分别以出租车及换电公交大巴退役磷酸铁锂电池模块为研究对象，测试并分析了其放电容量分布特性。随机抽取若干上述公交大巴退役电池模块拆解成单体电池，从中再随机抽样选取12支进行2000次容量循环测试，选取#1～#4电池的容量循环实验结果，研究其容量衰减特性及衰减率，并对退役电池衰减突变现象进行了分析。研究发现，退役电池剩余容量及容量衰减特性满足梯次利用要求，但是容量不一致性给电池重组及管理带来了挑战，同时个别电池容量存在衰减突变现象，影响梯次利用储能系统可靠运行。
