近年，運動イメージを使った学習がパフォーマンスの維持や向上に有効であると報告されている。しかし，競技者を対象に運動イメージ能力と運動学習効果の関係を検討した研究は見当たらない。本研究は競技者と非競技者を対象に，運動イメージ能力と運動学習および視空間性ワーキングメモリ容量の関係を検討する。実験1では競技者42名を，実験2では非競技者41名を対象に，運動イメージ能力，運動学習効果，視空間性ワーキングメモリ容量を測定し，各指標間の相関を調べた。その結果，非競技者でのみ運動イメージ得点と運動学習効果の間に有意な正の相関が示された。競技者は運動イメージの処理が自動化されているため，運動学習効果との相関がみられなくなったのではないだろうか。また，視空間スパン得点との相関は，競技者と非競技者のいずれにおいても有意ではなかった。運動の処理過程は，一般的な視空間情報の処理過程とは異なっているのかもしれない。

本研究では、発達性運動協調障害(Developmental coordination disorder)圏の様態を示す児童生徒への指導支援の在り方(方向性)やアプローチについて研究を行い、教示方法に着目した指導アプローチを行ってきた。3年次は身体運動の不器用さと知的障害を併せ有する15 歳から18 歳の生徒8名に対し、フィードバック学習群と模倣学習群の2群に分け、三人称視点の優れた投球フォームの呈示による模倣学習と、投球に対して特定の関節の部位の動きに着目を促すフィードバック学習によるフォーム指導を行った。介入前後で中心からの左右誤差のばらつきが有意に減少したが、介入前後の左右誤差のばらつきの差の減少は、2群間に差は見られなかった。介入方法と言語能力の相関においては、フィードバック学習で言語能力が高い生徒ほどバラつきの差が大きく縮小し、模倣学習では言語能力が低い生徒ほどバラつきの差が大きく縮小する相関がみられた。このことから、生徒の言語能力によって、介入方法を適切に選定することが有効であることが示唆された。

本研究は，体育授業分析用アプリ「Lesson Study Analyst for PE（以下「LSA」と省略する）」の活用し，宮城教育大学附属小の教育実習生の授業を分析・考察することを通して，今後の教育実習指導に向けた基礎データ収集と指導の観点を整理することを目的とした。「LSA」は，筑波大学体育科教育学研究室（長谷川，2017）が開発したアプリであり，「期間記録法」と「相互作用記録法」による記録・分析をすることができる。本研究は，2020年度宮城教育大学附属小学校で行われた教育実習生の授業動画12授業を分析対象とし，「LSA」による「期間記録法」を用いて分析・考察をおこなった。結果，実習生の授業は学習指導場面やマネジメントの時間が増え運動学習が少なくなる傾向があることなどがわかり，それに向けての改善策を提示した。

DCD の並存症(ADHD 他)が多く在籍する知的障害特別支援教育において、生徒の動きの変容を目指した「感覚情報」を活用したアプローチによる指導実践を行った。微細運動と全身運動の指導実践を2 名の生徒を対象に行い、指導中の課題の教示では、模倣時における一人称視点を活用した。微細運動の授業実践では、コマの紐を巻く等の学習課題において、一人称視点で教示することで模倣時の混乱が少なく学習に取り組み、巧緻性が向上した。全身運動の授業実践では、走運動の指導において一人称視点で部分ごとに腕の振り方を模倣することで、腕の振り方がスムーズになった。50m 走のタイムの短縮は見られなかったが、自らの動きに注意を向け意欲的に学習に取り組む姿が見られた。視点を大切に教示することや生徒が自らの動きを把握して改善しやすいようなフィードバックが有用であり、集団授業を実践していく際の指導実践の進め方や配慮すべき点についても検討を深めた。

本研究の目的は、スキー初心者の大学生に対して、片足操作での運動要素を多く導入す ることによって、これまでのスキーの初心者指導の方法と比べて、学習者の身体感覚の認 識にどのような変化が生じるのか、また、その後のスキー技術の上達にどのような影響が あるのかを明らかにすることである。スキーの初心者を対象とした、都留文科大学での実 技実践の資料を基に、撮影した映像から検討した。これまでには重きをおかれていなかっ た片足操作を導入する指導方法は、スキー初心者に対するスキー技術上達の鍵の一つにな るということが示唆された。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare an occupationally embedded exercise (OE) versus rote exercise (RE) in terms of their effects on motor sequence learning, specifically retention, transfer of learning, and certain psychological aspects.Subjects: In total, 99 right-handed healthy university students were randomly assigned to 4 groups: OE with a natural condition (OEN group); OE with an impoverished condition (OEI group); RE group; or the control group.Methods: Using computer software, reaction time and accuracy were assessed in all participants while performing sequential finger tapping. The OEN group practiced the tapping sequences by playing an electric piano to produce familiar songs. The OEI group practiced the same sequences using a piano but without producing sounds, thereby creating the impoverished condition. The RE group practiced the same tapping sequences on a tabletop, and the control group rested instead of practicing. Immediately after the practice session, the participants in all 3 experimental groups were asked to rate their happiness, interest, relaxation, and tiredness using the Likert scale.Results: There were no significant differences between groups, except the participants in the OEN group showed significantly higher accuracy on the intermanual transfer test in comparison with the control group. The OEN and OEI groups also reported a statistically significant higher level of happiness than the RE group and OEN group showed significantly a lower level of tiredness than the RE group.Conclusion: The additional feedback provided by OEs could enhance the psychological aspects that motivate persons to engage in occupational therapy.

It is known that the cognitive style including field dependence/independence is an important factor affecting individual personality. The present study aimed to clarify the relationship between cognitive styles and darts performance. We used the Embedded-Figures Test (EFT) to determine the cognitive style (field dependence: FD; field independence: FI) in 18 female subjects, and then the subjects performed 3 series of 15 consecutive darts throws at a specified target. We recorded the EFT scores, and accuracy, variability, modification, and preparation time of darts performance. We also recorded surface electromyography (EMG) of 6 muscles from a throwing hand and identified the peak amplitude, peak latency, and variability of the 6 muscles to elucidate the muscular mechanisms during darts throws. We analyzed the relationships between EFT scores and darts performance (accuracy, variability, modification, and preparation), and between EFT scores and EMG activity. The accuracy and variability of darts performance improved with repetition of the series, showing motor-learning effects. Significant correlations were observed between EFT scores and variability of the X-axis (i.e., horizontal direction) in the third series, EFT scores and modification of the X-axis from the first to third throw, and EFT scores and preparation time in the first series. Variabilities of EMG activities were significantly larger during the third throw than during the first and second throws in the peak latencies of the flexor carpi ulnaris, biceps brachii, triceps brachii, anterior deltoid, and medial deltoid muscles. However, there were no significant correlations between EFT scores and EMG activities. These results suggest that FD individuals with low EFT scores tend to show a narrow variability of timing of the darts throws, and a high modification ability among the throws. Our results suggest the presence of a significant relationship between cognitive styles of FD and FI and motor performance.

〔目的〕ハイハイ動作の変化から運動学習過程を検討するために，ハイハイ動作分析基準を開発し，その信頼性を検証した．〔対象と方法〕乳幼児1名の約6ヵ月間のハイハイ動作を記録した動画を資料とし，10名の検査者（経験者群4名，初見群2名，トレーニング群4名）で2回ずつ分析基準を用いたコード化を行い，コードの検査者間および検査者内一致度，さらにバリエーション数についても信頼性を確認した．〔結果〕初見群を除き，コードおよびバリエーション数の一致度ともに十分な信頼性を確認した．また，事前にトレーニングを行うことで信頼性が増すことが示された．〔結語〕開発した手法の客観性が示唆された．, [Purpose] We developed criteria for crawling motion analysis, for the purpose of understanding motor learning processes from changes in crawling motion, and investigated their reliability. [Subjects and Methods] Ten examiners (4 with experience, 2 novices, and 4 trainees) used a video recording of the crawling motion during 6-months to code the movements using the analysis criteria on two occasions. The reliability was ascertained using the levels of intra- and inter-examiner agreement, and the variation number. [Results] With the exception of the novices, the levels of agreement of the code and variation number were confirmed to be sufficiently reliable. 本研究は，ゴルフ初心者がスキルを獲得していく過程において，どのようなフィードバック内容をどのタイミングで求めていたのかについて明らかにすることを目的とした。ゴルフプログラムに参加した学生1名を対象に，セルフモニタリングデータ，およびインタビューデータを収集し分析した。その結果，求めていたフィードバックとして，①モデルとなるスイングの提示，②良いスイングの共通点についての必要最低限の技術的ポイント説明，③動画の活用，④参加者同士で教えあえる環境，⑤ショートコースの活用の５項目とそれを得たかったタイミングが明らかになった。今後，この研究成果をゴルフプログラムに活用することで，ゴルフ初心者に有効なフィードバック情報に関する知見が得られることが期待される。

本研究の目的は，得た運動スキルの言語化が運動学習を促進するかどうかを明らかにすることであった．参加者は大学生18名であり，言語化群とコントロール群に割りつけられた．2つの球を非利き手で回す課題を運動学習課題とした．言語化群が4分間球回しを練習した後，得た運動スキルについて，ビデオカメラに向かって話をさせた．その直後，2分後，1日後の1分間の球回し回数と落下回数を測定した．コントロール群は，4分間の練習後の2分間科学雑誌を音読した．言語化群が話をしている時間はビデオを見返すことで確認した．分析は，言語化群とコントロール群のパフォーマンスに対して分散分析，球回し回数と話をした時間の相関分析を実施した．その結果，球回しの改善回数は，コントロール群に比べて言語化群の方が有意に多かった．また，言語化群が話をしていた時間と鉄球回しの改善回数に有意な相関を認めた．本研究結果から，運動スキルを言語化することによって運動学習が促進されることが示され，リハビリテーション効果を高める介入になることが期待される．, The purpose of this study is to investigate the beneficial effects of verbalizing acquired motor skill on motor learning. Eighteen young adults participated in this study. The participants were randomly assigned to two groups (the verbalizing group and the control group). First, the participants practiced two balls rotation task on the left hand for four minutes to familiarize themselves with the ball rotation task. Next, the participants’ ball rotation performance (the times of ball rotation and times of dropping it) was measured for one minute (Pre). Then, the verbalizing group talked about the motor skills acquired by the ball rotation practice. On the other hand, the control group read scientific magazine aloud for the same length of time as talking in the verbalizing group (i.e., two minutes). After the interventions, the participants’ rotation performance was measured immediately, after two minutes and one day after (Post 1, Post 2 and Post 3, respectively). The method of measurement was the same as in Pre measurement. Results showed that, the number of ball rotation was significantly increased in the verbalizing group, but not control group.Also, the improvement frequency of ball rotation in verbalizing group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Additionally, there was a significant relationship between the time for talking and the improvement frequency of ball rotation. On the other hand, frequency of ball drops was not obtained these effects. These results suggest that verbalizing of acquired motor skill has an advantage in terms of frequency of ball rotation which expresses motor smoothness, but not in terms of the frequency of dropping the ball which expresses motor error. And, the relationship also suggests that time length is important to lead the beneficial effects.

本研究の目的は，学習者自身の映像を用いた自己評価と，モデル映像と学習者自身の映像を並べて2画面同時に提示するビデオ映像を用いた自己評価を比較することによって，動きや技の改善点や高まりの気づきに違いがみられるのか，その観察対象の違いによる児童の気づきの特徴を明らかにすることである。 そこで，小学4年マット運動の授業において，観察対象の違う2つの自己評価の記述を比較した。その結果，学習者自身の映像を用いた自己評価では，動きや技の高まりに関する記述が多く，学習者自身が意識的に修正しようしたことや，児童が試技を行った際に自分で感じた気づきが記述されやすいことが推察された。また，2画面比較映像による自己評価では，授業で指導された運動課題についての評価基準をより高く修正したり，自らが意識していなかった改善点を見出したりしやすいが，自分で感じた気づきが捨象される可能性があることが示唆された。, This research compares pupils' self-assessments made from watching their own videos with the self-assessments they made from watching their own videos and a model video simultaneously. The research also examines whether the pupils showed differences in recognizing improvements in their moves and techniques, and it studies the characteristics pupils displayed while recognizing these improvements in the two kinds of self-assessment. We compared the two different self-assessments made by fourth-year elementary school pupils in a mat exercise class. On the basis of the comparison, we found that the pupils extensively reported the improvements in their moves and techniques in the self-assessment of their own videos. This showed that they were liable to report what they wanted to modify consciously and what they noticed during the trial. From the self-assessments made using the dual-video comparison, we inferred that they were liable to raise the evaluation criteria of the exercise taught in the class, that they easily identified improvements they had not recognized from their own videos, and that they were likely to disregard any recognition they made by themselves., 本研究は，科学研究補助金・基盤研究(C)(No.25350726)の助成を受けたものである。

In this study, we used a small video equipment video can be taken from the learning's line of sight. We try to represent body sensation learners using the video. This will reveal what kind of change occurs in the recognition of the bodily sensation of learners. We had a lessons of snowboard for two-days. The student was just beginner. This study suggests that it is effective for two points. 1) The learner’s sight is a great influence on the performance of exercise. 2) The words that had been recorded on video contain a lot of information including a linguistic meaning., 本研究の目的は，学習者の視線からの映像が撮影できる小型のビデオ機器（ウエアブルビデオ）を取り付け，その映像を用いて学習者の身体感覚を表現することによって，学習者の身体感覚の認識にどのような変化が生じるのかを明らかにすることである。今回はスノーボードの初心者を対象として実技授業を収録し，学習者の視線からの映像の応用方法について検討した。そこでは，学習者の視線が運動の遂行に多大な影響があること，ビデオに録画されていた運動者の言葉に多くの情報を含んでいることなどが示唆された。

Der Zweck der Untersuchung besteht darin, dass die Sammlung des kinästhetischen Stoffes und die Konstitution der kinästhetischen Melodie im Lernprozess der Sprunggrätsche über den Kasten einer Studentin als Anfängerin beispielsweise ins Klare gebracht werden sollen. Darum wurde der Lernprozess vom Standpunkt der kinästhesiologischen Bewegungslehre aus reflektiv analysiert. Zuerst hat die Studentin beim Versuch der Sprunggrätsche die Hände auf den Kasten aufgesetzt und sich auf die Mitte des Kastens gesetzt. Dann hat die Studentin diesen Sprung mit Hilfegebung geübt. Mit dem Üben hatte sie das Gefühl, dass ihr Körper in der ersten Flugphase nach vorne verlagert wurde, aber die Verlagerung des Körpers schließlich angehalten wurde. Nach dem Üben hat sie plötzlich einmal erfolgreich die Sprunggrätsche ohne Hilfe ausgeführt. Aber sie konnte danach die Sprunggrätsche ohne Hilfe wieder nicht durchführen. Bei der Ausführung dieses erfolgreichen Sprunges hatte sie kein klares Vollzugsbewusstsein, sondern “passive” Kinästhese im Sinne Husserls, die ihre Ausführung in der tiefen Schicht des Bewusstseins unterstützt, obwohl der ihr nicht klar bewusst war. Nach zwei Wochen hat sie im Turnunterricht wieder die Sprunggrätsche mit Hilfe geübt und sie konnte mehrmals diesen Sprung selbst durchführen. Sie sagte : “Ich habe das Gefühl, meinen Körper nach vorne verlagern zu können und mit den Händen leicht abdrücken zu können.” Daraus ergab sich, dass die Verlagerung ihres Körpers als der kinästhetische Stoff mit dem Stütz der Arme als dem anderen kinästhetischen Stoff verbunden wurde, und dass damit innerlich eine ganze kinästhetische Melodie des Bewegungsablaufes der Sprunggrätsche zeitlich und rhythmisch konstruiert wurde.

In2009, New Curriculum of Sport( by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology)was started in Japan. Flag football is adopted as a new sport for primary school and junior high school. Until now have been many reports of practice with a focus on “learning tactics”. The purpose of this study was practice with a focus on“throwing of the ellipse ball”. Throwing of the ellipse ball is the core of exercise skills. We had the 8times lessons of Flag football for 13 students (4th grade of primary school). This study suggests that it is effective for two points. 1) It can be a clue of the acquisition of body sense by the throwing of American foot ball. 2) How to throw take the leg on the same side is low level in the developmental stage, but that motion were encapsulated an important skill that will put the weight on the release point.

研究報告, Original Articles, [目的]本研究の目的は，部分荷重課題に対し，臨床的に汎用されている同時的フィードバックと運動学習理論において学習効果が高いとされている最終的フィードバックの二種類のフィードバックを与えたとき，どちらのフィードバック方法が荷重課題の運動学習に有用かを明らかにすることである。[対象]利き手は右利きの健常成人24名とした。[方法]課題は，端坐位にて骨盤側方に設置した体重計に右手掌で荷重する部分荷重とした。課題荷重量は10kgとした。対象者はフィードバックの種類（最終的・同時的）によって2群に分けられ，それぞれ13回の施行後に保持テストと転移テストを受けた。[結果] 保持テストと転移テストの結果では，同時的フィードバック群に比べて最終的フィードバック群の方が荷重量のばらつきは少なかった。[考察] 本研究の結果から荷重課題において用いるフィードバック方法は，同時的フィードバックに比べて最終的フィードバックの方が学習に効果的であると示唆された。, [Purpose] This study compared the effects of practice with either concurrent or postresponse feedback on the learning of partial weight bearing (PWB). [Subject] Twenty four young healthy adults volunteered for the study. [Methods] Subjects practiced bearing 10kg PWB of body weight while supporting the right hand palm on a floor scale. Augmented feedback was provided during each 13 trials for both concurrent and postresponse feedback groups. Subjects were also retested 10 minutes later for a no-feedback retention test. [Results] During practice, variation of the amount of bearing decreased over time in the postresponse feedback group compared to the concurrent feedback group. The postresponse feedback group was also the more accurate than concurrent feedback group during retention. [Conclusion] This study suggested that PWB task with postresponse feedback is beneficial compared with concurrent feedback for the learning of this sensorimotor skill.

研究報告, Original Articles, 本研究では、注意障害のリハビリテーションの一つである直接刺激法において効果的とされている課題の一つを取り上げ、その有効性について検証し考察を加え報告する。 直接刺激法とは、注意機能にかかわる脳領域を反復刺激によって直接的に刺激する方法であるとされており、注意機能そのものの回復を目的としている。そこで、現在直接刺激法の課題の一つとされるパソコンを用いた文字入力課題について、注意に関わる脳領域が活性化されているか否かを、脳の活動を間接的に示すとされる脳血流動態の変化を、近赤外線分光法（functional near infrared spectroscopy：以下fNIRS）によって測定し、検証した。また、入力操作の繰り返しを行うことで、入力操作はスキルとして学習されていると捉え、学習方法の違いによっても注意にかかわる脳領域の活性化に違いが生じるか否かを比較検討した。 結果、パソコンの文字入力課題では、学習が進むに従い注意機能を担う脳領域のOxy-Hbの変化を示す波形は下降した。またその傾向は、学習の方法に差異はなく、パソコンを用いた文字入力課題は、直接刺激法として効果的ではない可能性が示された。, In the study, we examined exercise tasks in stimulation therapy, which is one of methods used in rehabilitation for attention difficulties. As a method known to directly stimulate the brain region involved in attentional function by repeated practice, the stimulation therapy is aimed at restoring the attentional function itself. We examined, using functional near infrared spectroscopy, whether the brain region involved in attentional function is activated by repeated practice of the PC character input exercise, which is currently used in stimulation therapy. We also considered whether any difference arises in the activation of the brain depending on learning methods.As a result, a possibility has been suggested that the activity of the brain region associated with attentional function is reduced as the learning progresses regardless of the learning methods.

The application of motor learning is important for the rehabilitation of patients with motor disorders. Although the exercise method of motor learning consists of constant exercise, variable exercise or both, these methods have not yet been verified adequately with regard to the postural control during standing. To investigate the effect of different exercises with visual feed-back information on postural control, we examined the motor performance with regard to the center of pressure (COP) during the standing target-tracking task in six healthy young males. The visual feed-back information of COP from the force plate was provided to subjects by the monitor display. Subjects were asked to move their body in a forward or backward direction to fit and track their own projected COP to the target on the display. The constant exercise group had a scale with the same rate between the COP displacement on the force plate and the COP displacement displayed in the monitor, and the variable exercise group had two scales with different rates. The retention tests were performed after completing the exercises, on the following day, and one week later. The COP data acquired during the tracking task in retention tests were measured, and the gain, the root-mean-square error (RMSE) and the phase shift for the tracking target were computed. In comparison to the constant exercise group, the motor performance of the variable exercise group was better and maintained these effects for a week after the exercise. The findings of this study suggest that differences in exercise methods affect motor performance and/or the retention of motor performance, and that the application of variable exercise for balance training may therefore be beneficial for fall prevention., ＜和文要約＞運動障害をもつ患者のリハビリテーションに運動学習の応用は重要である。運動学習の練習方法には一定練習と多様性練習があるが、異なる練習方法がその後の立位時の姿勢制御に与える影響については十分に明らかにされていない。本研究は視覚的フィードバック情報を用いた練習方法の違いが立位での目標追跡課題の成績に与える影響について健常若年者6名を対象に行なった。目標追跡課題は床反力計上で直立位をとり、モニター画面上に表示された自身の足圧中心（COP）と追跡目標を一致させる視覚誘導型の随意的追跡運動とした。練習方法の違いは床反力計の情報からモニター画面上に表示されるフィードバック情報への割合の違いとした。一定練習は床反力計上のCOP移動量をモニター画面上に同じ大きさで表示し、多様性練習は２種類の異なる割合でモニター画面上にCOPの移動量を表示した。多様性練習群の成績は一定練習群に比べ良好であり、その練習効果は1週間後においても維持されていた。 本研究より、練習方法の違いは立位での随意的運動課題の成績及び効果の持続に影響を与え、転倒予防を目的としたバランス訓練への多様性の応用は有効である可能性が示唆される。

application/pdf, Fumoto(1989a)proposed a theory that reproducibility of movement increases at the first stage of motor leaming and that a temporary decrease of the reproducibility follows before improvement from the first obtained form, and he proposed that a poor learner, who made eforts at failing to achieve the successful form,has a false schema which makes a consistent but inappropriate motor program. The purpose of this study is to prove the theory, using a horizontal bar task(saka-agari: back-up to support)which is common in Japanese primary school physical education lessons. Fourth and fifth grade students(8 males and 3 females)who could not succeed in the task in regular school lessons were selected as subjects. They were given nine days trainig for the task but only three subjects succeeded after the trainlng. However,the variability of the form for each subject decreased, proving the theory. The purpose of this study was to investigate the modifications of motor performance and changes in electrophysiological properties such as electroencephalogram (EEG) and electro-myography (EMG). The subjects consisted of six healthy males aged 18 to 24 years (mean= 21.8 years). The task of motor learning was maximum reciprocal tapping of the Ⅳand Ⅴfinger in the non-dominant hand. Practices were executed 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Parameters of analysis were rate of tapping, median power frequency properties in EEＧ and EMG during 10 seconds. The results showed significant increases in the mean rate of tapping and median power frequencies in EEＧ. Correlation between rate of tapping and median power frequency of EEＧ on the motor cortex showed a gradual increase with each week. There was no significant correlation between rate of tapping and median power frequency properties of EMG. It is suggested that an increase of neural activities in the cortex may correlate with the evolution of motor learning., Article, 紀要 23: 25-36(1998)
