Promoting the integrated development of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain is of great significance to the high-quality development of the economy, and its essence is to reduce the various barriers faced by the flow of innovation elements across organizational boundaries, improve the allocation efficiency, better stimulate the main role of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, and enhance the overall efficiency of the national innovation system. This study analyzes "four chain" integration and puts forward the following suggestions. Considering most studies focused on the maintenance policy optimization but neglected the ordering decision of spare parts, a joint policy of condition-based maintenance and spare part ordering under imperfect maintenance for single-component systems based on the remaining useful life（RUL）was proposed. The control limit policy was used to determine whether to perform minimal maintenance, preventive maintenance or corrective replacement. When the system degradation reaches the preventive maintenance threshold, the imperfect maintenance was carried out. Simultaneously, the RUL was predicted and the preventive replacement threshold and ordering threshold were introduced to decide whether to carry out preventive replacement or order spare parts. Considering the degradation state of systems and the state of spare parts, all the possible update events were analyzed to calculate the occurrence probability of each event, and the cost-time rate model of such a joint policy was constructed by using the renewal award theorem. Finally, the discrete event simulation algorithm was designed to optimize the detection interval and the imperfect maintenance threshold in a numerical example, and the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm was verified as well. To explore the effect of psychological intervention on language ability recovery and mood state of hearing impaired adolescents. 80 cases of hearing impaired adolescents aged 7-18 in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. All the children were treated with cochlear implantation, and the control group was given routine speech training and health education. The observation group was given psychological intervention nursing in the whole treatment process on the basis of routine nursing. The treatment effect, language ability recovery, mood state and ABC score of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was 75.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in speech formation, hearing ability and auditory perception between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), but the speech formation, hearing ability and auditory perception of the two groups were significantly improved after nursing the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the spirit, control, ability, tolerance of negative emotions and acceptance changes between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); after treatment and nursing, the spirit, control, ability, tolerance of negative emotions and acceptance changes of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of excitement, irritability, stereotyped behavior and inappropriate language between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05), but after nursing, the scores of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). On the basis of routine treatment and nursing, psychological nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of children, improve the recovery of language ability, reduce negative emotions and improve the mood of children, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. To explore the effectiveness of combined treatment with cerebrolysin and phenagen in otolithiasis, and to analyze the effect of combined therapy on relapse rate. 98 patients with otolithosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method (49 patients in each group), The patients in the control group received finagan alone, and the patients in the study group were treated with cerebrazine on the basis of the control group. The treatment time in two groups was 4 weeks. The treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. The Dizziness Rating Scale (DHI) scores of the two groups at the 2 w and the 4 w of the treatment were compared with the average number of vertigo and the average time of vertigo within 1 w after treatment. Follow-up, record the rate of otolith recurrence and compare. (1) The effective rate of treatment in the study group was statistically significant than in the control group (97.96 % vs. 81.63 %, P<0.05). (2) Comparison of the DHI scores between the two groups of patients pretherapy, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The DHI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 2 and 4 w post-treatment (P<0.05). (3) The average number of vertigo and the average vertigo time in the study group were lower than those in the control group within 1 w pretherapy (P<0.05). (4) Follow-up showed that the relapse rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group within 3 months post-treatment (4.08 % vs. 16.33 %, P<0.05). Ceramazine combined with finnagan has a good therapeutic effect on otolith, which can significantly improve the symptoms of vertigo in patients with lower recurrence rate post-treatment. In order to study the problem of H∞ control for a class of neutral time-delay interconnected systems, the decentralized memory feedback controller is designed when the delay time has little influence on the system and the stability of the system is analyzed by using Lyapunov function theory, free weighted matrix and Newton-Leibniz formula. Sufficient conditions are given for the system to remain stable and satisfy the H∞ performance index in the presence of external disturbances by using linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the numerical simulation results show that the proposed control method not only guarantees the stability of the controlled system, but also ensures H∞ performance index when there external interference. Mother-to-child vertical transmission is the main mode of transmission of chronic hepatitis B in China. The probability of failure in blocking vertical transmission is about 10% in pregnant mothers with a high viral load, and therefore, correct management of hepatitis B virus (HBV) is of great importance during pregnancy. In addition, viral treatment during pregnancy should take into account the risk of vertical transmission, the health of pregnant women, and the safety of fetus, and each treatment method or prevention option needs to be carefully evaluated. Reasonable antiviral methods, drug selection, and drug withdrawal time can reduce the probability of mother-to-child transmission. This article summarizes the modes of mother-to-child vertical transmission of chronic hepatitis B and related blocking strategies, so as to provide a reference for improving the blocking rate of vertical transmission of HBV. Objective: To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on hearing impairment in children with secretory otitis media. Methods: 88 children with hearing loss caused by secretory otitis media diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were studied. All children were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The comprehensive treatment group was given comprehensive rehabilitation, the control group was given ear massage.The curative effect, changes of air conduction and bone conduction threshold before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results: The effective rate of combined group(79.55 %) was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.82%, P<0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the air conduction threshold at 0.25-0.8 Hz and the bone conduction threshold at 2.0 and 4.0 kHz were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05). The above indicators were significantly lower in the comprehensive group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, that is, joint sensory training, ear massage, music perception and exercise training, had a good effect on children with hearing loss caused by secretory otitis media, and could improve the children’s air conduction and bone conduction threshold levels. Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of microtherm plasma radio frequency and CO2 laser in treatment of early glottis squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 79 patients with early glottis squamous cell carcinoma accepted in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group with 42 patients and control group with 37 patients according to different treatment methods. Patients in observation group were given microtherm plasma radio frequency treatment, and in control group were given CO2 laser treatment. The operation time, blood loss, pain grade, voice acoustic, vocal shape, life quality and complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The operation time of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group with statistically significance (P<0.05); the blood loss and pain grade of two groups had no statistically difference (P>0.05). The indexes of voice acoustic were decreased after treatment with statistically significance (P<0.05) and they were obviously lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05). The scores of vocal shape of two groups were lower after treatment than before, and one month after operation these scores were lower in observation group than control group with statistically significance (P<0.05). The life quality of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious complications or recurrence of two groups. Conclusions: Microtherm plasma radio frequency has similar safety with CO2 laser in treatment of early glottis squamous cell carcinoma, but has better recovery, which is worth clinical applications.
