2006～2016年,石家庄市动物园鹤类展区依托原有地形地貌,模拟原始生态环境进行人工湿地建设,并对园区内丹顶鹤、白鹤、灰鹤、白枕鹤、蓑羽鹤、西非冠鹤在新旧展区的产卵、孵化、饲料使用量、药物使用量、行为变化进行统计观察。结果表明,丰容后,鹤类动物首次能够自然交配、产卵、孵化; 整个展区无机械进入,自然材料能满足动物行为需要,湿地生物效能得到较好发挥; 动物的刻板行为减少,物种自然行为表现逐渐增多,诸如觅食行为、通讯行为、领域行为、护仔行为等; 鹤类动物丰容后提高动物福利的同时,吸引大量外来野生动物,强化了生物多样性保护。

水利工程施工安全隐患治理正向信息化与智能化转型，为了高效地从大量非结构化的施工安全隐患数据中挖掘出有价值的潜在信息，提出了基于深度学习的施工安全隐患整改智能推荐系统。该算法基于词频逆向文档频率算法，提取施工安全隐患的特征词，构建安全隐患关联桑基图，展示施工标段、隐患特征、隐患类型之间的信息流动特征；基于FP-Growth算法挖掘历史数据中的关联规则；结合序列相似度匹配（sequence similarity matching，SSM）算法和Doc2Vec模型，优化案例检索推荐的过程。该算法利用珠江三角洲水资源配置工程2019—2023年记录的80 953条施工安全隐患信息作为数据源。实例验证表明，该算法能够为当前的施工安全隐患匹配出较为准确的整改措施，可有效辅助施工安全管理者排查治理隐患问题。

To prevent the co-adaptability of features, this paper proposed cosine similarity to reduce the correlation between potential features so as to improve the independent feature learning ability of NMF. In addition, in order to make the decomposed matrix have better sparsity, it also introduced L2,112 sparse constraint into the traditional NMF model to enhance the local learning ability and robustness of the algorithm. Therefore, the semantic information in the latent features was more obvious, and the representation of the potential space was more discriminative. The experimental results of document clustering on fetch_ 20newsgroups dataset show that the proposed INMF algorithm is superior to the traditional NMF and SNMF algorithm models in a series of evaluation indexes. Tubulin polymerization promoting proteins ( TPPPs) can promote tubulin polymerization into microtubules and induce their bundling. They also function as the stabilization of microtubular network and play a crucial role in mitotic spindle formation. There are TPPP paralogs in the human genome: T P P P /p25，T P P P 2 /p l8 and TPPP3/p20. The common C-terminal part of the 3 proteins is named as p 2 5 " domain. TPPP1 is involved in the neurodegenerative disorders，such as multiple sclerosis and multiple system atrophy. TPPP3 is expressed in some tumor cells，and closely related to tumor cell proliferation，while TPPP2 is almost unknown so far. In this review，TPPPs and its related diseases is discussed in detail. The pulmonary infection after tracheotomy is associated with poor prognosis of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. This paper summarized the influencing factors and preventive nursing measures of pulmonary infection after tracheotomy, in order to provide reference for reducing the risk of pulmonary infection and improving the prognosis of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
