Astrocytes are heavily activated in Alzheimer's disease, engulfing damaged synapses, Aß proteins, Tau proteins, apoptotic cells and other substrates. However, these substrates are difficult to degrade, accumulate as the disease progresses, and impair the phagocytosis of astrocytes. During phagocytosis, astrocytes recognize different substrates through a variety of phagocytosis receptors and partially degrade the substrates through degrading enzymes and lysosomal pathways. The accumulation of Aß and Tau proteins in astrocytes caused astrocyte immune and metabolic disorders, and Aẞ toxicity changed after phagocytosis. In addition, astrocytes and microglia form a complementary pattern and cooperate to complete phagocytosis through interaction. Regulating the pathway of astrocyte phagocytosis and degradation is believed to be a potential novo therapeutic for clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

【Objective】The cytochrome P450 family is an important enzyme system involved in glucosinolate synthesis in cruciferous plants, where in the CYP83 subfamily plays a predominant role in core structure formation, this work aims to investigate the Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. Pekinensis) CYP83B1 gene functional role.【Method】RT-PCR was used to clone the CYP83B1 gene. Bioinformatics analysis software was utilized to predict the encoded protein's physicochemical properties, homology of the encoded protein, and promoter cis-acting elements. The expression pattern of BrCYP83B1 was analyzed by RT-qPCR, and a plant overexpression vector was constructed for further experimentation.【Result】The cDNA length of BrCYP83B1 was 1 500 bp, encoding a total of 499 amino acids. The protein belonged to cytochrome P450 superfamily and predominantly located in the cytoplasm. Its secondary structure primarily comprised of α-helixes and irregular coil. Homologous comparison illustrated that BrCYP83B1 had close relationship with Brassica napus L and Brassica oleracea L. var. italica. The BrCYP83B1 promoter contained cis-acting elements that were involved in the response to salicylic acid（SA), abscisic acid（ABA), and methyl jasmonate（MeJA), suggesting that the expression of BrCYP83B1 gene may be regulated by hormones. The expression of BrCYP83B1was detected in various plant organs, including the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits from RT-qPCR results. Notably, the highest expression was observed in the leaves. Moreover, BrCYP83B1 significantly presented induction upon treatment with MeJA, while its expression was repressed by SA. Additionally, ABA treatment initially up-regulated and subsequently down-regulated the gene.【Conclusion】BrCYP83B1 may be involved in the response regulation of Chinese cabbage to hormones. Immunomagnetic beads based on nanobodies (Nbs) and bacterial magnetic particles (BMPs) have shown great potential for the separation and analysis of targets, exhibiting low cost and high separation efficiency. However, the influence of different lengths of flexible linker on the performance of immunomagnetic beads has not been explored. In order to enhance the performance of immunomagnetic beads, anti-sulfadimethoxine (SDM) Nb was used to generate different lengths of flexible linker. The recombinant plasmids pET28a-SDM-Nb-(G4S)1-Cys and pET28a-SDM-Nb-(G4S)4-Cys were constructed and transformed into E. coli BL21 (DE3) for expression, respectively. Then, Nb-(G4S)1-Cys and Nb-(G4S)4-Cys were conjugated with BMPs using N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithiol)propionate (SPDP). The coupling was verified by Western blot, and the coupling conditions were optimized. The hydrated particle size, Zeta potential, and dispersibility of the immunomagnetic beads were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy and Zeta potential analyzer. The results demonstrated that Nb-(G4S)1-Cys and Nb-(G4S)4-Cys could be immobilized on the surface of BMPs. The coupling efficiency of Nb-(G4S)1-Cys and BMPs was higher than that of Nb-(G4S)4-Cys and BMPs. Characterization revealed that BMP-(G4S)1-Nb exhibited a higher absolute value of Zeta potential, smaller hydrated particle size, and lower polydispersibility index, indicating enhanced colloidal stability in aqueous systems. Taken together, the immunomagnetic beads constructed with BMPs and Nb-(G4S)1-Cys showed better performance than those constructed with BMPs and Nb-(G4S)4-Cys. This study provides theoretical support for the selection of appropriate linker lengths in the construction of efficient immunomagnetic beads for the separation and analysis of SDM pollutants. 目的 研究社区水平的多学科综合管理对恢复期脑梗死患者的二级预防效果。 方法 将出院的172例脑梗死患者按照随机数字法分为管理组（90例）和对照组（82例）。管理组给 予多学科综合管理（由神经内科医师、康复师、精神科医师以及护士等共同参与对社区脑梗死患者 的管理），对照组执行出院医嘱。随访6个月。观察指标：主要指标为脑梗死复发率，其他指标有他汀 治疗率和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标率、抗血小板治疗率、高血压治疗率和血压控制率、糖尿病治疗 率和血糖达标率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分和中度以上残疾率、卒中后抑郁的比例、健康 教育相关知识的知晓率。 结果 两组复发率比较，差异无统计学意义。管理组在其他观察指标方面均好于对照组，比较差 异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 这种多学科管理模式的关键是回社区的脑梗死患者将规范的二级预防、康复和护理方案带 给社区全科医生，专科和全科医生进行互动式管理。此管理虽未显著降低社区脑梗死患者的复发率， 但可以提高二级预防药物的依从性和各种危险因素的控制率，有利于提高二级预防的效果。 Abstract: Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary management in community on secondary prevention in patients with cerebral infarction during recovery period. Methods A total of 172 discharged patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into management group (n =90) and control group (n =82). The neurologists, physical therapist, psychiatrists and nurses all got involved in multidisciplinary management of patients with cerebral infarction in community. The multidisciplinary management was performed in management group, and discharge instructions were performed in control group. The follow-up period was 6 months. The primary observation indictor was ischemic stroke recurrence, the secondary indictors included statin use, antiplatelet therapy, hypertension and diabetes treatment, the control rate of LDL-C, blood pressure and blood glucose, the NIHSS score and moderate-to-severity disability, post-stroke depression occurrence and the awareness rate of health education knowledge. Dense mesh stent is the first choice for the treatment of giant aneurysms. However, due to the dense mesh and abnormal hemodynamic conditions after implantation, the risk of thromboembolism increases. Surface grafting of phosphorylcholine（PC） can improve the anticoagulant performance of implanted stents, but the preparation process of traditional biomolecular coupling method is complex. In this study, amino-rich coating（PDA/PAa） was constructed by grafting polyallylamine（PAa） on the surface of dopamine（PDA） coating through Schiff base reaction and Michael addition under alkaline condition. 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine（MPC） was covalently fixed on the surface of the amino-rich coating by Michael addition reaction. The PDA/PAa/MPC coating was successfully fabricated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. The results of platelet adhesion test and whole blood test showed that the PDA/PAa/MPC coating had good anticoagulant activity. Cell experiments showed that the PDA/PAa/MPC coating had good cytocompatibility and could inhibit the adhesion and proliferation of smooth muscle cells（A7r5）. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 观察急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平变化，并分析其与卒中后认知障碍（PSCI）的关系。方法 选 择急性脑梗死患者661例（观察组），卒中后3个月根据北京版蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）评分分为PSCI患者238例 （MoCA 评分<26分）、认知正常 423例（MoCA 评分≥26分），另选择同期体检健康者 100例作为对照组。采用 ELISA 法检测两组血清Klotho水平，将急性脑梗死患者根据血清Klotho水平的3个四分位截点分为4个四分位数区间，比 较其PSCI发病率。多因素Logistic回归分析急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平对其发生PSCI的影响，采用Pearson相 关分析法分析急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平与MoCA评分的关系，受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线评价血清Klotho水 平对急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI 的预测效能。结果 观察组血清 Klotho 水平低于对照组，观察组 PSCI 患者血清 Klotho 水平低于认知正常患者（P 均<0. 05）。血清 Klotho 水平在 Q1、Q2、Q3和 Q4四分位数区间的急性脑梗死患者 PSCI 发病率分别为 81. 07%（137/169）、28. 99%（49/169）、17. 96%（30/167）、13. 10%（22/168），急性脑梗死患者的 PSCI发病率随着血清Klotho水平升高而降低（P<0. 01）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，血清Klotho水平降低是 急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI的独立危险因素（P均<0. 05）。急性脑梗死患者血清 Klotho水平与 MoCA评分呈正相关 关系（r=0. 438，P<0. 01）。血清 Klotho 预测急性脑梗死患者发生 PSCI 的曲线下面积为 0. 819（95% CI：0. 788～ 0. 847）；当血清Klotho预测PSCI的约登指数为0. 538时，对应的截断值为259. 98 ng/L，敏感度为71. 01%，特异度为 82. 76%。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清Klotho水平降低且发生PSCI者降低更明显，血清Klotho水平降低与急性脑梗 死患者发生PSCI有关，且对PSCI的发生具有一定预测价值。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: There are still many problems to be solved or perfected in the treatment of ischemic heart disease by stem cell transplantation. Among them, the key of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ischemic heart disease is that the transplanted cells can home to the damaged myocardium and survive there. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of tanshinone IIA on the survival and homing ability of myocardial precursor cells under hypoxia and investigate its related mechanism.METHODS: H9 c2 cells were selected as the myocardial precursor cell model. The H9 c2 cells were respectively intervened with cobalt chloride, tanshinone IIA+cobalt chloride and tanshinone IIA+cobalt chloride+AG126（ERK1/2 pathway inhibitor）. Cell proliferation was detected with MTS method. Cell apoptosis was analyzed using flow cytometry. Cell migration was evaluated by scratch assay. The expression levels of ERK1/2 pathway related proteins（ERK1/2, p-ERK1/2, HIF-1α, cleaved caspase-3, and MMP-9） were assessed using western blot assay.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:（1） Compared with the cobalt chloride group, the proliferation of H9 c2 cells treated with cobalt chloride combined with tanshinone IIA was accelerated; the apoptosis was reduced; and the homing ability was enhanced. During this process, the expression of ERK1/2 had no significant changes（P > 0.05）, but the expression levels of p-ERK1/2, HIF-1α, and MMP-9 were significantly increased（P < 0.05）, and the expression of cleaved caspase-3 was significantly decreased（P < 0.05）.（2） Compared with the cobalt chloride + tanshinone IIA group, the ERK1/2 pathway in H9 c2 cells treated with cobalt chloride + tanshinone IIA + AG126 was significantly inhibited, and the ability of cell survival and migration to the injured area was significantly decreased.（3） The results showed that tanshinone IIA could promote the survival and homing ability of myocardial precursor cells under hypoxia by regulating ERK1/2 pathway. The long-term application of Fiber Bragg Grating strain sensors is seriously affected by the severe airborne environmental conditions in the structure state monitoring of civil aircraft. To evaluate the airborne environmental adaptability of sensors, the airborne environmental conditions are analyzed, and the sensing characteristics are proposed as the evaluation index. The sensing characteristics evaluation index includes the sensitivity coefficient, linearity, zero drift and the temperature coefficient. And then a sensor effectiveness test method based on the equal strength beam was designed before and after the environmental test. Two types of Fiber Bragg Grating sensor, with coating and non-metallic substrate encapsulation, were used respectively. After 14 environmental tests, the problems of the sensors were exposed and the environmental adaptability of the sensors was analyzed. The experiment results show that the proposed index system can effectively evaluate the failure status of sensors, and all of these prove that the environmental adaptability analysis method is feasible. Objective To investigate the effect of Kunxian capsule combined with candesartan axetil on blood pressure, renal function, blood lipids and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis complicated with hypertension. Methods 101 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (51 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with candesartan cilexetil on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Kunxian capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood pressure, renal function indexes (24 h Upro, BUN, Scr), blood lipid indexes (TG, TC, LDL-C), and inflammatory factors of the two groups (IL-6, hs-CRP) significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood lipid index HDL-C of the two groups increased significantly, and the blood lipid index HDL-C of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kunxian capsule combined with candesartan axetil can enhance the clinical efficacy, improve renal function, regulate blood lipids and reduce inflammation in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis complicated with hypertension.
