In order to improve the performance of community discovering, this paper proposed an interactive iterative multi-scale community discovering algorithm. It quantified community by linear combination of neighbors, extraneous nodes and overlapping nodes, and gave the matrix computation description for each of them. While using the above quantified community description to discover communities, this paper proposed a two phase iterative community discovering algorithm. During each phase, it fixed community and home community respectively, and adjusted the other to maximize the proposed community quantity description. The experiment shows that, the proposed algorithm has better accuracy and efficiency compared with the related works, and also has good flexibility. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To study the curative effect and clinical characteristics of antiviral therapy in elderly AIDs pa­tients. Methods A total of 108 AIDs patients, who voluntarily accepted national free antiviral therapy from January 2013 to June 2015 in the hospital, were selected .including 54 cases of elderly AIDs patients(the elderly group) and 54 cases of non elderly AIDs patients (the non elderly group). The clinical efficacy of all the involved patients was monitored after 1-year antiviral thera­py, and the virus inhibition rate, CD4+ T cells, blood routine and adverse drug reaction in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After antiviral therapy, the virus inhibition rate between the two groups had no statistical signifi­cance (P>0.05) ;the amount of CD4+ T cells in the non elderly group was higher than that in the elderly group after treatment, with statistically significant difference (p<0.05); the adverse reaction rate of immune reconstruction after treatment in the elderly group was higher than that in the non elderly group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05) ;the incidence of adverse drug reac­tion in the elderly group was higher than that in the non elderly group, while the difference on incidence rates of anemia and gas trointestinal reaction between the two groups had statistical significance(p<0.05). Conclusion There is no difference on virus inhibition rate between the two groups, but the immune reconstruction function in the elderly group is higher than that in the non elderly group, and the adverse reaction is relatively more in the elderly group.
