Objective To investigate the relationship between serum soluble tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis (sTWEAK), soluble lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (sLOX-1), and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Methods A total of 161 patients with H-type hypertension and HFpEF admitted to Cangzhou Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected. They were divided into atherosclerosis and non-atherosclerosis groups based on the presence of carotid atherosclerosis. Additionally, 80 healthy volunteers undergoing routine health checks were selected as a control group. Clinical data were collected, and serum levels of sTWEAK and sLOX-1 were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The serum levels of sTWEAK and sLOX-1 in patients with H-type hypertension and HFpEF were compared to those in the control group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing carotid atherosclerosis, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to assess the predictive value of serum sTWEAK and sLOX-1 for carotid atherosclerosis. Results Among the 161 patients, 65 were found to have carotid atherosclerosis, resulting in an incidence rate of 40. 37% (65/161). Significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding age, smoking, and lipid levels (P＜0. 05). Serum sTWEAK levels were lower in both atherosclerosis and non-atherosclerosis groups compared to the control group, while sLOX-1 levels were higher (P＜0. 05). Additionally, sTWEAK levels were lower and sLOX-1 levels were higher in the atherosclerosis group compared to the non-atherosclerosis group (P＜0. 05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that HDL-C, sTWEAK, age, LDL-C, and sLOX-1 levels were significant factors influencing the occurrence of carotid atherosclerosis (P＜0. 05). The ROC curve analysis revealed that the combined detection of serum sTWEAK and sLOX-1 had an area under the curve (AUC) of 0. 842 for predicting carotid atherosclerosis, demonstrating higher predictive efficacy than either marker alone. Conclusion Decreased serum sTWEAK levels and increased sLOX-1 levels in patients with H-type hypertension complicated by HFpEF are associated with the occurrence of carotid atherosclerosis. Solar greenhouses have been widely used in the vast western and northern regions of China, due mainly to the convenient construction and installation, low economic cost, and outstanding environmental adaptability. The slender steel can be the load-bearing components of the section-steel arched solar greenhouse to resist external loads, such as wind and snow. There are the prominent instability and disaster that caused by insufficient stiffness of solar greenhouse under extreme weather conditions, such as snowstorms. In this study, the nonlinear stability analysis was conducted on the commonly-used sectionsteel arched solar greenhouse in Hebei using elastic-plastic mechanics and nonlinear finite element (FE). A refined FE model was established for the section-steel arched solar greenhouse. The greenhouse arch roof and the vertical sections on both sides were simulated using the Beam188 element in the element library of the universal FE analysis program ANSYS. The linear elements were used to fit the circular arc segments. Diagonal tension bars, vertical brace struts, and longitudinal tie bars were all simulated using Link10 element. The bottom of the vertical sections on both sides of the arch was assumed to be consolidated with the foundation. The steel was made of Q235, with an elastic modulus of 206 GPa, a Poisson's ratio of 0.3, and a density of 7 850 kg/m³. Geometric and material nonlinearity was considered to simulate the constitutive relationship of steel using an ideal elastic-plastic model, followed by von Mises yield criterion and bilinear kinematic hardening model BKIN. The stability performance and parameter analysis of solar greenhouse structure were carried out under snow loads. The stability capacity of solar greenhouse was determined under different parameters, such as steel-section type (flat elliptical, hollow rectangular and hat-shaped cross-section), greenhouse span (8, 10, and 12 m), and snow load distribution pattern (non-uniform distribution thickness and asymmetric distribution area). There was the quantitative influence of snow load distribution on the stability capacity of solar greenhouses. The load factor-displacement curves were combined with the deformation, stress, axial, and bending moment at different points of loading time. The static instability of solar greenhouses was explored from two aspects: intuitive phenomena and intrinsic essence. The conclusions were obtained as follows: The stability capacity of the steel component with a flat elliptical section in the solar greenhouse was increased by 21.0% and 44.2%, respectively, compared with the box and hat-shaped section. There was no out of plane instability in the same cross-sectional area and flange width of the steel component. The stability capacity of solar greenhouse was rapidly reduced with the increase of span. The stability capacity of solar greenhouse under non-uniform distribution of snow loads was reduced by the maximum of 63.8%, compared with the uniform. The maximum stability capacity of a solar greenhouse increased by 9.0% and 66.8% with only tension bars and brace struts, respectively. The findings can provide the technical guidance and theoretical reference for the anti-snow loads, stability and disaster prevention in the section-steel arch solar greenhouses. Objective To investigate the role of ultrasound-guided volume resuscitation in the treatment of severe trauma. Methods Sixty patients with severe trauma requiring surgical intervention were included and randomly assigned into the ultrasoundguided volume resuscitation group (group U，n = 30) and the empirical treatment group (group C，n = 30) using the random number table method. All patients underwent general anesthesia induction, central venous catheterization and subsequent surgery. In group U, ultrasound examination was conducted for assessing the inferior vena cava (IVC), aortic root peak velocity variation (ΔVpeak) and time integral variation of aortic root velocity (ΔVTI) upon arrival at the operating room, after general anesthesia induction, at the end of operation and upon resuscitation, respectively. Fluid resuscitation therapy in group U was guided based on these results. In group C, patients were subjected to fluid resuscitation based on heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), central venous pressure (CVP), fluid load test and blood gas analysis results, etc. Radial artery blood samples were collected from all patients immediately upon arrival at the OR (T0), at 1 h (T1), 2 h (T2), 4 h (T3), 6 h (T4), and 24 h (T5) post-arrival, and lactate levels along with other blood gas analysis results were recorded accordingly. Additionally, the total amount of crystalloids and colloids administered from 0-<1 h, 1-<2 h, 2-<4 h, 4-6 h, and 0-6 h since arrival were documented. The operation time, anesthesia duration, postoperative recovery time, extubation time, blood loss volume, urine output, duration of hypotension, duration of elevated lactate levels, length of hospital stay, ICU transfer rate, 28-d mortality rate, and the total amount of norepinephrine use were recorded. Results Compared with T0, lactate levels in group U exhibited an increase at T1 and T2, and followed by a return to normal levels at T4. In group C, an elevation in lactate levels was demonstrated at T1~T3, which subsequently decreased to normal levels at T5. Patients in group U displayed lower lactate levels at both T2 and T3 than those in group C. Additionally, patients in group U exhibited reduced overall usage of norepinephrine and a shorter duration of elevated lactate levels. Moreover, patients in group U received a higher volume of crystalloid fluids during the initial hour (0-<1 h), and lesser amounts during 2-<4 h and 4-6 h as well as overall within 0-6 h, respectively. Furthermore, compared to the group C, there was less administration of colloid fluids during 2-<4 h and overall within 0-6 h in group U (all P < 0.05). However, no statistically significant differences were observed in the operation time, anesthesia duration, postoperative recovery time, extubation time, length of hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss, transfusion volume, oxygenation index, urine output or duration of hypotension between two groups (all P > 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided volume resuscitation can be safely employed in severe trauma patients, which can reduce the total amount of transfusion, decrease the total dosage of vasoactive medications, and shorten the duration of elevated lactate levels. Objective To explore the vitamin D nutritional status and influencing factors of primary and middle school students in poverty areas of Guizhou Province, and to provide scientific basis for the development of targeted nutritional improvement measures. Methods A total of 2,519 students from 4 primary and4 middle schools in 9 key monitoring counties (districts) in Guizhou Province, where the Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Compulsory Education Students was implemented in 2023, were selected for questionnaire surveys, physical examinations, and blood biochemistry tests using multistage cluster sampling methods. Multifactorial logistic regression was used to analyze the current status of vitamin D nutrition and its influencing factors. Results The average vitamin D level of primary and middle school students in poverty areas of Guizhou Province was (22. 59 ± 6. 66) ng/ml, and the rate of low vitamin D was 37. 51%. The prevalence of low vitamin D among female students (46. 17%) was higher than that of male students (29. 11%), and the difference was statistically significant 仗2 = 78. 213, P < 0. 001). There was a significant difference in the rate of low vitamin D among students in different regions 仗2 二 23. 454, P <0. 001), and the rate of low vitamin D tended to increase with age = 44. 905, P <0. 001). In order to achieve the safety of autonomous driving, it is crucial to accurately detect traffic signs. Addressing the issue of low accuracy in traditional methods for traffic sign detection, a modified YOLOv5 algorithm incorporating the RepVGG module for traffic sign recognition was proposed. Firstly, by replacing certain CBS modules in the original algorithm with the RepVGG module, the feature extraction capability was enhanced. Additionally, the channel block attention module(CBAM) attention mechanism was introduced in the feature fusion module to strengthen the detection model's resistance to interference. Finally, during network training, the efficient-IoU(EIoU) loss function was utilized to achieve more precise target positioning, thereby improving the algorithm's detection accuracy and iteration speed. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved YOLOv5 algorithm exhibits faster iteration speed. On the CCTSDB traffic sign dataset, it achieves improvements of 4. 99% in accuracy, 3. 62% in recall rate, and 1. 73% in average accuracy compared to the original YOLOv5 algorithm, making it more suitable for practical applications. Objective: To explore the changes in levels of angiogenic T lymphocyte (Tang)in the peripheral blood of rats exposed to chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH)during early atherosclerotic vascular changes. Methods: Healthy adult Sprague Dawley (SD)rats were randomly divided into two groups: the normal feeding group (RA group)and the chronic intermittent hypoxia group (IH group), with the IH exposed to intermittent hypoxia for 8 h per day for a total of 6 weeks. The intermittent hypoxia pattern was set to repeat every 2 min, with 40 s of nitrogen gas to reduce the oxygen concentration from 21% to 8% and stabilize for 20 s, followed by normal air to restore the oxygen concentration to 21% for 40 s and maintain for 20 s. After modeling, levels of Tang and endothelial progenitor cells (EPC)were measured by flow cytometry. Levels of high⁃density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL⁃C), low⁃density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL ⁃C), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and homocysteine (Hcy)were measured by ELISA. pathological changes were observed in HE stained pathological sections of the thoracic aorta. Results: Flow cytometry results showed that compared to the RA group, the levels of Tang in rats of the IH group were significantly elevated [ (22.975±1.866)% vs. (15.713±1.746)%, P < 0.001], and there was no statistical difference in EPC levels [ (0.040±0.028)% vs. (0.028±0.012)%, P > 0.05]；H E staining results showed that the IMT of rats thoracic aorta in the IH group was significantly increased compared to the RA group [ (121.275 ± 30.896)μm vs. (84.075±7.452)μm, P < 0.05]；ELISA results showed that the Hcy level in the IH group was significantly higher compared to the RA group [ (6.2±0.6)μmol/L vs (. 5.5±0.6)μmol/L, P < 0.05], but there were no statistical differences in HDL ⁃C, LDL ⁃C, TC, and TG levels. Conclusion: Early atherosclerosis occurs in the blood vessels of CIH rats and the levels of Tang elevated, suggesting that the level of Tang is related to the occurrence and development of early atherosclerosis. Integrated Research on Disaster Risk (IRDR) Program is a 10-year international science program initiated by International Council of Scientific Unions (ICSU), International Social Sciences Council (ISSC), and United Nations Office International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR). In 2009, International Programme Office (IPO) of IRDR Program successfully applied by China Association for Science and Technology in Beijing, became the first office of ICSU Interdisciplinary Body hosted in Asia. IRDR Program has been implemented for ten years, and it has become the flagship program for global integrated research on disaster risk, established an extensive global disaster risk comprehensive research network, and formed an effective international science program management mechanism. Four major achievements have been achieved through ten years: (1) successfully implemented the international science program of the ICSU for the first time; (2) operated for ten years to ensure the successful implementation of the program; (3) improved the level of technology governance on global disaster risk; (4) facilitated the establishment of the IRDR Phase II New Decade Plan. The platform has been utilized to learn advanced international concepts, to contribute Chinese wisdom and strength, to provide China's experience in organizing the international science program, and to make important contributions to global integrated disaster risk reduction. To promote economic development, social progress, and scientific and technological innovation, it is necessary to strengthen scientific cooperation and information sharing. Open data has emerged in response and become a seemingly inevitable development in the evolution of digital technology. Open data, however, must be supported by infrastructure composed of physical entities and virtual systems that meet the needs of data applications in many fields. Constructing and strengthening open data infrastructure should therefore be considered important objectives of information technology development. This study analyzes the elements of open data infrastructure and expounds its significant positive role in implementing open science. Based on an analysis of the current state and substantial development of China's open data infrastructure, this study puts forward relevant measures and suggestions in view of the shortcomings and challenges China has faced with its open data infrastructure.
