Alzheimer' s disease is a common chronic neurodegenerative disease in the elderly, which seriously damages their health and quality of life. At present, acetylcholinesterase inhibitor donepezil is often used clinically as a therapeutic drug. This paper intends to study the action mode of donepezil and AChE by molecular simulation. Based on the results, compound 1 was obtained by rational design from donepezil. The results of molecular docking and ADMET prediction show that compound 1 has a similar mode of action and as considerable druggability as donepezil. At the same time, the molecular electrostatic potential surfaces of donepezil and compound 1 show that compound 1 can enhance the hydrogen bond interaction with the key residue F295 due to the introduction of the methyl group to some extent, and may have more ideal pharmacological activity than donepezil. In addition, compound 1 can prepare stable optically pure isomers; it is beneficial to reduce the clinical dosage of drugs and the probability of side effects, which is of value for further research. The mesophilic anaerobic digestion of poplar fuel ethanol distillation wastewater is 18 d after adding Fe2(SO4)3, FeSO4, Na2S04 according to the amount of COD/SO4 二 20. The effects of types of sulfates on the mesophilic anaerobic digestion of PFEW was investigated. The results showed that the imum methane production was 543. 0 mL/gVS in the reactor with Fe2(SO4)3, which was 29. 72% and 35. 82% higher than that of FeSO4 and NaSOq, respectively. The VFAs content the highest with Fe2(SO4)3, indicating that Fe3+can enrich dissimilation iron-reducing bacteria which can increase the acetic acid content and provide more substrates for methanogens. The sulfur balance analysis showed that the sulfide content in Fe2(SO4)3-PFEW was the lowest at the ending of anaerobic digestion. It indicated that the addition of iron source promoted the combination of sulfide and metal elements in the system. Therefore, the addition of Fe2(SO4)3 can improve the performance of anaerobic digestion while reducing the contents of sulfide in the reactor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
