供参考。

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine compound Baiyu powder in treating cracked nipples during lactation period, and summarized related nursing measures during treatment. Methods A total of 120 women with cracked nipples during lactation period were randomly divided into group A, group B and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The group A received external application of compound Baiyu powder, group B received external application of protective cream, and the control group received routine care during lactation period. The healing conditions of cracked nipples 5 days after intervention and breastfeeding rate were observed, and intervention effect was evaluated and compared among three groups. Results The total response rate was 97. 44%(38/39) in the group a, which was higher than 68. 42%(26/38) in group B and 40. 00% (16/40) in control group(P<0. 05 respectively). A shorter time to pain relief and healing of cracked skin were observed in group A than those in group B and control group, respectively(P<0. 01). 15. 黄蜀葵花总黄酮对肾脏葡萄糖重吸收 影响的实验研究.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of total flavones of Abelmoschus manihot (TFA) on renal glucose reabsorption. Methods A total of 24 C57BL/6 mice were assigned to control, high fat diet (HFD), and HFD+TFA groups using random number table method, 8 mice in each group. In vitro, HK2 cells were treated with palmitic acid (PA). The cells were divided into 3 groups: control group, PA group, and PA+TFA group. Oil red O staining was used to evaluate lipid accumulation. Immunofluorescence staining, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and Western blotting were used to evaluate glucose uptake and sodium glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) expression. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for comparison among groups. Results Massive lipid deposition in renal tubules was observed in HFD group, whereas no lipid deposition was found in the control group. Compared with HFD group, red-stained lipid droplets were significantly decreased in HFD+TFA group (P<0.001). The immunofluorescence results showed that SGLT2 protein in renal cortex tissue was dectected in three groups. Compared with the control group, SGLT2 expressions were significantly increased in HFD group and HFD+TFA group (P<0.05). However, SGLT2 expression in HFD+TFA group was lower than HFD group (P=0.049). The qRT-PCR results showed that SGLT2 mRNA in HFD group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001), while decreased after TFA intervention. In addition, treatment with TFA resulted in significant amelioration of lipid accumulation induced by PA in HK2 cells. Accompanied with improvement of lipid deposition, SGLT2 expression and glucose uptake were attenuated (P<0.05). Conclusions TFA can ameliorate renal lipid deposition, thereby inhibiting glucose reabsorption. Its renal protective effect may be related to its role in inhibiting SGLT2 expression. Under the trend of global open access transformation, publishers have shifted from an initially tough stance to a positive attitude of exploring collaborative solutions to strive for and consolidate the status in the new academic publishing ecosystem. Research institutions, university library consortia, and related organizations have reached open access transformation agreements with publishers to solve the double-dipping issue of subscription fees and article processing charges. As one of the active practitioners of the open access movement, Australian national library consortia have demonstrated outstanding performance in the number of transformation agreements signed, open access transformation supporting services, and the overall effectiveness of the transformation practices. And the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) is an important transformation consortia institution in Australia. It plays a similar role as the Digital Resource Acquisition Alliance (DRAA) of university libraries in China in the procurement of digital resources and open access transformation publishing. Both CAUL and DRAA negotiate and sign group procurement plans with providers on behalf of their member institutions, then member institutions decide independently whether to participate in group procurement based on their demands. In addition, among the top 500 universities in the QS-2023 ranking, the number of Australian universities is equivalent to the number of universities from mainland China. Based on the above observation, the article takes Australia as the research object. Starting from the transformative agreements registered on ESAC, it investigated the websites, reports, and related content of CAUL, and its Australian universities members which were in the top 500 ranked by QS-2023 through online surveys and literature research methods, sorted out the details of 21 open access transformation agreements in Australia and the current situation of open access transformation policies, practices, publicity and services in 24 universities. Quantitative analysis was conducted on the changes in publication quantity and times cited in the past five years before and after the transformation publishing, and the Australian universities' practical experience was summarized from the perspectives of national funding projects, transformation workflow, transformation demands, and professional librarian service. Combining China national condition and the current situation of open access transformation in Chinese universities, it puts forward suggestions from policy development, website platform establishment, professional team cultivation and training, financial support, and service improvement, and then provides ideas and references for the next stage of open access transformation in Chinese university libraries. 為維護孕產兒安全,國立成功大學醫學院附設醫院根據衛生福利部公告的111-112年度醫療品質及病人安全工作目標之執行策略、一般原則、參考做法,制訂「醫療品質及病人安全工作目標與策略工作計畫表」, 對於生產六大高風險「妊娠高血壓/子癇前症、植入性胎盤/前置胎盤、胎盤早期剝離、羊水栓塞/靜脈栓塞、胎兒窘迫、產後大出血」均訂有適當處置流程,醫護團隊具備有評估辨識高風險狀況的能力,能即時判別生產時機及採取適當處置,且能啟動跨團隊之緊急應變措施。我們在每項執行計畫中亦詳列出作法及頻率,並訂有相對應之管考指標/預期效益及目標,以期能真正落實並維護孕產兒安全。 To promote safe maternal and newborn care, National Cheng Kung University Hospital has formulated "Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety Work Goals and Strategic Work Plans" in accordance with general principles and reference practices recommended by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Appropriate procedures have been developed for major obstetric complications, including gestational hypertension/preeclampsia, abnormally invasive placenta/placenta previa, placental abruption, amniotic fluid embolism/venous thrombosis, fetal distress, and postpartum hemorrhage. With such plans, the medical team can efficiently identify high-risk conditions and delivery timing and implement appropriate measures accordingly. Team resource management for pregnancy-related emergency complications is crucial. Herein report our promoting experience; we included effective strategies and set corresponding management indicators or goals to ensure maternal and newborn safety.

Macrophages are sentinels on the front line of tissue defense and an important weapon for the body to fight against invading pathogens. Their metabolic patterns and functions are closely related to the development and outcome of diseases. In general, macrophages preferentially select the oxidative phosphorylation of glucose (OXPHOS) pathway to metabolize energy production, and in hypoxic environments, glycolysis is the predominant. However, tumor macrophages can also produce energy through glycolysis in the presence of sufficient oxygen, which is the classic "Warburg effect". Studies have shown that the reprogramming of glucose metabolism in M1 type macrophages is similar to that of tumor cells, showing that aerobic glycolysis is dominant and OXPHOS is supplemented, while M2 type macrophages are just the opposite, so blocking glucose metabolism reprogramming can effectively inhibit inflammation reaction. This review focuses on the key role of macrophages in the regulation of inflammatory diseases and the possible mechanism of there programming of glucose metabolism, in order to provide new strategies for the prevention and treatment of immune and metabolic related diseases. Abstract: Objective During the development of high temperature and high pressure carbonate oil and gas reservoir, white precipitate will be produced when high-density potassium formate completion fluid is mixed with acid solution. The study is aiming to optimize the performance of completion solution and achieve good compatibility with acid fluid. Methods Through analyzing the precipitation rule of potassium formate completion fluid and acid fluid, the composition of solid precipitate, the dissociation degree of potassium formate in acid solution and the solubility of potassium chloride in acid fluid, the precipitation mechanism of potassium formate completion fluid in acid solution is revealed. Results The results show that the acid environment affects the increase of dissociation degree of potassium formate and the decrease of solubility of potassium chloride, Potassium ions and chloride ions in the solution are adsorbed and eventually precipitated with potassium chloride crystals. Conclusions Based on the above precipitation mechanism. the formula of potassium formate completion fluid compatible with acid solution is optimized. Its density is adjustable from 1, 10 g/cm³ to 1,50 g/cm and its high temperature stability is good when it is compatible with acid solution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
