本研究旨在探討「數位原住民世代」對「網路社群交友」的了解、經驗與感 受。為達研究目的，本研究以臺灣的大學生（約出生於1999∼2003年）為研究對 象，透過訪談蒐集資料。根據研究發現，當前數位原住民世代對網路社群交友已司空見慣，不會特別給予「好」或「壞」的評價；再者，在這群年輕世代眼中，實體朋友與虛擬朋友的界線，已然模糊。植基於研究發現，本研究提出現今數位原住民世代已存在「薄友誼」現象，並衍生出四種相互滲透的友誼類型，除「現實朋友」與「現實陌生人」外，還出現「像陌生人的朋友（單向度朋友）」、「像朋友的陌生人（日拋型朋友）」的「薄友誼」；最後，則針對教育場域的課程實施，提供幾點思維。 The study was designed to reveal the understanding, experiences, and feelings of the generation of digital natives towards “social media sites / online dating apps.” To this end, the study was targeted specifically at the current college students in Taiwan, approximately born in 1999 to 2003, and utilized interview technique to collect the empirical data. Based on the research findings, the current generation of digital natives, without being judgmental, has been familiar with making friends via social media sites /online dating apps. Consequently, the boundary between “face-to-face friends” and “internet friends,” from the perspectives of the group, appears to be blurred. In light of the findings, the study further asserted that there has been a phenomenon of “thin friendship” emerging among the present generation of digital natives, and results in four “fluid” types of friends, including “face-to-face friends,” “passing-by strangers,” “stranger-like friends (one-dimension friends),” and “friend-like strangers (daily disposable friends),” and the later two are the so-called “thin friendship” in the study. Some educational implications for the curriculum were addressed in the end.

在全球化影響下，各國為保競爭力，除重視高等教育人才培養，亦致力於爭搶他國人才，其中以博士人才為甚。在這場人才爭奪戰中，臺灣雖致力於培養博士人才，但也同時面臨「人才流失」的挑戰。據此，本研究主要目的在於先從「推拉理論」觀點，探究臺灣留學博士人才流失之推力、拉力與夾雜於其內之「個人因子」，再從中尋找突破契機。為達研究目的，本研究實際訪談14位留美任職博士。根據研究發現，臺灣端的「推力」因子，包括對臺灣高等教育環境劣勢條件的覺察（例如應聘過程繁文縟節、過度強調人脈、教授角色定位不明等）；美國端的「拉力」因子，則是美國高等教育環境的相對優勢條件（例如應聘過程簡單快速、免除人情羈絆、教授角色定位明確等）；另一組具影響力的「個人因子」，在於主觀認為臺灣各項攬才政策極具不穩定與欠缺完整規劃。最後，植基於研究結果，提出相關政策建議，包括設置「旋轉盤機制」、建立「聲聲喚人情鍊」以及「簡化應聘申請程序」，俾供相關政府單位參酌。 In response to the effects of globalization, to keep ahead of the competition countries worldwide strive to cultivate more talented people through higher education systems as well as by recruiting talent from other countries, particularly Ph.D. holders. The Taiwan government, which is no exception in this fight for talent, faces the challenge of “brain drain.” This study, rooted in “Push-Pull Theory,” first examined the possible “push,” “pull,” and personal factors that exacerbate the brain drain phenomenon in Taiwan (i.e., emigration of Ph.D. holders from Taiwan to other countries) and then provided some possible solutions. To this end, the study interviewed 14 Ph.D. holders who chose to stay in the United States after graduating. According to the current results, the “push” is related to the weakness of Taiwanese higher education (i.e., red tape during the recruitment process, the prevalence of nepotism, and the unclear roles of professors). By contrast, the “pull” of the United States are related to the strength of its higher education (i.e., the simplicity of the recruit mentprocess, the lack of nepotism, and the roles of professors being clearly defined). Furthermore, personal factors, particularly those involving policies that draw talented people overseas, include instability and lack of long-term plans. Based on the results, the end of the study offers some policy suggestions, including creating an “In-and-Out System,” building a “Bonding System,” and simplifying the application process.

隨著社會不斷變遷，學校教育必須隨之調整，方能保有動能與新意。相較於傳統學校教育體制，實驗教育因較富多元性與彈性，故更能創新課程。受到全球化以及新自由主義氛圍的影響，現今社會已產生新樣貌，臺灣實驗教育的辦理，勢必要與之脈動。據此，本研究旨在探討面對此新型社會與年輕世代時，未來推動實驗教育之課程新思維。首先，本研究認為臺灣社會中的「青（少）年蒲公英族」已儼然成形；再者，面對這群學業、經濟、社會與文化等方面皆處於漂流狀態的年輕世代，未來實驗教育課程的設計需有如下思維：讓學生學會與「不穩定」相處、學會「失去」、學會「說重點」及學會「找亮點」。如此或能幫助這群臺灣「青（少）年蒲公英族」，提升競爭力與適應力。 Along with the changing of the society, educational system should adjust itself accordingly in order to keep the momentum and creativity. Compared with traditional education, experimental education, known for the traits of diversity and fl exibility, can be more suitable to reinvent the curriculum. The society, nowadays, influenced by the atmosphere of globalization and neoliberalism, has been changed, so the implementation of experimental education should be adjusted simultaneously. To this end, this article aimed to illustrate some new perspectives on how to design the curriculum of experimental education to deal with the given society as well as the new generation. First, the article asserted that the “youth precariat” in the Taiwanese society has emerged. Second, for the new generation which has been drifting academically, economically, socially, culturally, and living a unstable life, the design of the curriculum of experimental education in the future should include: teach students how to get along with “being unstable,” how to “lose,” how to “pinpoint,” and how to “be spotlighted”. By doing so, the competitiveness and adjustability of the group of youth precariat in Taiwan, to so extent, could be enhanced.

過去的課程研究忽略學生的觀點，本文認為學生課程觀可以引領新的課程研究議題，對課程實務亦有諸多啟示。第一借用符號互動論對觀點的定義，提出學生課程觀的意義，第二說明描述學生課程觀的方法與架構，第三從學生觀點出發，可以開展幾個課程研究的重要範疇，包括非學校場域的課程運作、課堂中的未經驗課程、課程科層體制化、課程實務的運用等。本文認為，課程運作是跨越學校內與學校外，其主要關鍵在非學校場域的部分，課程為階級再製工具的思維過度簡化需要重新檢討。 Curriculum research has ignored students’ perspectives for more than 50 years. This article sets out to fill this gap and consider the implications for curriculum practice. Based on ethnographic data, several new research issues are outlined, including out-of-school curriculum practice, the “nonexperienced curriculum” in classroom settings, curriculum bureaucratization, and new ideas for curriculum practice. This article argues that curriculum implementation takes place both within and outside of school settings, with the most critical parts being those occurring outside of the classroom, increasing the achievement gap between students of high and low social status. In school, curriculum bureaucratization limits the development of high achieving students, who come mainly from families of high social status. The notion of curriculum, or schooling, as a mechanism for social reproduction should be reexamined.

Purpose: This study focused on cross-region student mobility to explore whether Macao students have adjustment issues while studying and living in Taiwan. Design/Approach/Methods: A total of 663 Macao students were surveyed in Taiwan, and the statistical methods, including correlation, t -test, analysis of variance, and hierarchical regression analysis were addressed to analyze the data. Findings: Macao students, even while studying in a Chinese context, did have social and psychological adjustment issues (i.e., social support and self-efficacy). Originality/Value: This study could shed some light on understanding cross-region students as well as providing practical guides for relevant governmental departments in their policy regarding outbound students.
