The reproduction of cultural memory is a necessary answer to solve the hollowing out of rural culture and promote the revitalization of rural culture. Using the research paradigm of Grounded theory, based on the theme of cultural memory, in-depth interviews and questionnaires were conducted among local residents to form the original materials and carry out three-level coding, so as to construct the structural model of the reproduction of rural cultural memory in front, middle and back 3 dimensions, 13 categories, a total of 49 concepts. The reproduction model of rural cultural memory is a closed-loop system. The establishment of the field in the early stage is the prerequisite, the practical operation of the process in the middle stage is the core, and the feedback of the results in the later stage is the key. The feedback of the results is the presentation of the effectiveness of this round of practical operations and also the starting point for the next round of field construction. The memory of rural culture is constantly pursued and gradually achieves the goal of reproduction in this closed-loop system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Deep neural networks have been widely used in remaining useful life（RUL） prediction of rolling element bearings, in order to further optimize the prediction model and fully extract the time series information of the data and improve the prediction accuracy, an RUL prediction algorithm combining deep residual network（DRN） and bidirectional gated recurrent unit（BiGRU） was proposed. Firstly, the sliding window method was used to resample the original data and expand the dataset.Then, a DRN-BiGRU model was designed, the spatial features of the input data were extracted by the DRN part, and BiGRU could capture the relevant features of the past and future directions contained in the time-domain data, fully obtain the time-series degradation information of the input data, and further improve the feature extraction effect of the model.Finally, the effectiveness of the model was validated using the published PHM2012 dataset, and the prediction results were compared with those obtained using DRN, DRN-GRU and full convolutional neural network（FCNN） models. The results show that, comparing with other deep neural networks considered in this study, the proposed algorithm has the smallest prediction error in the RUL prediction of bearings and also has the highest prediction score of 0.985, which verifies the accuracy and validity of this model in the application of rolling element bearings remaining useful life prediction. Objective To study the characteristics and laws of new and serious ADRs to provide references for clinically reasonable and safe medication.Methods Collected 935 cases of adverse drug reaction reports from Nanjing Second Hospital from January to December 2020, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of 126 new and serious ADR reports. Results Among the 126 new and serious ADR reports, there were 120 new ADRs (95.24%) and 6 severe ADRs (4.76%). After symptomatic treatment,most ADRs were cured or improved.The number of ADR cases caused by oral administration was the largest, followed by intravenous drip.Conclusion ADR monitoring should be continuously improved, new and serious ADR reports should be strengthened, new and serious ADR monitoring levels should be improved, ADR risks should be reduced, and clinical safe drug use should be further promoted.
