Aiming at the complex nonlinear characteristics of sewage treatment process and the difficulty of accurate measurement of effluent BOD, this paper proposes a RBF neural network soft sensing method based on the linear combination of variable width inverse square root and Gaussian function. The activation function of the neural network is linearly combined by the inverse square root function and the Gaussian function, which makes up for the problem of saturation of a single activation function in certain intervals, and improves the expression ability and adaptive ability of the hidden layer activation function. Since the width of the activation function has a great influence on the generalization performance of the model, the introduction of a variable width strategy based on kernel density can effectively improve the generalization ability of the network. In this paper, the improved LM algorithm is used to realize the online learning of neural network parameters. Simulation experiments based on the actual operation data of sewage treatment process show that the proposed method has high prediction accuracy and good adaptive ability for effluent BOD. Objective To compare the exposure of commonly used electrical appliances by mothers in early pregnancy so as to explore the association between electromagnetic exposure in daily life and congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods We conducted a hospital-based case-control study. Totally 274 mothers in the case group and 548 mothers in the control group were interviewed through a face-to-face questionnaire. The multivariate logistic regression was applied to analyze the association between CHD and electromagnetic exposure. Results After adjustment for the confounding factors, in early pregnancy, mothers' exposure to cell phones (OR=0.20, 95% CI: 0.07-0.58), induction cookers (OR=1.97, 95% CI: 1.31-2.96) and microwave ovens (OR =2.90, 95% CI: 1.41-5.97), and wearing radiation suits (OR =0.58, 95% CI: 0.39-0.86) were related to the occurrence of CHD. In the subgroup analysis, compared with the non-radiation suit, microwave oven exposure of the mothers in radiation suits did not significantly affect CHD in early pregnancy, but exposure to induction cookers could increase the risk of CHD in both subgroups. Conclusion Mothers' exposure to microwave ovens and induction cookers in early pregnancy may increase the risk of CHD in the offspring. Aiming at the high voltage ride-through problem of wind turbines, the model simulation analysis and field validation test of high voltage ride-through of DFIG wind turbines was carried out. Firstly, the technical requirements and specifications of high voltage ride-through about the major grid company at home and abroad was introduced; Secondly, according to the character of DFIG wind turbines, the damage of DFIG wind turbines under grid voltage rise was analyzed; And then, as an example, the WD100-2000 model of DFIG wind turbines was built in Matlab/Simulink software, and the dynamic response character of the wind turbine under grid rise fault was simulated and analyzed. Finally, the real meaning field test of high voltage ride-through was done with china electric power research institute. The results of model simulation and field test indicate that the field test of high voltage ride-through is successfully passed, and the high voltage ride-through ability of DFIG wind turbines is completely contained, it is of great significance to perfect the grid rules and the technical research on high voltage ride-through.
