In order to solve the problem that the results of the gate reassignment algorithm can’t meet habits of different operators, this paper proposed a method that accords with the actual operators’ operating habits. Firstly, this paper established the spatial model of decision-making environment by using flights characteristics and occupancy of gate resources. The model transforms manual operating data into a multi-channel time-space matrix. Then, make use of CNN-based generative adversarial network to match the order decision-making operation strategy. The simulation results show that actions with reliability scores of more than 90% account for up to 84.4%. The model has a good ability to distinguish the operation data from 3 different operators. Compared with dynamic adjustment result under perturbance, this algorithm can obtain an adjustment scheme whose flight-gate attribute characteristics are closer to the original manual operation. To solve the imbalance problem of resource allocation of each link in the ground support process of transit flights, a support process equilibrium optimization model was proposed based on the systematic analysis of link business characteristics and equilibrium influencing elements. The link start time and resource usage were considered to constrain the priority and operation mode for good applicability. Based on the optimization objectives of minimizing the effective deviation, total operation time and comprehensive resource consumption of the links, a model objective function was established to measure the resource balance of each link in the support process. By NSGA-II algorithm with improved chaos and differential evolution, the optimization scheme of the constructed model was solved and designed with the actual operation data of a hub airport in central China. To verify the effectiveness of the model, the optimization scheme was evaluated based on the equilibrium evaluation index. The results show that the equilibrium optimization model is effective in terms of time utilization and resource allocation, and the total operating time is reduced by 10.6% with saving 30.3% of the total amount of idle resources. The evaluation shows that the equilibrium rate is increased by 10.7%, and the time loss coefficient and the resource smoothing coefficient are reduced by 65.7% and 54.7%, respectively. To solve the problem that the influencing factors of the airport bus operation process are complicated and the operation time is difficult to predict, this paper established an airport bus operation time prediction model based on the subspace identification algorithm. Firstly, based on the multi-source big data generated during the operation process, considering the number of passengers, departure interval, road congestion and other factors at different times, it established the state space model of the airport bus operation. Then it extracted the characteristic variables suitable for describing the operation process of the airport bus as the input and output of the model,and solved the model by subspace identification method. Finally,this paper took an actual operating route of the capital airport bus as a case for simulation analysis. The calculation results show that the mean absolute percentage error and mean square error of the model are 2. 25% and 4. 77, respectively, which are better than the traditional BP neural network prediction model and the least square identification model. 18. 输血质量控制体系对临床输血质量的影响.

目的:观察输血质量控制体系的应用对临床输血质量的影响。方法选择2013年1~12月河北省胸科医院实施输血质量控制体系后收治的输血患者125例(观察组),2012年1~12月该院实施输血质量控制体系前收治的输血患者119例(对照组)。记录两组输注各成分血及全血用量,计算成分输血率以及输血标本采集正确率、申请单填写准确率、输血指征符合率、输血过程记录完整率、配血报告单完整率等输血质量监控指标。结果观察组输注成分血9182 U、全血1 U,成分输血率为99.99%;对照组输注成分血8642.75 U、全血4 U,成分输血率为99.95%;两组成分输血率比较,P>0.05。观察组和对照组输血标本采集正确率分别为96.0%、80.7%,申请单填写准确率分别为89.6%、70.6%,输血指征符合率分别为90.4%、68.9%,输血过程记录完整率分别为91.2%、82.4%,配血报告单完整率分别为99.2%、89.1%;两组比较,P均<0.05。结论在医院标准化管理过程中实施输血质量控制体系可提高临床输血质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
