为了探讨较大长宽比的超高层框-筒结构加强层数量的确定以及加强层构件的布置，并得到既能满足结构需要、又尽量降低由加强层引起结构竖向刚度和内力突变的不利影响的加强层布置方案，以青岛海天中心T2塔楼作为研究对象，基于ETABS软件建立三维结构模型进行分析。在对比了传统原则布置加强层方案和改进方案后，提出基于该结构的一种较大长宽比超高层框筒结构加强层的设置原则：在刚度较小的方向上布置伸臂桁架和腰桁架，刚度较大的方向不布置伸臂桁架，只布置一跨或两跨腰桁架，这样布置既能满足结构对侧移和层间位移角的需求，又能使层间位移角突变和内力突变降低，同时减小加强层处两主轴方向的刚度差异，对结构最有利。

Based on the FVCOM three-dimensional finite volume ocean model, combined with the Jelesnianski empirical wind field model and ECWMF background wind field superimposition to form a synthetic wind field, the hydrodynamic characteristics of the Liaoning coast of the North Yellow Sea during the transit of Typhoon "Rumbiya" were studied, and the influence of different typhoon parameters such as typhoon track, moving speed, maximum wind radius, central pressure, and maximum wind speed on storm surge in the Northern Yellow Sea was analyzed. The results show that, the extreme storm surges decreases with the westward shift of typhoon track in the study area. With the increase of typhoon moving speed, the extreme storm surges reduces, and the duration of high water level decreases significantly. The extreme storm surges and the duration of high water level increases with the increase of the radius of maximum wind speed. The extreme value of storm surge is positively correlated with the maximum wind speed, and the change of the maximum wind speed has no obvious effect on the duration of high water. The storm surge increases as the central pressure decreases. The study results can provide some reference for storm surge disaster protection along the Liaoning coast of the North Yellow Sea. Objective To explore the lipid-lowering effect of Qige Decoction before and after compatibility through the combination of pharmacodynamics and liver metabolomics, and to provide new research strategies for exploring the scientific notation of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility. Methods According to the pharmacodynamic strategy, three groups of drug administration were set up as Qige Decoction group, Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group, and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group. Four indices of blood lipids, serum biochemical indicators, and liver morphology and pathology were used to evaluate the intervention effect of Qige Decoction on hyperlipidemic rats. Liver metabolomics technology was used to analyze the effects of Qige Decoction on metabolites before and after compatibility, and multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the differences between groups in terms of differential metabolites and metabolic pathways. Results Compared with the model group, the callback abilities of four indices of blood lipid in the Qige Decoction group were higher than those in Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group, among which the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels in the Qige Decoction group decreased (P<0.05). A total of 86 potential biomarkers were identified by liver metabolomics, with 23, 13, and 7 metabolites being significantly different in the Qige Decoction group, Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group, and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group, respectively (P<0.05). Metabolic pathway analysis of 29 specific biomarkers with significant callback effects showed that they were related to glycerophospholipid metabolism, linoleic acid metabolism, α-linolenic acid metabolism, sphingolipid metabolism. arachidonic acid metabolism, and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis. Qige Decoction mainly regulates glycerophospholipid and linoleic acid metabolism, and uniquely acts on sphingolipid metabolism. Conclusion Qige Decoction has more lipid-lowering targets after compatibility, with better lipid-lowering effects than the Astragali Radix-Puerariae Radix group and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae group. The prediction of subway passengers' walking time during exit is an important basis for urban traffic operation and management. Accurate prediction can help alleviate subway congestion, optimize subway services, and improve passenger satisfaction. Firstly, video analysis software was used to extract the walking time and several characteristic variables of passengers during exit from surveillance videos. Secondly, in order to screen out the factors that have a significant impact on walking time, correlation analysis and optimal scaling regression model were used for factor analysis, and genetic algorithm was used to extract the optimal feature combination. Finally, the extracted features were used as input vectors and the Extreme Gradient Boosting model was used to predict walking time, with mean absolute error as the evaluation index. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has good effect in predicting the behavior of subway passengers during exit, with a mean absolute error of 1. 55 s, lower than the unoptimized Extreme Gradient Boosting model (1. 87 s), support vector machine (2. 03 s) and random forest (1. 96 s) models. BACKGROUND: Our group, together with the Institute of Robotics of Shanghai University and Shanghai Hepu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. developed this Frame-type Parallel Orthopedic Robot in the hope of contributing to the development of domestic orthopedic surgical robots. OBJECTIVE: To test the feasibility of the frame-type parallel orthopedic robot-assisted lumbar spine surgery by animal lumbar spine experiments and to verify its operational performance and the accuracy of the assisted nail placement. METHODS: A total of twelve goat lumbar vertebrae were randomized into two groups. In the experimental group (6 vertebrae, 60 nail paths), the screw path was planned according to 3D CT data using the surgical robot and Kirschner wire placement was assisted by frame-type parallel orthopedic robot. The control group (6 vertebrae, 60 nail paths) was manually implanted with Kirschner wire under the 2D X-ray data. The screw path planning time, Kirschner wire placement time and X-ray exposure time were recorded. CT images of both groups were collected after the experiment. The accuracy and the excellent and good rate of Kirschner wire placement were assessed according to the modified Gertzbein-Robbins criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The screw path planning time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group (P < 0.001). There were no statistically significant differences in Kirschner wire placement time and X-ray exposure time between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). (2) According to the CT scan of the specimens after the experiment, the success rate and the excellent and good rate of the experimental group were 100% and 96.7%, and those of the control group were 98.3% and 85.0%. The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). (3) This demonstrates that frame-type parallel orthopedic robot-guided placement of pedicle screws has a higher accuracy rate compared with intraoperative C-arm fluoroscopy-guided freehand screw placement, which can effectively improve surgical safety. Aiming at the differences in the contribution of feature data to the cluster centers in the clustering algorithm and the sensitivity of the algorithm to the initial cluster centers, this paper proposes a Weighted Knowledge Amountbased Intuitionistic Fuzzy C-means Method（WKAIFCM）. Firstly, this method fuzzed the original dataset intuitionistically and improved the latest intuitionistic fuzzy knowledge measure to calculate the knowledge amount which utilized in the feature weighting of dataset. Secondly, this method initialized the cluster centers to improve the calculation accuracy and clustering efficiency of high-dimensional feature dataset by kernel space density and kernel distance. Finally, based on the principle of sample distance between clusters and the principle of minimum knowledge amount, this method established a clustering optimization model to get the optimal iterative algorithm. The experimental results based on the UCI artificial dataset show that the proposed method can greatly improve the accuracy and iterative efficiency of clustering. The classification accuracy and execution efficiency are increased by 10.63% and 31.75% respectively, and this method has good universality and stability. This paper introduces a new theory of knowledge measure into fuzzy clustering for the first time and gets extraordinary results, which creates a new case for the potential application of this theory in other related fields.
