The aims of this study are to explore the erosion prevention effect of different concentrations of PAM, and to provide a theoretical basis for dike treatment in black soil area of northeast China. [Methods] A total of 2 rainfall intensities（60,90 mm/h） and 5 PAM concentrations（0,2,3,4,5 g/m-2） were set by artificial rainfall simulation, and the effects of PAM on the erosion characteristics of runoff and sediment generation and erosion on slope under different rainfall intensities were observed, and the hydraulic parameters under each erosion pattern were analyzed. [Results]（1） Under the same PAM concentration, the average runoff yield rate and average sediment yield of the slope increased with the increase of rain intensity.（2） Under the two rainfall intensities, there was an inflection point in the average runoff yield rate, and the average runoff yield rate of treatment of 3 g/m-2 was the smallest. The average sediment yield decreased with the increase of PAM concentration, and the average sediment yield of treatment of 5 g/m2 was the smallest.（3） The rainfall intensity was 60 mm/h, and the erosion patterns of the slope were mainly manifested as sputtering and surface erosion. The rainfall intensity was 90 mm/h, and the slope erosion characteristics were surface erosion, some accompanied by fine trench erosion.（4） The Reynolds number（Re） was less than 500, which was laminar flow, and the Frod number（Fr） was less than 1, which belonged to slow flow. The effects of rainfall intensity on water flow shear force, water flow power and unit water flow power were greater than PAM concentration. [Conclusion] It can be seen that PAM application on the slope of the black soil area of northeast China can effectively improve the soil structure, enhance the soil water infiltration capacity, reduce the slope erosion and sediment production, and play a certain effect on the erosion prevention and control of soil embankments. Objective; To investigate the effect of Matrine on the levels of MMP-7. p-STAT3 and E-C'ad in serum and gallbladder tissues of patients with gallbladder carcinoma. Methods; 60 cases with gallbladder carcinoma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. All the patients were optional for gallbladder carcinoma radical operation, while the patients in the experimental group were added the matrine capsules after the operation. Then the levels of MMP-7. p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues in patients and the five-years’ survival rate were observed and compared. Results; Compared with before treatment, the levels of MMP-7. p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients after the operation in the two groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the levels of MMP-7. p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients after the operation in the experimental group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05); The five-years’ survival rate in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion; Matrine can decrease the levels of MMP-7. p-STAT3 and E-C'ad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients with gallbladder carcinoma, and prolong the survival time, which could provide a reference for clinical research. The ground state structure and energy of ConMo55-n (n=0~55) and FenCo55-n (n=0~55) clusters were systematically studied by using the semi-empirical Gupta many-body potential combined with genetic algorithm and molecular dynamics quenching algorithm. The similarity function, centroid distance, average bond length, average coordination number, average binding energy, mixing energy and second-order difference energy of the ground state structure are analyzed. The relationship between the structure characteristics and stability of the ground state of the cluster and the types and components of the cluster was investigated. The results show that: for Co-Mo mixed clusters, as the number of Co atoms increases, Co atoms occupy the center and outermost vertices successively, and the segregation and disorder of the mixed clusters gradually appear. For Fe-Co mixed clusters, the main body of the ground state structure is manifested as structural distortion around the Mackay icosahedral configuration. With the increase of Fe atom content, Fe atom occupies the apex position on the outer surface of the cluster until all Co atoms are wrapped, and gradually forms a core-shell structure. Co13Mo42 and Fe42Co13 are magic number clusters. It is found that the high symmetry of clusters caused by component effects can explain the formation of magic number structures better than the average bond length and the average coordination number. The ground state structures and energies of (FeMo)m(m=38 and 55) clusters were systematically investigated by employing the genetic algorithm and molecular dynamics quenching method based on the semi empirical Gupta-type many-body potential. Results show that, for FenMo38-n(n=0-38) clusters, with increasing of Fe atoms, Fe atoms preferentially occupy the surface of the cluster before occupying the interior, and the ground state configuration of the cluster exhibits competition between the Oh-like, the Ih-like, and the disordered structures. For FenMo55-n(n=0-55) clusters, with increasing of Fe atoms, Fe atoms preferentially occupy the central position of the cluster, followed by surface vertices, edges, and subsurface layer, and the ground state configuration of bimetallic clusters is mainly reflected by structural distortion based on the Mackay icosahedron. Fe24Mo14, Fe13Mo42, and Fe43Mo12 can be viewed as the magic-number clusters. Our finding shows that origin of magic numbers in bimetallic clusters cannot be explained by the commonly used average coordination number and average bond length models of pure clusters, and it is more attributed to the high structural symmetry caused by component effects.
