Objective To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and self-efficacy among primary liver cancer patients after surgery, and provide scientific basis for clinical nursing intervention measures. Methods By convenience sampling, 100 patients were selected and investigated by the General Well-being Schedule(GWB), Hamilton Anxiety scale)HAMA and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES). Objective To investigate the psychological stress of newly recruited nurses in a specialist hospital for hepatobiliary diseases and related countermeasures. Methods A descriptive, phenomenological study was conducted and a purposive sampling strategy was used to recruit 100 newly recruited nurses in a specialist hospital for hepatobiliary diseases. The Self-Report Symptom Inventory(SCL～90) was used to investigate the psychological stress of newly recruited nurses, and potential causes and countermeasures were analyzed. Results There were 35 (35. 00%)nurses who had SCL～90 score of 160 or more. Findings showed that there was a significant difference in scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity and depression between newly recruited nurses and Chinese norms(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Newly recruited nurses experienced moderate to high level of psychological stress. Targeted coping strategies should be carried out to relieve the psychological pressure from work and improve the nursing quality. Heptamethine cyanine near infrared fluorescence (NIRF) dyes can be taken up directly and accumulated specifically in the cancer cells and character with tumors target. By conjugated these dye with drug as carriers for the safe delivery of chemotherapies to tumor site through blood-brain barrier (BBB), not only reduce the side effects and doses of drug but also allow the real-time monitoring of therapeutic effect. Moreover theses dyes can be utilized as effective agent for photodynamic therapy. Some these dyes even reveal remarkable tumoricidal activity with mitochondrial toxicity to directly kill tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth by destroying neovascularization. Encapsulated nanoparticle significantly enhanced NIRF dyes tumor-targeting ability and tracking drug release. The different uptake of the dyes into cancer but not normal cells is possible due to the presence of specific organic anion-transporting peptides (OATPs), and regulated by hypoxia and mitochondrial membrane potentials. Effective preclinical evaluation of the efficacy and safety of antitumor drugs is largely limited by the experimental use of cell line-derived tumor xenografts(CDX) which are deficient in the characteristics of tumor heterogeneity and genetic diversity as compared to primary tumors. As such, the overuse of drugs often fails to treat diseases and the development of clinical drugs is significantly impeded. Patient-derived tumor xenografts(PDTX) inherit intact molecular, genetic and pathologic features from primary tumors, which are sustainable through serial passaging in mice, and thus provide a better alternative model than CDX for developing personalized antitumor therapy.
