目的 调查中国职业人群工作相关颈部疼痛的发生情况并分析其影响因素。 方法 2018 年 1 月—2020 年 12 月, 采用分层整群抽样方法, 以我国 26 个省市 10 个重点行业 251 家企业 57 501 名在职员工为研究对象, 采用《中 文版肌肉骨骼疾患调查表》对我国主要产业职业人群进行大样本横断面调查。 使用多因素 logistic 回归模型分析各 研究因素与颈部疼痛（频率、 持续时长、 疼痛程度） 的相关性。 结果 我国职业人群工作相关颈部疼痛发生率为 34.52%（19 852/57 501）, 其中, 作业人员每月出现颈部疼痛的发生率为 24.62%（14 158/57 501）, 颈部疼痛持续超过 1 周的发生率为 28.32%（16 283/57 501）, 严重疼痛的发生率为 16.23%（9 331/57 501）。 多因素 logistic 回归分析结 果显示, 不同人口学特征（性别、教育水平、自我健康状况等）、职业特征（工龄、头颈部姿势及其持续时间）均会影响 颈部疼痛的发生频率、持续时长和严重程度（P < 0.05）。 相比工作时头颈部直立且不长时间保持相同姿势的作业人 员, 其他组别在颈部疼痛的 3 个维度（发生频率、持续时间和严重程度）上均有更高的风险（P < 0.05）, 其中, 长时间 保持头颈部后仰是风险最高的作业姿势（每月出现颈部疼痛：OR = 5.84, 95%CI：4.93 ~ 6.92；颈部疼痛持续超过 1 周：OR = 6.21, 95%CI：5.25 ~ 7.33；颈部出现严重疼痛：OR = 6.73, 95%CI：5.17 ~ 8.75）。 结论 我国主要产业的职 业人群普遍存在工作相关颈部疼痛, 保持头颈部良好姿势、合理的休息或颈部活动, 可以降低颈部疼痛的发生风险。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To enhance the microbial solidification of sand, zeolite was considered as an adsorbent material due to its porous properties. Involving macroscopic physical and mechanical tests as well as micro-fine observations to systematically analyze the strengthening effects of zeolite on microbial solidified sand. The results indicate that zeolite significantly improves the bacteria fixation rate during the microbial reinforcement process of sand. Compared to conventional microbial solidification, the inclusion of zeolite increased the bacteria fixation rate by approximately 5.5 times, enhanced the compressive strength by 39.35%, and reduced the permeability coefficient by 71.94%. The addition of zeolite not only increased the quantity of calcium carbonate precipitate but also improved its distribution uniformity. Furthermore, the calcium carbonate precipitates around the zeolite effectively bridged the adjacent sand particles, enhancing the structural integrity between the sand particles and the overall integrity of the samples. Objective To identify and assess the ergonomic risk factors associated with work -related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) among workers in the automotive repair industry. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020, a cluster sampling method was used to select workers from 23 automotive repair businesses in Chongqing as research subjects. The baseline risk identification of ergonomic factors (BRIEF) in the United States and the method for the identification of musculoskeletal stress factors which may have injurious effects (PLIBEL) in Sweden were employed to identify adverse ergonomic risk factors during automotive repair operations, and the rapid entire body assessment (REBA) was utilized for posture load level assessment. Results A total of 193 workers were evaluated ergonomically, including 86 mechanics, 60 painters, and 47 sheet metal workers. BRIEF results indicated that the neck, back, and wrists of mechanics, painters, and sheet metal workers were potential risk areas for WMSDs; PLIBEL results showed slight differences in the hazardous areas occurring in different operations, with mechanics, painters, and sheet metal workers' elbows, forearms, hands, and upper back neck and shoulders mainly involving repetitive tasks, and painters and sheet metal workers' lower backs primarily involving unsupported standing postures and severe forward bending; REBA assessment of posture load levels was mainly medium and low risk, with the proportion of mechanics, painters, and sheet metal workers at medium risk level being 61.6% (53/86), 36.7% (22/60), and 23.4% (11/17), respectively. 回顾性分析1例在桂林医学院附属医院内分泌科就诊的2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化 性心血管疾病（ASCVD）患者使用胰岛素强化治疗后，转换为司美格鲁肽的治疗过程。患者为71岁男 性，因“血糖升高16年，多尿、口干半年”入院，病程长，未规律使用降糖药物及监测血糖，患者9个月前 发生脑梗死，为2型糖尿病合并ASCVD。住院后予胰岛素泵联合口服降糖药物治疗，逐步简化方案为 司美格鲁肽0.25 mg、1次/周皮下注射联合二甲双胍0.5 g、3次/d，阿卡波糖100 mg、3次/d，以及达格列 净10 mg、1次/d口服治疗，血糖控制良好，患者接受程度高。司美格鲁肽是胰高糖素样肽‑1受体激动 剂周制剂，具有良好的降糖疗效和心血管获益，可单独使用或与其他降糖药物联合使用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the acceleration of industrialization, the rapid development of mining and smelting industry produces a large number of heavy metal wastewater, among which the cadmium containing wastewater poses a great threat to the environment. Therefore, an iron-manganese loaded biochar was prepared using banana straw biochar as the base and impregnation modification method to treat cadmium containing wastewater. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the preparation conditions of modified biochar. Under the best preparation conditions, the predicted adsorption capacity of Fe-Mn modified biochar for Cd2+ is 235.64 mg/g, and the actual adsorption capacity is 221.03 mg/g, with a relative deviation of 6.2%. scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM-EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared reflection(FTIR) analysis show that the modified biochar is successfully loaded with Fe and Mn. The main adsorption mechanisms for Cd2+ are ion exchange, complexation precipitation, mineral precipitation and cation-π interaction. The adsorption of Cd2+ by Fe-Mn modified biochar accords with Langmuir model and quasi-second-order kinetic equation, indicating that the adsorption process is monolayer adsorption and chemisorption. In view of the fact that the traditional distribution networks are developed into a cyber-physical distribution system, an improved minimal path method is proposed to evaluate the reliability of cyber-physical distribution system considering the influence of information process. The connectivity of network topology, the transmission delay and the error model of information layer are established to evaluate the influence of information layer faults on the fault processing process of physical layer. The minimal path model for the information layer and the physical layer is constructed to calculate the reliability of cyber-physical distribution systems, and the influence of different types of information layer component faults and access network structure on the reliability of distribution information physical systems is analyzed. OBJECTIVE: Displaced femoral neck fracture is a common fracture in the elderly, but the method of operation is still controversial. Previous meta-analysis has some shortcomings such as low quality of research and few cases. This study compared the efficacy of total hip arthroplasty and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fracture by meta-analysis. METHODS: PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases were searched by computer from January 1970 to June 2020. The key words were “femoral neck fracture, hemiarthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty” in English and Chinese. All articles about the comparative study of total hip arthroplasty and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fracture were searched. Two researchers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of literature bias according to Cochrane Handbook. Stata 14.0 statistical software and the updated Meta-Analysis software package were used to analyze the outcome measures. RESULTS: (1) A total of 14 randomized controlled trials, containing 10 original studies and 4 extended follow-up data, were included in this article. A total of 2 523 patients with displaced femoral neck fracture were included. The experimental group was treated with total hip arthroplasty and the control group was treated with artificial femoral head replacement. The overall quality of the literature was high. (2) The results of meta-analysis showed that the dislocation rate (RR=0.450, 95%CI:0.306-0.661, P < 0.001), Harris score (WMD=-5.527, 95%CI:-7.952 to -3.103, P < 0.001), and EQ-5D score (WMD=-0.055, 95%CI:-0.075 to -0.034, P < 0.001) in the total hip arthroplasty group were higher than those in the artificial femoral head replacement group. However, the second operation rate of total hip arthroplasty group was lower than that of artificial femoral head replacement group (RR=1.741, 95%CI:1.253-2.419, P=0.001). There was no statistical difference in 2-year mortality (RR=1.025, 95%CI:0.845-1.243, P=0.804), postoperative infection rate (RR=0.896, 95%CI:0.789-1.017, P=0.505), and incidence of systemic complications (RR=0.896, 95%CI:0.789-1.017, P=0.090) between the two groups. CONCLUSION: The available clinical evidence shows that total hip arthroplasty has better hip movement function and lower secondary operation rate. For patients with displaced femoral neck fracture who are in good physical condition, can move alone before fracture, and have good cognitive function, total hip arthroplasty has more advantages than artificial femoral head replacement. Objective·To study the role and mechanism of mucin 1 (MUC1) in the pathogenesis of HER2-positive breast cancer. Methods·Virus infection technology was employed to construct MT2/MUC1 and MT2/Vec/MUC1-CD overexpression cell lines; Western blotting was used to detect the expression level of relative proteins; the ability of cell proliferation, migration and sphere formation were detected by using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), colony formation, wound healing, transwell and sphere formation experiments respectively; inhibitor 6-AN was used to inhibit glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase (G6PD) activity, and the proliferation of breast cancer cells was detected by CCK-8. GEPIA and Kaplan-Meier Plotter database were analyzed to figure out the relationship of HER2, MUC1 and G6PD expression with the survival of breast cancer patients. Results·Overexpression of MUC1 or MUC1-CD promoted the proliferation, clone formation, migration and sphere formation of MT2 HER2-positive breast cancer cells, as well as elevating the protein level of G6PD. Inhibition of G6PD activity significantly reduced cell proliferation induced by MUC1 and MUC1-CD. High level of G6PD protein in breast cancer tissues is associated with significantly lower survival of breast cancer patients. Conclusion·MUC1 may promote the progression of HER2-positive breast cancer by up-regulating the expression of G6PD, suggesting that inhibition of the pentose phosphate pathway may be a target for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. When earth-rock dams are built on deep overburden layers, the seepage prevention effect of dam body and dam foundation is directly related to the safety of dam. According to the geological conditions of an earth-rock dam in the southwestern region of China, the dam body adopted the asphalt concrete core wall to prevent seepage, and the deep overburden layer adopted the suspended concrete anti-seepage wall scheme, focusing on the depth of hanging concrete cutoff wall for 6 kinds of scheme comparison and analysis and determining that when the depth of the cutoff wall was 22 m, the annual seepage flow and seepage ratio drop of the dam and dam foundation met the requirements. On this basis, a number of working conditions were checked and analyzed. The calculation results show that the anti-seepage system based on the asphalt concrete core wall and impervious wall effectively reduces the height of the internal seepage line of the dam, and the saturation line dips at the asphalt concrete core wall, and the internal pore water pressure of the downstream dam slope is relatively small, the maximum dam height where the saturation line falls to the drainage layer and the downstream exit point is located in the lower part of the downstream drainage body. The seepage ratio drop of asphalt concrete core wall and concrete cutoff wall is less than the allowable value of 80 and the seepage ratio drop of the dam filling material and the natural gravel layer is within the allowable percolation drop range.
