This paper summarized the application experience of management strategy based on the concept of Magnet Hospital to reduce the turnover rate among nurses. Management strategies can be divided into four areas including humanistic care, humanistic nursing management, quality improvement and development of the clinical nurse specialist, in order to stabilize the nursing team and reduce the turnover rate among nurses. [Objective] The effect of water stress on the growth and physiological indexes of Hylocereus polyrhizus are analyzed, and its growth together with physiological response to drought stress was explored, so as to provide scientific basis for water management of H. polyrhizus. [Method] Taking the cutting seedling of annual H. polyrhizus ‘Zihonglong’ as material, with the simulation of natural status, a series of pot experiments, including normal water supply treated with raining-drought alternately(CK, the water content in soil accounts for 80% of field capacity), light drought(LD, the lowest water content in soil accounts for 60% of field capacity), moderate drought(MD, the lowest water content in soil accounts for 40% of field capacity) and severe drought(SD, the lowest water content in soil accounts for 20% of field capacity) were carried out. The plant growth status, biomass, plant nutrients, traits of root shape, traits of stomal shape and physiological indexes were determined and analyzed during growth period of H. polyrhizus. [Result] In general, there was no significant effect of LD and MD on the growth of new branches, the aboveground and underground dry weight. Under SD conditions, there was no seedling death, which indicated that the ability of resistant to drought of H. polyrhizus was closely related to the biological morphology, water retention, and physiological metabolism of above ground part. The roots of H. polyrhizus accounted for only a small part of the total biomass(4.71%). The physiological index values, such as total root length, total root area, total root volume and average root diameter and so on, decreased with the deepening of water stress. Drought increased the content of N, P and K, and the water content and water potential of the first-class branch and second-class branch of H. polyrhizus decreased with the deepening of water stress, as the water content of first-class branch was lower than that of second-class branch under same drought stress level. SOD, POD, proline and MDA content showed a trend of first rising and then reducing with the rising of drought stress level. Under MD, SOD, POD, proline and MDA content were all the highest. CAT activity gradually became bigger with the rising of drought stress level. [Conclusion] H. polyrhizus has strong resistance to drought, which can be cultivated in of the dry-hot valley areas Southwest China. Regulating the water content in soil as 60% is suitable for the growth of H. polyrhizus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The planting area of pitaya (Hylocereus polyrhizus) is expanding continuously in China in recent years, due mainly to the high economic and ecological value of this tropical fruit . However, drought has become one of the key factors restricting the growth and yield of H. polyrhizus in arid regions. This study aims to explore the characteristics of water consumption subjected to transpiration, and the influencing factors of H. polyrhizus. A Dynamax sap flow measuring system was employed to measure and monitor the sap flow velocity in seven consecutive days per month from September 2019 to August 2020. The planting field was located in the digital agricultural experimental base of Guizhou Academy of Agriculture Sciences in western China. Meanwhile, the related environmental data was simultaneously measured. The correlation of sap flow features with various factors was analyzed to quantify the water demand threshold of H. polyrhizusand water-saving irrigation. The results showed that the single-day sap flow of H. polyrhizus was dominated by a single peak curve. There was an increasing trend of sap flow after sunset, whereas, the sap flow rate varied gently from 00:00 to sunrise. Diurnal sap flow accounted for 49.60%-71.51% of the whole day, whereas, the night sap flow was relatively low. The total sap flow of H. polyrhizus sequenced as spring>winter >autumn >summer. The new shoots emerged sharply in spring, where the peak value of sap flow and average daily flow rate reached the maximum, 2.68 and 3.08 times those in the slow-growing period, while 1.65 and 1.52 times those in the flowering and fruiting period, indicating a leading role of the growth period. However, the proportion of nocturnal sap flow in spring (the average sap flow ratio was 31.05%) was significantly lower than that in other seasons (41.01%-43.65%). The proportion of sap flow velocity at night was ranked in order: summer> winter> autumn > spring. There was a significant correlation between the total night and day sap flow, where the correlation coefficient was 0.917 2. The peaks and valleys of sap flow were scattered with time. Specifically, the peaks appeared more frequently during 10:00-13:00, whereas, the valleys were more concentrated in 17:00-20:00. The sap flow rate had a very significant positive correlation with the total solar radiation (TSR), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), whereas, extremely negatively correlated with the soil temperature (Ts), soil moisture (Ms), relative humidity (RH), and vapor pressure deficit (VPD). Additionally, the sap flow rate was negatively correlated with the TSR and PAR under a high light intensity (TSR>550 W/m²). Furthermore, the responses of sap flow velocity to each environmental factor were ranked in order: TSR >PAR >Ms>RH >Ts>VPD >Ta. There was a significant positive correlation between the total sap flow during the day and night, but the sap flow rate responded differently to temperature and relative air humidity. During the day, Ta had a weaker effect on the sap flow, while at night a significant negative effect. The RH had a negative effect on the liquid flow during the day, whereas, a positive effect at night. Consequently, there were some effects of seasonal factors on the sap flow of H. polyrhizus at night. Adequate irrigation was therefore very important in the spring for the water and fertilizer management of H. polyrhizus planted in the greenhouses. 7. 辣椒叶面积指数与干物质生产模拟.

- Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to find out the relationship between the increase on leaf area of chilli pepper and environment factors, and to construct a dry matter production model of chilli pepper, also to provide a theoretical basis for digital cultivation management of chilli pepper. [Method] A mathematical simulation model for leaf area of chilli pepper was established basing on physiological development time (PDT) according to the experimental data. Then a dynamic model on dry matter production of chilli pepper was constructed by integrating this leaf area simulation model and a dry matter production model driven by photosynthesis. [Result]The model was validated by independent experimental data. The results showed that the RMSE values of leaf area model were between 10 % -20 % , the RMSE values of’dry matter production model were between 20 % -30 %. [Conclusion]The simulation result of leaf area model was better, the dry matter production model has a common simulation result, and need further improvement and perfection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
