Cable-suspended parallel robot is a special type of parallel robot that belongs to the category of flexible robots. The end-effector is driven by cables instead of rigid rods to achieve the change of its pose. A three-degree-of-freedom (3-DOF) under-constrained cable-suspended parallel robot was studied. The cable mast could rotate along a circular guide rail, that is, the angle of the cable mast is variable, which realizes the reconfiguration of the robot and reduces the probability of collision between cable and cable as well as between cable and obstacles. The inverse kinematics equation of the robot was established based on the vector closed-loop principle. The dynamics equation of the robot was established according to the Lagrange formula. Given the motion trajectory of the robot's end-effector, and the quintic polynomial was adopted to plan the motion trajectory of the robot. The unplanned and planned position, velocity and acceleration curves in the X, Y and Z directions were obtained. At the points where the velocity changed abruptly, the planned velocity and acceleration curves achieved smooth transition to avoid vibration and impact during the robot's movement, so as to smooth the motion trajectory of the end-effector. The experimental curves of the length and tension of three cables were basically consistent with the planned expected curves, and the camera tracking trajectory was basically consistent with the motion trajectory after the quintic polynomial planning. Numerical simulation and experimental results validated the correctness of the inverse kinematics and dynamics analysis of the 3-DOF under-constrained cable-suspended parallel robot, as well as the effectiveness of the quintic polynomial planning. The An' ning River Basin has the second largest plain in Sichuan Province, with superior resource endowments and abundant solar and thermal resources, possessing the innate advantage of building a higher-level "Tianfu Granary" in the new era. This paper is devoted to Hopf bifurcation of a delayed SVEIR model with partial immunization that describes worms propagation on internet. Sufficient conditions for existence of Hopf bifurcation are obtained by considering the latent period time delay of worms as the bifurcation parameter. Properties of Hopf bifurcation are then investigated with the help of the normal form theory and the center manifold theorem. Numerical simulations show that worms propagation in internet can be controlled and eliminated by shortening the time delay.

以陕西省83个县域为实证研究单元，基于城乡一体化思想构建了乡村性综合评价指标体系，运用BP神经网络确定其指标权重，在Visual Studio 2010平台上计算乡村性指数，并借助ArcGIS和GeoDA软件划分乡村发展类型，对乡村性数值分异及空间分异进行了定量化测度和分析.运用BP神经网络确定乡村性权重及强度具有一定的可行性；陕西省县域乡村性在数值分异特征上，两极分化严重，中低、中等、中高水平县域组内均衡；在空间分异特征上，呈陕南、陕北高，关中低，东低西高的分布格局，乡村性空间关联性较强，彼此联系紧密.进而对陕西省县域乡村性差异的成因做了初步探讨，提出了县域发展的方向.

In order to improve the ability of the emergency department of high-speed railway to make emergency decisions in response to sudden accidents, an intuitionistic fuzzy Bayesian network (IFBN) was established to assess the situation of sudden accidents and provide a basis for emergency decision-making. Firstly, the inducement, accident classification and emergency decision-making characteristics and process of high-speed railway emergency were analyzed. Secondly, the intuitionistic fuzzy number was used to represent the evidence information of Bayesian network nodes, and a situation assessment method based on IFBN was given. Finally, taking the sudden fire accident of electric multiple units(EMU) in viaduct as an example, Bayesian network(BN) and IFBN were used to reason. Through the comparison of several groups of reasoning, the results show that when the information hesitation is large, BN reasoning will produce the opposite conclusion to the actual situation, but IFBN overcomes this shortcoming, and the reasoning result is still accurate, so it can be seen that the situation assessment using IFBN reasoning model is more accurate and reliable than the classical Bayesian method. To investigate the protective effect and primary mechanism of Gallic acid on 60Co-γ ray induced Human Intestinal Epithelial cell (HIEC) damage. Methods HIEC in the exponential phase were inoculated in petri dishes and were randomly divided into sham exposure group and exposure group. The exposure group was exposed to 4Gy 60Co-γ ray. CCK-8 method was used to detect cell proliferation ability. Clone formation method was used to observe the effects on clone formation ability, ELISA assay was used to evaluate the resistance effects on the lipid oxidation reaction, and Western-Blot test was used to observe the effects of GA on cycle protein Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in irradiated HIEC cells. Results 1. GA can promote the growth of HIEC cells 12h after GA treatment (P<0.05). But GA has a toxic effect on the HIEC growth 24h and 48h after the treatment. 2.Compared with 4Gy 60Co-γ ray irradiation exposure group, GA(1,10,20 μmol/L) can increase the proliferation rate of HIEC cell significantly (P<0.05). 3.Compared with 4Gy 60Co-γ ray irradiation exposure group, pretreatment with GA(1,20 μmol/L) increased the clone formation rates of HIEC cell significantly (P<0.05). 4.Compared with 4Gy 60Co-γ ray irradiation exposure group, SOD activity of GA(1,10,20μmol/L)treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05). GSH activity of 10 μmol/L GA treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05). 5.The expression level of cell cycle protein Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in GA (1 μmol/L) treatment group were significantly increased compare with γ ray irradiation exposure group. Conclusion GA has protective effect on 60Co-γ ray irradiated HIEC cells. The mechanism may be related to the GA's capability as antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, regulating cell cycle and inhibiting cell apoptosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
