青年期の対象関係が避妊行動にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを検討し、教育的関わりを目指すために質問紙調査を実施した結果、青年期対象関係と避妊行動との相関関係が明らかになった。「見捨てられ不安」と「妊娠しない」（p < .05）、「一体性の過剰希求」と「自分の欲求を満たしたい」（p < .01）、「一心同体になりたい」（p < .05）との間に相関が認められた。見捨てられる不安という強迫観念が、心理的に弱い立場となり避妊の意志表示ができない。見捨てられ不安が強い学生には、大学教育の中で自己尊重し自己肯定感が高められるような関わりをすることで避妊行動がとれ、不確実な避妊行動の認識を早い段階で正しい知識の習得と認識と実践の相違を回避する方策の必要性が示唆された。

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for socialization and investigatethe influences of socialization, responsibility for sex, sex role attitude, love style（ludus）and trust/relief in sexual decision-making （contraceptive use）. 399 undergraduates, 237 female and 162 male, participated in the research. It was found that six factors could be extracted using factor analysis ofsocialization: assertiveness, intelligent choice, respect for others, future plans, will power and basic socialization. In women, determinants of contraceptive use wereresponsibility for sex and sex-role attitude. In males these were responsibility forsex and basic socialization. The results suggest the importance of education toimprove socialization, including in career education.
