目的 分析全程优化急诊护理在老年急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析 2020 年 1 ~ 12 月 于江门市新会区人民医院接受系统治疗的 84 例老年急性心肌梗死患者的资料,根据其护理方式的不同将其分为对 照组和观察组。 对照组 42 例患者实施常规急诊护理,观察组 42 例患者实施全程优化急诊护理。 比较 2 组的转运成 功率、急救成功率、急救时间、并发症发生率、心功能和心肌指标水平。 结果 观察组的转运成功率和急救成功率均 较对照组更高(P 均 < 0. 05)。 观察组的分诊时间、就诊至心电图检查时间、确诊时间和急诊停留时间均较对照组更 短(P 均 < 0. 05)。 观察组的心力衰竭等并发症总发生率低于对照组(P < 0. 05)。 干预 3 d 和 7 d 后,2 组患者的 N 端 前脑钠肽、肌钙蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均低于干预前,左室射血分数均高于干预前,且观察组的上述心功能和心 肌指标水平均较同期对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P 均 < 0. 05)。 结论 全程优化急诊护理对提高老年急性 心肌梗死患者的转运成功率和急救成功率、缩短急救时间、降低并发症发生率及促进心功能和心肌指标水平恢复均 有积极效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
