【Objective】The cytochrome P450 family is an important enzyme system involved in glucosinolate synthesis in cruciferous plants, where in the CYP83 subfamily plays a predominant role in core structure formation, this work aims to investigate the Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. Pekinensis) CYP83B1 gene functional role.【Method】RT-PCR was used to clone the CYP83B1 gene. Bioinformatics analysis software was utilized to predict the encoded protein's physicochemical properties, homology of the encoded protein, and promoter cis-acting elements. The expression pattern of BrCYP83B1 was analyzed by RT-qPCR, and a plant overexpression vector was constructed for further experimentation.【Result】The cDNA length of BrCYP83B1 was 1 500 bp, encoding a total of 499 amino acids. The protein belonged to cytochrome P450 superfamily and predominantly located in the cytoplasm. Its secondary structure primarily comprised of α-helixes and irregular coil. Homologous comparison illustrated that BrCYP83B1 had close relationship with Brassica napus L and Brassica oleracea L. var. italica. The BrCYP83B1 promoter contained cis-acting elements that were involved in the response to salicylic acid（SA), abscisic acid（ABA), and methyl jasmonate（MeJA), suggesting that the expression of BrCYP83B1 gene may be regulated by hormones. The expression of BrCYP83B1was detected in various plant organs, including the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits from RT-qPCR results. Notably, the highest expression was observed in the leaves. Moreover, BrCYP83B1 significantly presented induction upon treatment with MeJA, while its expression was repressed by SA. Additionally, ABA treatment initially up-regulated and subsequently down-regulated the gene.【Conclusion】BrCYP83B1 may be involved in the response regulation of Chinese cabbage to hormones. Dense mesh stent is the first choice for the treatment of giant aneurysms. However, due to the dense mesh and abnormal hemodynamic conditions after implantation, the risk of thromboembolism increases. Surface grafting of phosphorylcholine（PC） can improve the anticoagulant performance of implanted stents, but the preparation process of traditional biomolecular coupling method is complex. In this study, amino-rich coating（PDA/PAa） was constructed by grafting polyallylamine（PAa） on the surface of dopamine（PDA） coating through Schiff base reaction and Michael addition under alkaline condition. 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine（MPC） was covalently fixed on the surface of the amino-rich coating by Michael addition reaction. The PDA/PAa/MPC coating was successfully fabricated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. The results of platelet adhesion test and whole blood test showed that the PDA/PAa/MPC coating had good anticoagulant activity. Cell experiments showed that the PDA/PAa/MPC coating had good cytocompatibility and could inhibit the adhesion and proliferation of smooth muscle cells（A7r5）. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 观察急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平变化，并分析其与卒中后认知障碍（PSCI）的关系。方法 选 择急性脑梗死患者661例（观察组），卒中后3个月根据北京版蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）评分分为PSCI患者238例 （MoCA 评分<26分）、认知正常 423例（MoCA 评分≥26分），另选择同期体检健康者 100例作为对照组。采用 ELISA 法检测两组血清Klotho水平，将急性脑梗死患者根据血清Klotho水平的3个四分位截点分为4个四分位数区间，比 较其PSCI发病率。多因素Logistic回归分析急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平对其发生PSCI的影响，采用Pearson相 关分析法分析急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平与MoCA评分的关系，受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线评价血清Klotho水 平对急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI 的预测效能。结果 观察组血清 Klotho 水平低于对照组，观察组 PSCI 患者血清 Klotho 水平低于认知正常患者（P 均<0. 05）。血清 Klotho 水平在 Q1、Q2、Q3和 Q4四分位数区间的急性脑梗死患者 PSCI 发病率分别为 81. 07%（137/169）、28. 99%（49/169）、17. 96%（30/167）、13. 10%（22/168），急性脑梗死患者的 PSCI发病率随着血清Klotho水平升高而降低（P<0. 01）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，血清Klotho水平降低是 急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI的独立危险因素（P均<0. 05）。急性脑梗死患者血清 Klotho水平与 MoCA评分呈正相关 关系（r=0. 438，P<0. 01）。血清 Klotho 预测急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI 的曲线下面积为 0. 819（95% CI：0. 788～ 0. 847）；当血清Klotho预测PSCI的约登指数为0. 538时，对应的截断值为259. 98 ng/L，敏感度为71. 01%，特异度为 82. 76%。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平降低且发生PSCI者降低更明显，血清Klotho水平降低与急性脑梗 死患者发生PSCI有关，且对PSCI的发生具有一定预测价值。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Coordinated development of regional ecology is a new fom of coordinated regional development toward the goal of ecological civilization construction in the' new normal' period. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a leading region for the overall coordinated development and reform in China, and the research on its coordinated ecological development is of typical significance. Based on the guidance of complex system Theory and synergetics as well as The ecological civilization and green development ideas of The 'new normal' period, we constructed a regional ecological synergy measurement model to scientifically evaluate the dynamic evolution of the ecological synergy level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2018, and analyzed the welfare effect and regional heterogeneity of ecological synergy on regional development by using the econometric model. The results of this study showed that: CD By 2018, the degree of ecological synergy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region had generally increased year by year, with a good development trend. Objective To explore the feasibility of conventional smears and liquid-based cytologic slides of lymphatic metastasis specimens of lung adenocarcinoma acquired by fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) to detect the expression of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK/D5F3) by immunocytochemistry (ICC) analysis. Methods The lymphatic metastasis specimens of 147 lung adenocarcinoma，including 100 liquid-based cytologic slides and 47 conventional smears，were collected in this study. ALK fusion protein was detected by Roche Ventana ICC technology，which was compared with the ALK fusion gene assessed by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) or reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR). Results The positive rate of ALK ( D5F3) fusion protein in advanced lung adenocarcinoma acquired by FNAC was 11.6% (17/147)，and 10.6% (5/47) and 12.0% (12/100) were reached in conventional smears and liquid-based cytologic slides，respectively. Among 147 cases，57 cases including 17 positive cases and 40 negative cases were verified by RT-PCR and FISH. The whole coincidence rate reached 96.5% (55/ 57). The sensitivity and specificity of ALK ( D5F3) fusion protein detected in lung adenocarcinoma acquired by FNAC were 94.1% (16/17) and 97.5% (39/40)，respectively. The sensitivity and specificity were both 100% (5/5 of sensitivity and 10/10 of specificity) in conventional smears，while 91.7% (11/12) and 96.7% (29/30) in liquid-based cytologic slides. Conclusion Conventional smears and liquid-based cytologic slides of FNAC samples can be used to perform ICC analysis of ALK ( D5F3) expression in advanced lung adenocarcinoma, especially for patients who have no opportunity for surger^^ or whose resected samples are difficult to form cell block. For the sake of dealing the production schedule problem in open-pit, a dynamic optimization method was developed considering the characteristic of fuzzy structured element, and the fuzzy mining capacities of all "geologically optimum push-bakes" were analysed by the moving cove method. Some open-pit coal mine as a case study was analysed. The results show that considering the problems of supply and demand and technology, the model presents that is the fuzzy production capacity, the fuzzy mining sequence, the fuzzy mine life and the expression of the fuzzy net present value(NPV) membership function, the actual fuzzy problems are analyzed by accurate expression, and more important information are obtained. The leukoaraiosis incidence is increasing, related neurological dysfunction seriously affect the quality of life. Early found the occult injury of LA is very important to clinical significance for early treatment and prevention. The pathophysiology of LA is vascular endothelial cell damage caused by vascular permeability changes, Thereby the degree of dispersion of the surrounding tissue changed. Water molecular motion in cellular played a leading role in signal change. DTI is the only noninvasive method to detect brain white matter microstructure, which can be reflected from the amount and direction of changes in water diffusion imaging voxel and can be measured diffusion anisotropy in the organization. Compared with conventional MR, DTI reactived the nervous system white matter ultrastructural changes. Provide a new method for imaging which related to its pathophysiology. The research of leukoaraiosis mainly concentrated in the DTI quantitative indicators of changes in nerve function related regional.
