To study the mechanical properties and failure modes of corroded reinforced concrete beams under impact, this paper conducts impact tests on concrete beams by Fujikake et al. The validity of impact force time history curve, mid-span displacement time history curve and failure mode of the fine finite element model of reinforced concrete beam structure established by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was checked. Based on the verified finite element model, the influence of corrosion rate of reinforcement on the impact resistance of concrete beams was researched. The finite element analysis shows that The concrete spalling degree of concrete member under impact effect increases with the increase of steel corrosion rate. The higher the degree of steel corrosion, the more serious the concrete spalling. All the corroded RC beams at different impact heights exhibit flexural failure characteristics. Steel corrosion has a certain influence on the impact resistance of reinforced concrete members. At the same drop weight impact height, the peak impact force decreases with the increase of steel corrosion rate, and the mid-span displacement increases with the increase of steel corrosion rate. When the impact height is 3.0m, the peak value of impact force decreases to 17.9% and the mid-span displacement is 33.3% when the corrosion rate is 30.0%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based the quasi-static pushdown test on four prestressed concrete (PC) beam-column substructures with bonded and unbonded tendons, the progressive collapse resistance of PC frames under an interior column removal scenario was investigated. Comparison of the pushdown results between bonded and unbonded PC beam-column substructures shows that the bond behavior could effectively improve the yield strength and initial stiffness. The collapse resistance of the two substructures is mainly attributed to the catenary mechanism developed by the prestress tendons and reinforcements. Moreover, the result of non-prestressed reinforcement ratio to its preformance against progressive collapse is also obvious. The increase of the non-prestressed reinforcement ratio causes unfavorable effect to the surrounding components at catenary action stage. Therefore, it is necessary to balance the ratio of prestressing tendons to non-prestressed reinforcements in the progressive collapse design of PC structures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To resolve the problem that the power control of cognitive network, according to non-cooperative game theory and interference temperature, this paper proposed a new utility function considering the power distribution requirements of primary users (PUs) and secondary users (SUs). It deduced a novel power control algorithm based on non-cooperative game theory. It also proved its convergence and the existent and unique of the Nash equilibrium. Simulation shows that this algorithm is effectiveness and fairness which can stratify the SINR demands and make secondary users have proper transmission power levels. Compared with the referenced algorithm, it not only can save 30. 12% power consumption and achieve better anti-noise effect, but also have better capacity relative to Koskie-Gajic (KG) algorithm.
