游离脂肪酸受体 4(FFA4) 是定位于细胞膜的 G 蛋白偶联受体, 表达于胃肠道黏膜中的内分泌细胞, 可感知胃肠道和机体组织中游离脂肪酸水平变化, 调节胃肠激素分泌. FFA4 激活可刺激胰高血糖素样肽 -1、葡萄糖依赖性胰高素样多肽、胆囊收缩素、神经紧张素等多种激素分泌, 同时抑制胃饥饿素分泌. FFA4 通过调节胃肠激素的分泌而影响食物摄入、消化、吸收及能量代谢等生理过程. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
